Chapter Thirty Six: Meeting the Queen and Princess

They followed Lycan out into the castle gardens. "Where exactly are they?" Brody asked as they kept walking. "They live on the grounds just past the gardens." Lycan answered him. "Why do they live on the castle grounds?" Bianca asked.

"When they were brought here we knew we had to keep them protected and the safest place for them was with the Keetes family seeing as Solara was mated with Draven and his father had lied to the king." Lycan replied.

"That's right Draven mentioned he was some kind of protector." Bianca smiled. "Indeed he is him and his entire line are direct descendants of Matteo who created all those meant to protect such as the guardians and the hunters." Lycan smiled as he led them past the gardens towards a two story house.

"Is that it?" Brody asked becoming excited. "Yes that is where they live." Lycan grinned. Brody released Bianca and sprinted towards the house. "I guess we weren't walking fast enough." Bianca smiled up at Lycan.

"He is just really excited to see his mother." Lycan replied placing his arm around her shoulders as they walked on. "I wish I shared in his excitement." Bianca replied. "Why are you so nervous my child?" Lycan asked.

"I am worried about who we are going to lose due to him choosing to see them along with meeting them for the first time." she hesitated. "You have nothing to worry about he made his decision as I said he would and I have already told you they will love you." he reassured her.

"I know I'm still nervous I wish Sarah could have been by my side for this meeting." Bianca smiled knowing that her sister has been there whenever she's needed her since the day they met. "Sarah is busy learning all about her unique abilities and how they work." Lycan smiled.

"Was meeting Sarah part of your plan for me seeing as she has been there for me when no one else would give me the time of day?" she asked as they stopped on the porch of the house. "Yes your meeting her was part of the plan she was sent to you as your personal protector." Lycan smiled.

"Wait my personal protector, is that why her abilities only worked when Hope was in trouble?" she asked. "Yes her unique set of skills only work when you or your offspring are in harms way." Lycan smiled. "I can't believe she was born to protect me and my children." Bianca teared up.

"No need to cry my child, like I told you earlier everything that has happened to you has been apart of the greater plan I have for you and your offspring." he said pulling her into a hug. "What's wrong babe?" Brody asked walking out onto the porch. "Nothing." she smiled up at him.

"I have two very excited people who can't wait to meet you and Hope." He smiled wrapping his arm around her waist while taking Hope into his free arm. Bianca leaned into him as they made their way through the doors making their first steps towards their future.

Bianca couldn't help but wonder who they were going to lose due to this meeting but seeing how happy Brody was made her heart flutter with joy. She knew things weren't going to be the same from here on out. Whether they were going to change for better or for worse she knew she would have her mate and sister by her side and that made the unknown all that much better.

Brody couldn't be happier he had his mate by his side, a beautiful daughter, a pup on the way, his mother and sister back the only thing that would make him even happier would be to see his father's face when they return home whole.

They were brought out of their thoughts by his mother yanking Hope out of his arms. "She is absolutely beautiful." she said squeezing Hope to her. "Mother I told you that she is shy." Brody said going to take Hope out of her arms. "Wait she isn't freaking out." Bianca said stopping him.

"Of course she isn't I am her grandmother." Queen Abigail smiled. "It's okay daddy I know she's not going to hurt me." Hope smiled as she wrapped her little arms around her grandmother's neck. Bianca was taken by surprise when she was pulled away from Brody into an embrace.

"She must get her beauty from her mother." Solara said squeezing Bianca. "Not too tight Solara you'll hurt the baby." Brody said stepping in being his overprotective self. "Baby, you forgot to mention that you were expecting." his mother grinned as she squeezed Hope tight.

"I know I was waiting to tell you after you met my family." Brody smiled. "I can't believe it I get a niece, a sister, and find out another baby is on the way all at the same time." Solara grinned pulling Brody into a hug.

Bianca was all smiles as they sat and caught up with Abigail and Solara. She was surprised it was as if they had known each other their entire lives. She knew that things were going to be just fine seeing how wonderfully awesome they were.

After a few minutes Draven walked into the house with Sarah in tow. "I've missed you." Solara said pulling him to her. "I know sweetheart things haven't exactly been easy but I hope you are enjoying the surprise I brought you and mom." Draven grinned.

"Yes they are the best surprise ever." she smiled kissing him. "So now I am curious are their any little Solara's or Draven's?" Bianca asked realizing that they hadn't talked much about them since the conversation had mainly been about her and Brody.

"Actually yes there are we have twin daughter's and two sons." Solara beamed. "Where are they I would love to meet my nieces and nephews." Brody smiled. "They are in school right now but as soon as they get home you will be able to meet them." Draven replied.

"So are they wolves, hunters, or both?" Brody asked. "It's funny you asked that because our girls just turned sixteen and one shifted while the other didn't so we are pretty sure one is a wolf while the other is a hunter but our boys who are twelve and six have both already shifted and also seem to have hunter abilities so we think it's safe to say they are both." Draven beamed as he talked about his children.

"Wait the girls just turned sixteen so that means when you were taken you were already expecting?" Brody asked. "Yes I was pregnant with the girls when Samuel took me and mom away." Solara answered him. "Did father know about you being pregnant?" Brody questioned.

"Yes your father knew she was expecting that ended up being the last straw and why he ordered Samuel to kill us. He blamed me for her being pregnant by Draven all I ever wanted was for her to be happy." Abigail spoke up.

"I'm afraid he hasn't changed. He has been trying like hell to get rid of Bianca and Hope." Brody growled. "We have to put a stop to his madness." Abigail snarled. "I agree." Bianca added. "I think with all the excitement you have forgotten to introduce us to your friend." Solara said nodding towards Sarah.

"Oh I'm sorry this is my sister Sarah." Bianca smiled. "She is also Damien's mate." Brody grinned. "So she's family." Abigail beamed pulling Sarah into her arms. "It is so nice to meet you both." Sarah smiled as Solara joined their embrace.

"I can't believe it I have another new sister." Solara beamed. "Once Lance and Travis find their mates you will have two more new sisters." Brody laughed. "I think it'll be more like another sister and another brother." Sarah laughed. "I have to agree with her I do believe Lance's mate will be male." Bianca added.

"As long as he is happy." Solara smiled. "I agree I have told him numerous times that he doesn't have to hide his true self around us because we will love him and his mate no matter who they are." Bianca smiled. "I have even told him that he should be himself but he hides his true self because he is afraid father will go crazy on him if he knew." Brody added.

"I miss my babies I bet they don't even remember me they were so young when your father ordered our deaths." Abigail began to cry. "Don't worry, I made sure to tell them lots of stories about both of you and yes they do remember you." Brody reassured them.

"Oh good the kids are home." Solara smiled. "Lani, Tawni, Damon, and Brady come in here once you put your stuff in your rooms." Draven hollered at the kids as they walked through the door. "If you're wondering yes the boys are named similar to you and Damien and the girls have the same first letter as Lance and Travis." Solara smiled.

"I think it's cool that you named them with your brothers in mind it goes to show that you never forgot about us." Brody smiled hugging her. "Of course we didn't forget about you in fact we thought about all of you everyday wondering if we were ever going to see you again." Abigail chimed in.

"What is going on who are they?" Lani asked as her and Tawni walked into the living room first. Solara started to introduce them but Brady ran into the room throwing his arms around Brody.

"It's Uncle Brody." he yelled as he attacked him. "He is right it's your Uncle Brody, Aunt Bianca, your cousin Hope and Aunt Sarah." Draven said as they all sat down. "Cool we have two aunts and a cousin." Tawni smiled as she hugged them. "Sarah is your Uncle Damien's mate." Solara said as she watched her children interact with family she thought they wouldn't ever get to know.

"Is Uncle Damien here?" Damon asked looking around. "Sadly no but I'm sure he will be super excited to meet you." Sarah smiled as she hugged him. "Wait are we going to leave the city and be with our family?" Lani asked.

"We really haven't discussed that yet." Solara replied looking at Draven. "If we do that would make us princesses and princes right?" Tawni asked grinning. "You are already royalty by blood but yes if we go back their you will have your titles." she replied.

"Your mother and I haven't had time to really discuss what we are going to do yet so don't go getting your hopes up." Draven said as he watched his kids all start frowning. "Your father didn't say we weren't going to leave just that we haven't talked about it yet." Solara reassured them.

"I think before you bring your family to the castle that father should be dealt with first." Brody spoke up. "Yes I agree." Abigail added. "Trust me I wouldn't let them go anywhere near that man." Solara growled. "If they wanted to leave when we do they could always stay in the woods at the cabin with the twins and the Daniels." Bianca said.

"Who are the Daniels?" Abigail asked. "They are Sarah's parents and Bianca's adopted parent's." Draven answered her. "They would be in good hands with them that is where Hope and Bianca will be going when we return." Brody smiled as he began wrestling with the boys.

"That is definitely something to think about." Solara smiled. "I think we should get started on supper before it gets too late." Abigail said standing up. "Yep and kids you need to get started on your homework." Solara added following her mother into the kitchen.

Bianca and Sarah made their way into the kitchen to help with dinner while the guys brought Samuel up to speed on things when he returned from guarding Matteo. Once they had finished eating and cleaned up they watched a movie before all the kids went to bed. Then they started planning how they were going to deal with the king when they returned home.
