Chapter 57

Sanem and Can walked into this beautiful banquet hall, very extravagant. They were greeted by people they knew, even Achia was there.

ACHIA: "Can, (she tries to bypass Sanem to get to Can but Sanem intercepts, Can laughed because Sanem looked like a football player trying to tackle Achia.)

SANEM: "hello Achia, nice to see you,"

ACHIA: "Yes, you too."

CAN: "I didn't know you know Fabri? Since when?"

ACHIA: "Actually from the barbecue, we became good friends, and you will be surprised to hear that we became partners." Sanem and Can just stared at her, they were shocked.

SANEM: "really, that is a surprise, I never would think that the two of you would become partners."

ACHIA: "yes, but now that I think about it it's the best decision I ever made." Can, has a bad feeling, why are these two partners. Sanem too, her gut feeling is telling her this is definitely not good.

Can put his hand on Sanem's back and pushes her towards the bar.

CAN: "what do you think about all this?"

SANEM: "Can, I don't like it, something is definitely off."

CAN: "I agree, oh look here comes the main attraction"

FABRI: Sanem, Can (he takes Sanem's hand and kisses it and looks at her up and down, Can is getting pissed he doesn't like the way he's looking at her, but Sanem holds  him back.) it nice to see you here. Soon I will reveal, my new scent. I'm sure you both will love it."

SANEM: "senior Fabri, why would you release a new scent when we haven't finished your campaign yet?"

FABRI: " well let's just say it happened very quickly and we just came up with our own campaign, but you can still work on the other cologne I have coming out. this one was very special actually you inspired the name INNOCENCE!" Sanem was getting angry but Can was furious.

CAN: "what the hell do you mean Fabri, Sanem inspired you, explain!"

FABRI: "well the this scent is very soft, beautiful, and mild not over powering. it kind of makes you feel like you're in a bed of flowers." He had such a smirk on his face. Can just wanted to punch him. "In about a half hour everything will be revealed." And he walks away.

Achia was watching the three of them talk, " boy are they in for a big surprise!!"

SANEM: "Can, what are you thinking, you need to calm down. I see smoke coming out of your ears."

She grabs him and kisses him and scratches his beard.

Can looks at Sanem and smiles, "my sweet, you always calm me. But I definitely think what ever he has up his sleeve definitely concerns us."

SANEM: "I agree, try to relax have a drink, but not to much, because you promised to ravish me when we get home" she starts giggling, and he pulls her in by her waist and kisses her.

CAN: "trust me my love, I want to be sober for tonight." Emre and Leyla, Miriban and Aziz came and stood next to Sanem and Can.

AZIZ: "well boys, what do you think about all this."

CAN: "definitely not good, that's for sure."

There was a woman passing out samples, and the reveal was like a minute away. Fabri was on stage and started talking about his new scent.

FABRI: "as you all know, this was a quick decision on my part to-release this scent. but I was inspired by a young woman, whose beauty speaks innocence to me."

And he looks right at Sanem. Can is about to go up there and beat him up, Aziz and Emre are holding him back. Leyla and Miriban are in shock, they can't believe this guy.

LEYLA: "Miriban, I don't like this. He's obsessed with my sister. This is not going to end well."

MIRIBAN: "I agree, look at Can, he's ready to go up there and beat the crap out of him."

LEYLA: "I don't condone violence, but he does deserve it."

FABRI: "okay everyone, open your vials and place some perfume on your wrist wait 10 minutes and then I will reveal my campaign"

Everyone did as they were instructed, but Sanem had a funny feeling. Ten minutes went by and Fabri opened the curtain and the add was Mckinnon's, everyone from the agency was in shock.

CAN: "what the hell, he stole our add, how did he get it!!"

EMRE: "what the hell, we have to call Metin, this isn't good." Sanem couldn't believe what was happening, she takes her wrist and brings it to her nose, she starts getting shaky, and scared, this is my scent how did he get it.

SANEM: "Can, smell this" Can smelled it and looked at her confused.

CAN: "Sanem, this is your scent, how did he get it."

SANEM: "Can, I don't know, I never told him anything about my scent, nothing" then she thought for a minute. "Can, remember I told you my cream and recipe were missing, someone must of taken it out of my purse." Can just looked at her, he was very upset and she could see it. "Can, I have to go to the restroom room, I need to throw some cold water on my face."

CAN: "Bebek are you sure you're okay. We will get to the bottom of this I promise." She smiled a little kissed his cheek and went up the stairs to clear her head.

Sanem went into the bathroom, took several deep breaths and through some water on her face,  looked in the mirror and took a couple more deep breaths and started walking out of the bathroom. She headed towards the steps and standing there was Achia.

ACHIA: "what's the matter Sanem, don't you feel well"

SANEM: "Actually Achia, I feel good, because you and Fabri are headed for prison, how did the two of you get the add and my scent."

ACHIA : " you don't know what you're talking about and if Fabri has your scent you gave it to him I know Can will not be happy with you. You're to blame for all this, but that's OK then Can will be mine."

SANEM: " I gave nothing to Fabri. You both stole it from me. Don't worry, the truth always comes out Achia."

ACHIA: "I'm already picturing Can in my bed, kissing me caressing me, making love to me , I'm already wet just thinking about him."

SANEM: "you're a sick woman Achia, you don't know what love is, get out of my way." Sanem went to go around Achia , Achia grabbed her by the arm.

ACHIA: "I'll video our love making and I will send it to you, bitch."

Sanem went to push Achia out of the way to go down stairs, but Achia pushed her first and Sanem fell backwards down the steps.

Achia froze, shocked, what just happened, I didn't mean to do that. It was an accident. Achia took off she didn't want to get caught.

Sanem landed at the bottom of the steps and people started screaming, CeCe started yelling "Can bey it's Sanem, she fell down the steps, Can Bey!!" Can and the rest of the family, ran to her, she was unconscious.

CAN: " Someone please, call an ambulance!!!! Sanem, please talk to me, Sanem!! " Can was caressing her hand, he was scared to move her.  "Sanem, bebek please wake up." Can had tears rolling down his cheeks Leyla and Miriban were crying. " my love please, talk to me, open your beautiful eyes." Even Fabri was in shock, what the hell happened. Can looked at him and said "get the hell away from her because I will tear you apart." Fabri looked at Can and then Sanem and walked away.

They were at the hospital. Mevcabi and Nihat rushed in, Can was sitting on the chair crying. Mevcabi and Nihat went over to him.

MEVCABI: "son, please don't cry, she will be okay. Sanem is very strong, she will fight for you, she loves you very much"

CAN: " I know, she's my life auntie, I can't be without her. We're getting married in a month."

MEVCABI: "and you will, be strong for her she needs you now." He smiled and hugged her.

The doctor came out and asked for Can.

CAN: " how is she doctor?"

DOCTOR: " She had quite a fall Can bey, she has a lot of bruises, she will be okay with some rest. but there is one thing."

CAN: "what is it"

DOCTOR: "she was pregnant and she lost the baby, did you know?" Can was shocked

CAN: "no I didn't" Leyla came up next to him and hugged him.

LEYLA: "Can, she wanted to surprise you she just found out yesterday. I'm sorry Can."

DOCTOR: "I'm sorry Can bey, but I will tell you this, she will be able to have more children. The miscarriage didn't cause any internal injuries. She's still sleeping, probably will be for the rest of the night. We're moving her to a private room just for the night and she will go home tomorrow. I'll let you know the room number when we get one."

CAN: "can I see her now?"

DOCTOR: "sure go in until we move her."

Can went in and looked at Sanem and started crying, he kissed her all over her face grabbed her hand and started kissing it.

CAN: " my love, I'm sorry this happened to you, I love you." He sat with her for a while, and then the nurse came in to take her to her room, he followed her up, and then the whole family came up to see her.

AZIZ: "Son, she will be okay, don't worry, you heard what the doctor said"

CAN: "baba when she wakes up and hears that she lost the baby, she's going to be devastated."

MIRIBAN: "Can, listen to me, you will get through this together, she will be okay. Trust me I know from experience" and she looks at Aziz. Can nodded his head and just kept holding her hand. The rest of the family left after a couple of hours but Can wanted to spend the night. The nurses allowed him because they saw how distraught he was and they knew that they just lost a baby. They allowed him to lay in bed with her since she had no serious injuries.

Can took Sanem into his arms and held her tight.

CAN: "Sanem Aydin, I love you with my heart and soul.

I will take care of you for the rest of my life."

He fell asleep next to her. Holding her like his life depended on it.

Sanem woke up the next morning, and saw Can sleeping in bed with her holding her tight. She scratches his beard and kisses his cheek. Can stirs and wakes up and looks at Sanem in the eyes and smiles.

CAN: "how's my princess this morning, are you in pain."

SANEM: "not much, I'm used to injuries" she laughs, "you know that." Can smiled and kept kissing her.

CAN: "do you remember what happened, how did you fall?" Sanem remembers but right now, she really doesn't want to talk about it.

SANEM: "I do, but I don't feel like talking about it now, we will talk later I promise, I just want you to hold me, (she starts crying) don't let go."

CAN: "never my love, I will never let go."

SANEM: "Can, what did the doctor say, is everything okay."

CAN: "You will be fine just some bruises no internal injuries, but," he hesitated.

SANEM: I lost the baby, didn't I." She starts crying uncontrollably. Can just held her tight, he was crying along with her.

CAN: "Sanem, look at me. The important thing is that you are okay, and the doctor said everything is fine and you can have children, no internal injuries."

SANEM: "Can, but I was so excited to tell you, I wanted to surprise you, I was trying to come up with something special for you." And she starts crying again.

CAN: "I know princess, but trust me everything will be okay" she smiled and looked up at him "I know my love, it will be okay."

"Okay, rest Bebek until the doctors give you the all clear and then we can go home. And then later I want you to tell me everything that happened." She nodded okay "but you're not going to like what you're going to hear." He nodded and hugged her tightly. "We will talk at home."

The doctor gave her the okay, and Can took her home, he picked her up out of the car and layed her down on the couch.

SANEM: "Such service from my hunky protector, I think I'm going to milk it as long as I can." They both laughed, Can sits down next to her.

CAN: are you sure you're okay, how about some tea, Miriban and auntie cooked up a feast."

SANEM: "I'll take the tea for now, and Can gather the family I want to tell everyone what happened."

He nodded went to get her tea. And told everyone to meet them in the family room in ten minutes.

CAN: "here is your tea, are you sure you're okay."

SANEM: "I am, just as long as you are here with me."

CAN: "I'm not going anywhere, here comes the family."

Sanem told them everything that happened, from the time of the reveal to the time Achia pushed her, they were shocked they couldn't believe it. Sanem then told Can privately what she said about having him in her bed.

CAN: "Achia, what the hell is her problem, I never gave her anything to show her I was interested."

SANEM: "I know my love"'she starts giggling and kisses him and says "but I can see why she wants you, but you're mine, you're off limits to anyone else."

Can laughed. "You never have to worry about that princess, I'm yours, in every way!!" She smiled and kissed him.

EMRE: " Can, I Called Metin, he's going with the police to the hall to look at the video from the security camera's."

CAN: "Thank you brother, hopefully they will find something, I want Achia arrested, and next is Fabri."

Sanem was sleeping on the couch, and Can heard her crying in her sleep. He goes over to her and takes her in his arms and holds her tightly. She wakes up and looks into Can's beautiful brown eyes. "Don't worry Bebek they will pay for this."

SANEM: "Can, I just want to know, how he got the add, I don't understand, it wasn't even complete yet."

CAN: "we will figure it out, Metin has a detective working on it, sooner or later the truth always comes out." Sanem smiles at Can and says, "that's what I told Achia, that sooner or later the truth will come out."

CAN: "great minds think a like. Gets some rest, Derin wants to come with Metin and CeCe and Ahan with Osman want to come and see you, are you up to it?"

SANEM: "yes, I want to keep my mind off everything."Can was hugging her and kissing her. He Lays next to her so she can rest. Can is caressing her arm, everything will fall into place bebek I promise.
