1 week later...

I started my college classes three days ago and I already want to drop out. My professor is so old he probably was at the last supper, there's a trillion kids in my class, and I'm there all alone- well not all alone. There's this kid from my Highschool but none of my roommates.

And on top of that none of my professors can say my name properly. I've told them the 's' in my name is silent. If my highschool teachers can get it so can they.

"Hey, Mason." I whispered to the boy next to me, "If I give you my number can you send me the notes after class?"

"Yeah. Sure. Totally." He blushed.

"Thanks." I smiled and put my head down for a quick nap.

I was so tired today since Trinity thought it was a good idea to suggest we go on a road trip to get food from this new place at three am knowing damn well I had class at eight.

And she had class at six! That motherfucker runs on no sleep! I wonder why she's so grumpy at times...

I was close to dozing off until my phone pinged.

Yeah I don't know about the paying attention part but I happily placed my phone back in my pocket.

I ripped out a piece of paper from my binder and quickly wrote my number on it. I handed it to the boy next to me and gathered my things to leave.

Some days I really do worry about Elodie's well being. Like they call me slow but then there's Elodie. I love her but she has got to get it together.

After I closed out of the group chat Adrian texted me and told me she'd be leaving the house in like five minutes so I decided to wait a while.

I just scrolled through my phone as I waited.

"Hades!"

"Hades!"

I turned my head to see Mason running towards me holding a paper.

"Slow down Turbo!" I chuckled.

"You left this." He panted as he gave me said paper.

"Thanks." I smiled.

"And I also wanted to give you this..."

And then he kissed me. He fucking kissed me.

I obviously didn't kiss him back. I just stood there but then pushed him off quickly.

"Mason, what the fuck. You just kissed me... Like you just put your lips on mine."

"That's how kissing works." He chuckled awkwardly.

"No no no. You shouldn't have done that." I begin to pace around the parking lot. I felt like I was going to cry.

"Why are you in a relationship or something?"

"Or something..."

"I'm sorry- I'm gonna go."

Before anything else could be said Mason was already running back to where he was at.

And when I turned to beging walking I saw Adrian standing on the other side of the street with wide teary eyes.

I fucked up big time...
