Chapter 83

Sanem is now in her eighth month, and she's getting very uncomfortable. And poor Can has to put up with it.

SANEM: Can, I feel like a balloon ready to pop, look how big I am." Can looks at her and smiles hugs her from behind and rubs her stomach.

CAN: "You look beautiful princess, but I know you're uncomfortable, what do you want me to do for you."

They were sitting on the couch in the office.

SANEM: "I don't know, (she starts tearing) Can, can you rub my feet and my legs I can't reach them."

He smiles and sits at the opposite end of her and starts massaging her feet and legs. She looks at him and smiles, "I wish we were home now. But who am I kidding my stomach is in the way." Can laughed

CAN; " it never stopped us before, bebek we will do like we did at the beginning remember, before you wanted to go all the way.  We were both satisfied." She smiles and looks at him.

SANEM: " I'm good with that, I just want you to be happy, you're so good to me."

CAN: "I feel the same about you too, Bebek. Now relax the day is almost over and we can stop and get something to eat and go home." Can was looking through his email and saw one from the magazine, they want him to go to Antalya, for three days to take pictures of scenery for a new hotel going up."

Sanem was looking at can and noticed he was engrossed in something.

SANEM: "Can, what has you in deep thought?"

CAN: "nothing really, the magazine emailed me they want me to do a photo shoot of scenic views for a new hotel going up in Antalya, it seems that the company building the resort wanted me to do the photo shoot."Can was showing Sanem the map were the hotel resort is being built.

SANEM: "wow Can it looks beautiful, are you going to take it? When would you have to go."

CAN: "I don't want to, it's so close to your due date, but I still have a contract with them."

SANEM: "when would you have to leave?"

CAN: "next Monday night and I would be back on Friday morning. But I don't want to leave you, what happens if you go into labor."

SANEM: Can, listen, on Friday I have a doctors appointment, if I'm not dialated yet go it's only three days, hopefully the weather will be good and you can finish faster and come home. Can, I don't want you to give up photography completely , it's who you are, just as long as there not to far, and months at a time (she kisses his cheek) because the girls and I will miss you too much."

He smiles and puts his arms around her and starts smelling and kissing her neck."

CAN : "bebek I love you, but believe it or not, it really doesn't bother me anymore, I just want to be with you and my babies. But, if I take this one, I won't have to take one that's a couple of months and be away from my girls. And plus in four months my contract is over. I will just do freelance."

SANEM: okay then, we will make the final decision after the doctor's appointment, okay."

He kisses her hands and caresses her cheek.

CAN: "how did I get so lucky, I have the most beautiful, sensitive good hearted woman In the world, not to mention the sexiest." Sanem started giggling

SANEM: "you're just saying that because I'm fat, and you're trying to make me feel better." He smiles and hugs her tightly.

CAN: "Bebek, everything I say to you is the truth, and you're not fat you're pregnant with twins."

She smiles and scratches his beard

SANEM; " you're such a charmer my hunky husband, I love you."

CAN: "I love you too Bebek, now let's get something to eat, and go home and relax."

It was as Friday and Sanem and Can are on their way to the doctor.

CAN: "Bebek, how about something to eat before we go to the doctor."

SANEM: "sounds good, let's go to the pier and sit by the water."

Sanem and Can are sitting quietly by the water front drinking their tea and eating their bagels.

SANEM: "Can, you're quiet, what are you thinking?"

He turns to look at her and smiles.

CAN: "I thinking, I'm not going to Antalya, there will be other shoots, I rather be home taking care of you."

SANEM: "awww I love you, but Can, it's a short project, I'd rather this than you leaving after the Babies are born, and being at a further destination and longer time. Plus this is you Can, you love your photography."

CAN: "but I love you more, and our babies. Believe it or not, I'm happy working at the agency and you by my side, I will do photography locally after this job is done, and if I have to stay over night you can come with me."

She smiles and kisses him softly.

SANEM: "I love that idea, maybe you can teach me to take pictures, and I can become as good as you are, you know I learn very quickly."

CAN: "oh I know, princess." He takes her hands and kisses them. "Are you ready for your appointment.?"

SANEM: "I am. Let's go."

DOCTOR: "hello Sanem, Can, are you ready to see the babies."   " we are"

DOCTOR; " everything looks great Sanem, your wait gain is good, and the babies are a good size. Look at them, you can actually see them moving."

CAN : "wow, that's amazing, Sanem look at them, they're going to be beautiful just like there mommy."

He kisses Sanem on the head.

DOCTOR; " Sanem, you haven't dilated yet, it looks like you have some time yet, maybe another three weeks which will take you into your ninth month. BUT Then again you never know, when they're ready trust me you will know. Any questions."

SANEM : "no I don't think so, Can?"

CAN: " not right now"

DOCTOR: "okay I will see you next week again, plenty of fluids and rest."

Can was quiet on the way home.  He really doesn't want to leave her but if he gets another job further away and for a longer period of time he definitely doesn't want that. Sanem is watching him while he is driving , she rubs his thigh and she smiles at him.

SANEM: "Can I know you are worried but it will be fine , okay"

CAN: "I know Bebek, I'm going to talk to the magazine and see if I can cut down to one day, I will go the night before get up at the first of day light and work until the sun goes down and take the last flight out, to come home."

SANEM: "do you think you can do it?"                              CAN: "I think so. I'll figure it out. But even one night and a whole day is too much to be away from you."

SANEM: I hope you Can do it Can, either way I'm going to miss you, I wish I could come with you, it would be like a little get away for the two of us, and Antalya looks so beautiful."

CAN: "it is bebek, it's very beautiful, when we can leave just the two of us we will go, maybe even with our girls when they are a little older."

SANEM: "a family trip, I love it."

Can had contacted the magazine and they told him if he can do it in one day and the pictures are what they need it would be fine. Can was feeling more relaxed because it would only be one night away from Sanem, he could take the last flight out and be home the next day late at night.

SANEM: "see Can it worked out, and I'm so happy"

CAN: "me too Bebek, bring your cream so I can put some on your stomach." Sanem layed back on the couch a can was rubbing cream on her stomach.

He kisses her stomach and starts talking to the girls.

CAN: "okay my babies, next week I'll be gone for almost two days, don't try anything funny like being born when I'm not here, I want to be there when you enter this world, I want to be together with your mommy to hold you and kiss you both, so no funny business." Sanem start laughing, SANEM: "Can keep your hands on my stomach, they are really moving, I think they understand everything you said." Can rubs her stomach and kisses it, CAN: "I think so too, they will wait till I get back, I know they will."

The next day in the office was business as usual, Emre and Leyla had just gotten back from their doctors appointment and they had huge smiles on their faces. Can and Sanem are looking at them and they have an idea of what it is.

SANEM: "Can how much do you want to bet that they are having twins."

CAN: "I don't have to bet I know, look at their faces they look like us when we found out. Should we ask them and see if they tell us."

SANEM: "okay, but then we will have to tell them to, but we can keep it between the four of us."

CAN; "sounds good to me"

Emre and Leyla came into Can's office smiling, they were so happy. Can and Sanem are looking at them smiling Also.

LEYLA: "okay, okay. I can't hold it anymore, we're having twin boys!!" Emre was laughing

EMRE: "what happened to surprising everyone at the birth.!" Can and Sanem started laughing

SANEM: "we are having twin girls!!"

Emre and Leyla stared at Can and Sanem and started laughing.

LEYLA; " what, that's crazy, wow how wonderful, Sanem, those Aiden jeans are really strong!'"

The girls were hugging each other and so were Emre and Can both couples were very happy for each other.

SANEM: "okay, this stays between us, okay, we will surprise everyone at the birth!!" They all agreed.

LEYLA: " unless aunt Mevcabi figures it out."

SANEM: "just deny it" Leyla just looked at Sanem and laughed.

LEYLA: good luck with that! That woman is a master mind reader." The girls just laughed " okay we will just do our best to keep it from her."

SANEM: agreed!" The couple's went out to dinner to celebrate, before going home for the weekend. On the way home

SANEM: Can, do you believe it, two sets of twins, it's going to be so nice, they are going to grow up together like siblings."

CAN: "I love it Sanem, honestly I love the idea of a big family,"

SANEM: "me too a big family, it's going to be so nice, honestly Can, I would love my second pregnancy to be twins again, how do you feel about that?"

CAN: "I would love it" he took her in his arms and squeezed her, "I love you bebek."

SANEM; "I love you my love."

Can was packing his bag ready to leave for his assignment in Antalya. Sanem just layed on the bed watching him. He can see that she was sad, but it's either this one or a longer one, somewhere further away. He looks at her and smiles.

CAN: " Bebek are you okay, I promise I will try to finish fast, and come home to you sooner."

SANEM: "I'm just going to miss you, but it's okay Can, hopefully like you said it's going to be one night."

CAN: I promise I will do my best to get home faster."

SANEM: "okay, I will be busy anyway at work, washing baby clothes getting ready for our baby girls."

He smiled and kissed her. "Call me when you land please."

CAN: "I will bebek, I will call you every chance I get, okay?"

SANEM: "okay, but I'm driving you to the airport and picking you up."

CAN: "are you sure, Emre Can take me."

SANEM: "yes, I want to and don't say no."

He smiled and hugged her and kissed her.

CAN: "okay, let's get going. I'll drive now and you drive when you drop me off, and then text me when you get home."

Can landed safely texted Sanem and told her he was on his way to the hotel, and will call her when he gets there.

CAN: " hi princess, how are you, ready for bed?"

SANEM: "I am, but I'm missing you, hopefully you can come home tomorrow night."

CAN: I will do my best, but now they told me if the night is clear they want some night shots, that means one more night, I'm sorry Bebek."

SANEM: "that's okay, I'm going to miss you but it's work, don't worry I'll be fine"

CAN: "You look tired, call me in the morning when you get up okay "

SANEM: "okay my love, good night, I love you!"

CAN: "good night princess, love you too! Sweet dreams."
