Chapter 17: Hunt For Friends & New Jobs

Location: Raizen High School

Days has passed after the School Trip and Kazoki's Date with Tenka. Right now...not much happened, except for several things.

First, Kaguya and Yuzuru transfered in Raizen Highschool, abeilt in a different Classroom. They quickly gained a reputation after their first days.

Second, Kazoki and Tenka has grow a bit closer. Although, no one has noticed it, not even the Duo themself.

Lastly...Origami has transfered.

The last part took many of them by surprise. Shido couldn't understand why his classmate is transfered out of nowhere. That being said, not many people were sadned by her departure. Mostly because Shido was the only person she was actually talking to.

Beside that, everything was back to normal...for now, that is.

But then...

"Hey, Kazoki!"

Kazoki opened his eyes and see whoever called him. It was Shido and Tohka who came over together. "What do you want?"

"We wanted to see how you were doing." Shido said. "You sat there alone all by yourself, so we though that you could use some compagny."

"I apreciate, but i'm fine on my own." Kazoki said.

"Even so, it's not good for people to stay alone all the time." Shido said. "That's why it's important to spend time with friends."

"Say the guy who only has one friend." Kazoki bluntly said, making Shido sweat drop.

"What about me?" Tohka asked confused. "I'm not Shido's friend?"

"You are his girlfriend, there is a difference." Kazoki said. "And let's not forget Shido H-"

"I DON'T HAVE A HAREM!!!" Shido yelled loudly without thinking.

Unfortunately for the blue-haired boy, his scream bring the attention of everyone in the classroom. They all looked at Shido with a mix of annoyance, surprise, confusion. Seeing this, Shido became flustered and looked at the ground.

"Right..." Kazoki rolled his eyes. "And i'm the Prince of the Desert."

"Dessert?" Tohka said confused. "Dessert have Prince?"

"No, not 'Dessert', 'Desert'." Kazoki corrected. "It's a place that has a lot of sand."

"Oh!"

Tonomachi appear out of nowhere with his Phone. He looked at Kazoki with a blank expression. "What about you? We don't see you with a lot of friends either."

"Even if i wanted to, there is no one in this class that is worth talking to." Kazoki said. "First, we have all of the class that are so forgettable that nobody bothers to learn their name. Next, we have the Trio who is quick to assume and critique people for no reason. Lastly...there is you and Shido. Aka, the Harem Protagonist and the guy who has a fake girlfriend."

Shido and Tonomachi feel like their hearts has being stabbed. Tohka frowned. "That's not nice, Kazoki!"

"I already say that i'm not a nice person." Kazoki said.

Tonomachi regained his composure and crossed his arms. "Maybe that's why you don't have any friends!"

"It's ironic that you guys comment on the fact that i don't have friends when the two of you barely talked to anyone else." Kazoki bluntly said once more, making Tonomachi's eyes twich.

"Why you-"

"Guys!" Shido interruped, making Tonomachi goes quiet, before turning toward Kazoki. "...I'm with the others on this one, Kazoki. You should probably try to find more people to bond with."

"Why are you suddenly interested on my relationship life?" Kazoki asked annoyed.

Shido scratched his cheek. "Well...it's just that beside Tenka, you never talk to anyone else. So i think that you should at least try to find new people to talk to for a change. After all, even if you don't want friends, i'm sure that there is at least one person that you like to talk to you."

"He's right, you know?"

Kazoki and the others were surprised by the new voice. They looked over and see a blond man dressed as Janitor over the door. "Being lonely is not something a teenagers like you should experience. This is the perfect chance for you to make bonds and to have fun!"

"...Okay, who the hell is this guy?" Kazoki pointed at the Janitor, making him rose a eyebrow.

"This is the Janitor of our School; Daiki." Tonomachi said.

Kazoki blinked. "We have a Janitor? Since when?"

"...I don't know." Tonomachi admited.

Daiki coughed, bringing their attention back to him. "Anyway, true friendship is not just a thing that anyone can have. It's a rare and special bond that can be only held by particular people who understood each others."

"Did you hear this in a Tv or something?" Shido asked confused. "Because it sound like something coming from a Show."

"Say the Harem Protagonist." Daiki said, making Kazoki chuckle and Shido flinch.

"Why does everyone call me that?!" Shido shouted in disbelief.

"Because you have a Harem." Everyone (Except Tohka) in the class said at the same time, making Shido sweat drop.

"What's going on?"

Kazoki and the others see Tenka coming over, passing by the Janitor. "Shido and the others complain because i don't have friends like them."

"HEY!" Shido and Tonomachi shouted annoyed.

Tenka frowned. "You already have a friend: me."

"And that's good, but having just one friend isn't enough." Daiki said, making Tenka turn toward him, before he put a broom over his shoulder. "Long time ago, i've know a guy who was completly alone. He didn't bothered to talk to anyone else except the Teachers. And do you know what happened to him?"

Kazoki rose a eyebrow. "No, what happened?"

"He live alone in his house and is living with a lot of animals...mostly cats." Daiki said.

Kazoki and Tenka were taken back by this. They shared a glance before looking back at the others. Tohka looked at Kazoki and Tenka and clapped her hands together. "Kazoki, Tenka! You two need to have more friends!"

"Look who is talking..." Kazoki muttered, annoying to be the center of their attention now.

"Hold it! Why me too?!" Tenka demanded.

"Please, please, please, please, please, please!" Tohka begged her sister with a sad look. No matter how hard she try, Tenka couldn't resist or ignore this. Then, she relented.

"Fine!" Tenka snapped, making Tohka goes silence. Seeing this, Tenka calmed down. "If it mean that much to you, i will go with Kazoki."

Tohka jumped happily before hugging Tenka, much to her annoyance. Kazoki glared at Shido. "I'm blaming you for this."

Shido sweat dropped before coughing. "Come on, Kazoki. We're only talking about meeting new people. What the worst that could happen?"

Later

Location: Restaurant

After the end of the School, the Duo decided to go to a Place where theyv would be able to meet new people. After all, what better place to go then a Restaurant to meet new faces?

Kazoki and Tenka were sitting on a table with two person who seemed to be foreigner.

"...So, it is your first time in Tengu City?" Kazoki asked.

The man and the boy nodded before speaking in a Russian accent. "Of course!"

"And you decided to live here knowing that there is Spacequake?" Kazoki questioned, earning him a glance from Tenka.

The man and the boy nodded. "Of course!"

"...Why are you talking like this?" Tenka questioned.

The man and the boy nodded. "Of course!"

Kazoki and Tenka goes quiet. They looked at each others before looking back at the others two. "...Do you know how to speak or you can only say one word?"

The man and the boy nodded. "Of course!"

Kazoki and Tenka realized that the people they're talking too are completely weird.

Later

A girl dressed like a clown is seeing sitting in front of Kazoki and Tenka. Beside her is a woman dressed like a mime.

"Me and my mother has come in town to participy to the Great Talent Show." The clown girl said before frowing. "The problem is that my mother is taking her role too seriously."

Kazoki and Tenka shared a glance. The woman imagined a drink and pretended to drink. The clown girl snapped. "THERE IS NO DRINK, MOM!!"

Later

A pair of hands put down a map on the table. The owner is a woman dressed in buglar clothings, along with her is a younger girl in similar clothings. The woman looked serious. "Here what we're going to do: you and the girl will distract the guards will the kiddo and i take the money!"

Kazoki and Tenka stood there in silence before sharing a glance. They get up from their chair and walked away.

Location: Restaurant

After their attempt from earlier, Kazoki and Tenka decided to eat something. They were still annoyed at the fact that they came across weird people. Suddenly, Tonomachi arrived out of nowhere. "Hey!"

Kazoki and Tenka looked over and see the black-haired boy with a confused look on his face. "Don't tell me that you guys haven't found any friends yet? Sheesh, i'm starting to think that you two are hopeless."

"You think you're any better?! Not only you just have only one friend, but your girlfriend is a phone!" Kazoki snapped.

Tonomachi gasped before holding his phone tightly. "Leave her out of this!"

Kazoki grabbed a bread and throw it at Tonomachi. "Hey! Stop!"

Tenka followed his example and grabbed a chair. Tonomach yelped before he run away. Sighing, Tenka placed the chair back to where it was and sat down again.

"You know...i'm blaming your for this." Tenka said.

"Shut up. It's not my fault of the others suddenly decided that i should hang out with more people." Kazoki growled.

Tenka crossed her arms. "This wouldn't happen if you had more friends."

Kazoki huffed. "I don't see you talking to anyone else either."

"Wrong!" Tenka said annoyed. "I spend time with Tohka!"

"She's your sister, she don't count." Kazoki pointed out.

"Hey!" A voice interruped them.

Kazoki and Tenka looked to the side and see, to their surprise, three different people with particular features: a boy and two girls.

The boy has dark-skin, blue hair, and green eyes. He wear a black hoodie with yellow pants and red shoes.

The girl has short light-blue hair that goes to her neck, and red eyes that showed interest. She wear a red long-sleeved shirt and light-blue skirt

The girl has purple hair that goes to her upper back, red eyes that showed innocence, and an shy look on her face.

"...Can we help you?" Kazoki asked, while Tenka starred at the boy with a confused look on her face.

"We hear screaming and we wanted to see if everything was alright." The boy said.

"We're fine, just a small argument." Kazoki said.

"Oh, that's good." The boy said before smiling. "The name's Tsuyoshi!" He pointed at the light-blue-haired girl. "This is Ciela." He pointed at the purple-haired girl. "And this is Mian."

"I'm Kazoki." Kazoki said before pointing at Tenka. "And this is Tenka."

The Spirit only starred at the boy before she spoke up.

"A...black Human?" Tenka said surprised.

"What? You never see a black guy before?" Tsuyoshi said annoyed, although confused at the 'Human' part.

"No." Tenka bluntly said, making the dark-skinned boy surprised.

"Oh...i didn't expect that to be honest." Tsuyoshi admited.

Mian didn't say anything. Instead, she make several gesture with her hands. Tenka is confused by this, so is Kazoki. But then, the Snarky Human slowly realized what's happening.

"Fuck, she's mute." Kazoki muttered annoyed.

"Mute?" Tenka repeated confused.

"It's how we call people who can't speak." Kazoki explained, much to Tenka's surprise.

"Hold on, you tell me that not everyone can talk?" Tenka said with surprise on her face. Something that was understable. After all, it's not every days that you came across a person who's mute.

"I'm afraid so." Kazoki nodded with empathy on his face, something that is rare for him. "There exist people who, unlike us, are unable to use all their five sense. For the people who can't talk, we call them mute. For people who can't see, they're called blind. For the people who can't hear, they're deaf. For those reasons, they are treated with more respect and softer then others Humans."

Tenka frowned. "I can't really say anything for those deaf and blind person, but how it is possible for someone to not talk?"

Kazoki put a finger on his chin. "Well, there could be several reason. Of them could be having a missing lung, or...they're deaf."

Tenka opened her mouth to speak, wanting to ask what does being deaf has to do with being mute. Only to close it soon after to think. Actually, it make sense in a way. If a Human can't hear what the others said, then they can't learn how to use words, preventing them to learn how to speak.

"...Is there a way to communcitate with the mute?" Tenka asked after a moment of silence.

"There is a way, but it's not a easy one." Kazoki said.

Tenka cocked her head. "What it is?"

Kazoki looked at the Spirit and lifted a finger on each hands. "Sign Language."

"...Sign...Language?" Tenka repeated, even more confused then before.

"It's a special Language where, instead of using words, we make gesture with ours hands." Kazoki said before frowing. "The problem is that learning it take time."

"We know how to do it." Tsuyoshi said, making Kazoki and Tenka turn toward him. "Me and Ciela took several lesson so that Mian don't feel excluded out our group."

Mian suddenly started to make several sign.

"She said, 'can you tell us about yourself?'" Ciela translated for Mian, much to the latter's gratitude.

"We will, but before that, you need to teach us the sign language." Kazoki said, much to Tenka's confusion. "This way, we won't have to depend of you."

"...We would like to, but to learn it to 100% take a lot of time." Ciela said.

"That's fine. Just show us how to talk to your friend." Kazoki said.

Ciela looked at Tsuyoshi who nodded. She looked back at the two of them. "Very well..."

It taken a lot of time and efford, but Kazoki and Tenka learned the sign language...well, not to 100%, but enough to have a conversation. After this, they started a conversation with the Trio. After sharing what happened to them (Without mentioning the Spirits or DEM), they were amazed.

"Woah...to think that this kind of thing would happen in less then 2 months." Tsuyoshi said amazed. "You guys have really a crazy life."

"And you have see nothing yet." Kazoki said before looking at the Trio. "So, what about you guys? What's your Story?"

(A/N: When Mian is talking, it mean that she's using sign language. And people who are talking with her present are also using sign language as well.)

"We are studing in a different School to the other side of the City." Mian said through sign language.

"Oh. It is good?" Kazoki asked.

"Not really." Tsuyoshi admited with a frown. "Some of our teachers are...well, let's just say that they are completely nuts."

"How so?" Kazoki asked curious.

"First, we have our Chymistry Teacher...who act more like a Evil Scientist then anything else." Tsuyochi said. "Everytime that we have Class with him, we always pray that his experience don't blow up."

"Then, we have our Math Teacher." Ciela said before frowing. "A woman with a big bust that no one in the class can ignore. But you know what is the most craziest part?" She leaned foward. "She's teaching...without her shirt on."

"...Please tell me you're joking." Kazoki said after a moment of silence.

"I wish i was. But unfortunately, it's the truth." Ciela said with shame in her voice. "The number of time where she don't come in Class wearing just a black bra and thigh shorts can be counted on one hand." She frowned. "As result, people are too distracted by her look to listen her lesson. Sometime, it make me think that she's doing this on purpose."

"She's still better then our Germany Teacher." Tsuyoshi said before looking down at his plate with a frown. "She's a really mean and brutal woman. She get angry just by being talked back. The worst part is that when we get the wrong answer, she hit us."

Kazoki and Tenka shared a look at this. A Teacher raising a hand against a Student? Okay, something is wrong here.

"After that, we have our Sport Teacher. A madman who is training us like we were going to play the Olyphic Games." Tsuyoshi said.

"And let's not forget Ryu Samba." Ciela said. "He's a lazy teacher who is willing to make whatever excuse to not teach us."

"Well, it's not really a bad thing-" Tsuyoshi said, only for Ciela to give him a look. "...Nevermind."

"...Those Teachers of your are really that bad?" Tenka asked.

"You have no ideas/Yes, they are." Ciela, Tsuyoshi, and Mian said at the same time, with the latter speaking through sign language.

"Why does the Principal hired all those teachers?" Kazoki asked dumbfounded.

"We've being wondering the same thing." Ciela admited. "It's a miracle that we're still alive."

"Let me tell you about some of our previous class." Tsuyoshi said.

Flashback

Monday

Everyone is sitting in class, waiting for their lesson to start. However, a few minutes passed and no one came. At one point, a man walked up inside the class before noticing what's happening. He looked around before gazing at the students with a blank expression. "Let me guess: Ryu is absent?"

"Yeah/Of course/As usual/You know the drill." The Students replied at the same time.

Tuesday

"Let's try this again: 3 x 12 =?"

A black-haired boy gulped as he struggled to answer, his face having a red hue. The reason? In front of him is a voluptuous dark-skinned woman with black hair that goes to her back...and is wearing nothing but a black bra and blue shorts, showing to the entire class her large bust, which was in front of the poor boy's vision.

The rest of the class were uncomfortable at the display. Many of them looked in a different direction, hoping that someone would come and give a new pair of clotches to the woman. But unfortunately, no one came.

The woman either didn't notice or care as she repeated the question. "So? 3 x 12 =?"

The black-haired boy stammered as he keep ogling his teacher. Behind him, a boy sighed. "I should have followed my cousin's example and move out to Asakusa. Things would have being more simple there."

Wednesday

"WRONG AGAIN!!!"

Everyone jumped once a hand slammed on a desk. They look up and see the angry face of a brown-haired woman who glared at them with pure anger. "YOU'RE ALL WORTHLESS!! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT TO SAY 'HELLO' IN GERMANY!! BUT I SHOULD HAVE KNOW THAT YOUR BRAIN WOULD BE TOO SMALL TO LEARN BASIC!!!"

Everyone flinched at this. Gathering courage, a blond-haired boy in a wheelchair spoke up. "Maybe we could do so if you spend less time yelling at us and start teaching-"

SMACK!

"DO NOT TALK BACK TO ME!!!"

Faster then anyone could follow, the woman walk up toward the boy and slapped him on the face, knocking him on the ground. Everyone is shocked. A girl stand up and pointed at their teacher. "You hit him! You have no right to raise your hand against a student!"

"SHUT IT!!" The woman glared at the girl, making the latter flinch. "THIS ISN'T A RANDOM STUDENT WHO'S GOING TO TEACH ME HOW TO TREAT HER CLASS!! I CAN DO WHAT I WANT!!!"

"I don't think so."

The woman's anger vanished, remplaced by a fearful one. Slowly, she turned toward the door and see a man wearing a black suit. She gulped upon seeing the look on his face. "P-Principal? How long where you here?"

"Long enough." The Princpal said codly, watching as the blond is helped up by a classmate. "It's already bad enough that disrespect your own students, but that you hurt them as well? Unforgivable."

"W-Wait a moment! I have perfectly the right to do this!" The woman defended herself. "I'm their teacher!"

"Not anymore." The Principal said before glaring at the woman. "YOU'RE FIRED!!!"

The woman's eyes widened in shock, before the Principal snapped his fingers, right before two man appear and take the woman away. "W-Wait! Please, give me another chance! No!"

After this, the Principal turned toward the entire class and gave a short bow. "I'm deeply sorry about this. Hiring a person like this was a terrible mistake on my part, and we'll make sure that it won't happen ever again. Exceptionaly, you're all allowed to go home."

Thursday

"Keep running! Run like your life was at stake!"

Everyone struggled to follow their Sport Teacher, who didn't noticed their struggling. The Gym Teacher keep running. "That's it, everyone! Never stop training to surpass yourself! If we keep this up, we'll end up as the number one!"

"WE'RE NOT COMPETITING!" The Students shouted angrily as they keep running.

Friday

A bus is driving out of the city. A voice is hear inside of it. "Are we there yet, sir?"

"Yeah, it's being two hours since we've hit the road!" Another voice said.

Inside the Bus is a Class who stood there confused. The Bus Driver pointed ahead. "According to the plan, i think we're there..."

The Teacher nodded. "Perfect! We're going down here!"

After the Bus stopped, everyone exit it and find themself in front of a dumpster. After that, the Bus driven away, much to the Student's surprise, before they all hear the Driver yelling. "Please, let me get away first!"

The Students watched their School Bus driving dissapear in the horizon, leaving them all next to the public dumpster. The Teacher open the door. "Follow me..."

Everyone enter inside of the dumpster with the Teacher looking around. "We're going to settle down here! Take these old tires to sit on..."

The Teacher put his belonging on a car and open it. "While i prepare my equipment!"

"But sir, please tell us why are we here?!" Tsuyoshi asked with pure confusion in his voice, as the Teacher put tubes on the car.

"The Principal said 'no more dangerous experience at school!'" The Teacher explained as he fill the tubes, much to the Students' nervousness at this. "Well, we're no longer at school!"

Present

Tsuyoshi nodded. "And that was only last week..."

Kazoki and Tenka stood there in silence, dumbfounded by everything they just hear. Surprisingly, the Spirit is one who asked what they were both thinking. "How did those people became Teachers in the first place?"

"Trust me, we've being wondering the same thing for a long time." Ciela admited before sighing. "The bright side is that now that the Principal fired miss Freya, we'll finally have peace...at least, for a good while."

"In the meantime, our Germany Lesson are remplaced by Spanish one." Tsuyoshi said with crossed arms. "Maybe that's for the best. After what happened with Freya, i doubt that the others will be eager to learn a Language that will make them remember her...at least, for a while."

"...And you say that our life are crazy?" Kazoki said.

"We'll have our own crazy life." Tsuyoshi shrugged.

After several more talks, the Trio see that it was time for them to go home. They get up from their seats.

"It was nice talking to you, but it's time to go now." Tsuyoshi said.

"Same here." Ciela smiled, with Mian nodding. "Wanna hang out again?"

Kazoki and Tenka shared a glance, before they looked back at the three. "You want to hang out with us?"

"Yeah." Tsuyoshi nodded. "From what we saw so far, you two seem to be alright. Also, you two seem like you could use some company."

"...Very well." Tenka said for the first time. "Maybe we can 'hang out' as you said."

Tsuyoshi give a thumb up. "Sweet! See you next time!"

Kazoki and Tenka nodded back, with the Trio walking away together.

Kazoki sighed before he noticed Tenka looking at him. "What?"

"Why didn't you tell me that Human have different skin colors?" Tenka asked with a frown.

"You never asked." Kazoki shrugged. "Also, i didn't think that we would came across a black-skinned person in this City. I admit, it's a nice change."

"...I guess so." Tenka said before she looked at the horizon. "It was not a bad experience, i must admit. Meeting new people feel...different, from usual."

"Agree." Kazoki nodded. "And now that we have meet new people, Tonomachi and the others will finally leave us alone with this. "He looked at his watch. "So, since we have time for ourself, wanna go to the Studio? To see if there is something interesting?"

"...Very well." Tenka said.

Location: Euroto Studio

When the Duo arrived, they were asked by Hayato to try out their new suit for the Movies. So they've gone to another room.

Tenka inspected her new Costume in the mirror. It was a black spandex with purple shoulder plate, magenta belt, and black boots.

"...At first, i though that the suit would be...interesting. But now, i see that it's more different then what it was show to us." Tenka said after examinating her suit.

"It still better then Ayato who cosplay as himself." Kazoki pointed behind him.

Behind the two is Ayato who, like Kazoki said, is dressed as himself. With the head being a box with drawing on them. After a moment, he spoke up. "I can't see anything!"

Ayato take the box out of his head, letting his head free. He then looked at Kazoki and Tenka. "I don't know what i was thinking by doing this."

"Neither of us." Kazoki said.

"Hey!" Tenka called out, making Ayato look at her. "When you told me to try this new suit, i didn't expect it to look like something that look like a Super Hero's Costume! Not just that, but it look like it was made recently."

"This suit is inspired from the one that Wolverine wear at the beginning of Deadpool & Wolverine which, as you probably both know it, came out recently." Ayato explained as he put down the box. "We wanted to create a similar suit to try our new materials. So far, i think that it go well."

"We don't share the same opinion." Tenka said before looking around. "So, what role i'm supposed to play again?"

"You're a hired Assassin in Training who is in quest to find the truth about the dissaperance of a City in America." Ayato explained.

"Assassin?" Kazoki said before looking over. "That probably explain the dagger."

On Tenka's knees were a dagger hidden in her pants. She take one of them and see that it was a purple blade that shined.

"And that's not all." Ayato lifted a finger. "To make her different from the others Assassin seeing until now, we decided to give her the ability to use Magic. Imagine how many people will come to the Theater to watch someone who can throw magical dagger."

"What is the title of the Movie?" Kazoki asked.

Ayato smirked before raising his hand and waved it in front of him. "Etsuko: The Magical Assassin."

"..."

"..."

"...Etsuko: The Magical Assassin?" Tenka repeated with a rosed eyebrow.

"Yes." Ayato nodded. "This is the story of a young girl called Etsuko-which is you-who is in quest to hunt down the most dangerous and fearsome Dragon of the entire Kingdom. Along the way, she encounter many different people who're going to show her the true meaning of enjoying life."

"Why hunt down a Dragon?" Tenka asked.

"To be the strongest...and also to use his scales to make a great Sword." Ayato explained.

"And what role i have in this Movie?" Kazoki asked.

"You're a bartender." Ayato said.

"...Meh, it could be worse." Kazoki shrugged.

"AYATO!!" A voice is hear screaming angrily, making the mentioned paling.

"If think that someone is calling me, i gotta go!" Ayato said before running away.

Kazoki and Tenka looked at the man running before they see a busty red-head running after him with an angry look on her face. "AYATO! GET BACK HERE NOW!!"

Ayato yelped before he opened the nearest door and go inside of it, followed by the young woman who is chassing him. A moment of silence followed. Kazoki blinked. "...I'm starting to think that this place isn't a Studio, but a madhouse instead."

Tenka frowned. "Agree. The Humans of this place are far more wilder then the one that we came across until now."

Their conversation is cut-short as someone aproched them. They looked over and see that it was a boy of their age.

The boy has bright blond hair and ocean blue eyes. He's wearing a white shirt with black sleeve, black pants, and black shoes. He has a notebook in his hands.

The boy walk up toward them until he stopped a few meter of the duo.

"Bien le bonjour." The boy said politely, making Kazoki rose a eyebrow and Tenka blink.

"...What?" Tenka said confused.

"He's greeting us in French." Kazoki said before turning toward the boy. "Can we help you?"

"I happened to be passing by and i've noticed that the two of you talking to each others, so i decided to come and say bonjour." The boy said before looking at the two of them. "Are you news, by any chance?"

"Indeed, we are." Kazoki said before pointing at himself. "I'm Kazoki Anakin." He point at Tenka. "And this is Tenka Yatogami."

"Oh? Comme dans Stars Wars?" The boy said interested.

"No. Why does everyone say that?" Kazoki said annoyed.

"I see...either way, je m'appel Fabrice." Frabrice said with a bow. "Ravi de vous rencontrer."

Tenka frowned. "Why are you doing this?"

Fabrice looked confused. "Doing what?"

"You speak between two different language at the same time." Tenka said. "Why is that?"

"I have no reason to do so, c'est comme ça que je suis." Fabrice said before gesturing to Tenka. "It would be like asking, why are you une Fille?"

Tenka looked completely lost at this. Sighing, Kazoki spoke up. "He said that this is how he is and that you're question is like asking why are you a girl."

"Oh..." Tenka said, with the Snarky Human turning toward the French boy.

"Why are you working here?" Kazoki asked.

"A few months ago, me and my Family has moved out of France to live in Japon." Fabrice explained. "During that time, i needed a job to help my Family, and a man est venus me voir pour me proposer un travail." He lifted a handbook. "And so, i'm concurently learning how to speak Japonais, and so far, i think that i'm doing well."

Tenka rosed a eyebrow. Kazoki sighed again. "He's saying that he was offered a job by a man and that he's learning Japanese."

Kazoki looked at Fabrice. "Speaking of which, does the man in question happened to be Nobunaga Shizuka?"

"Bien sure." Frabrice comfirmed. "He wanted to have a Foreigner in his Movie, and this is where i come to play." He sighed. "But i wish that my sister was here as well."

"You have a sister?" Tenka asked.

"Yes. Unfortunately, she only know French, unlike me, so talking to her est impossible." Fabrice said. "Her name is Florian."

Kazoki rubbed his chin. "Florian...say, do you happened to be twin by any chance?"

Fabrice blinked. "Oui. How do you know?"

"Call it a hunch." Kazoki replied. "Anyway, can you tell Hayato and his brother to give a bigger costume to Tenka?"

"Of course, it's natural between Collègue." Fabrice said. "Now if you excuse me, i'm needed somewhere else. Au revoir."

On those words, Fabrice turned around and walked away, leaving behind Kazoki and Tenka who stared at him in pure silence.

"...This Human is even more weirder then you." Tenka said after a moment of silence.

"Good." Kazoki said, making Tenka look at him.

Later

"CUT!"

A fat man with black hair facepalmed. "For the last time, this is a Action Movie! Not a Romantic Comedy!"

Hinako put a hand on the man's shoulder. "Please, calm down, Mr. Isamu. Getting worked out won't get us anywhere."

"Can you really blame me?!" Isamu complained before gesturing to the two actors on set. "I've told them again and again that their Characters aren't suppposed to kiss! But apparently, they have decided to change the script for how they saw fit!"

The sound of the door opening draw their attention. They look over and see Kazoki and Tenka walking over. Isamu rose a eyebrow. "Oh, must be the new actors."

"More or less, yeah." Kazoki said.

Isamu rosed a eyebrow before turning toward Tenka and studie her. "So, you must be the actor who play the Protagonist? How do we know you have what it take?"

Tenka rosed a eyebrow before she spotted the wall. She walk toward it before she jumped on it and do a back flip, followed by throwing several daggers on a wall that hit several targets, making Hinako impressed.

Tenka landed on the ground before putting her hands on her hips. "Is that enough for you?"

"Oh...it seem that we have our own Tom Cruise." The Director crossed his arms.

Tenka rose a eyebrow at the foreign name. "...Who?"

Kazoki take off his gloves. "When people make Movies, it's not rare for them to have liner during stunt scene. However, there are some expection who make stunt by themself. Tom Cruise is one of them."

"Oh..." Tenka said before turning toward the others. "So i supposed that i won't need those liner during Movies?"

"If you're able to make your own stunts, then yes." The busty red-head comfirmed.

Kazoki rose a eyebrow. "And you are...?"

"Akoya." The busty red-head introduced herself. "I'm one of the actress of the Movie. I play a Guardian."

"You already know Tenka Yatogami." Kazoki pointed at himself. "I'm Kazoki Anakin."

"Anakin?" Akoya repeated before smiling amused. "You mean like-"

"Don't." Kazoki cut off sharply, making the red-head more amused.

"Hey..." Tenka called out, making Akoya turn toward her. "We saw you chassing the other guy earlier, why is that?"

Upon remembering what happened earlier, Akoya get angry. "This idiot wanted me to wear Tifa Lockhart's outfit! All so that he could see a girl wearing those clothings!"

"I-I-I swear that it's for a good cause!" Ayato stuttered, especially when Akoya turned toward him and walked in his direction. "We need to find you the ri-"

"Don't give me that!" Akoya interruped, making Ayato shudder. "You just wanted to see my chest, don't you?!"

Ayato didn't say anything. He only looked down at the ground. Akoya narrowed her eyes. "I knew it."

The red-head grabbed the brown-haired young man, making him yelp, before dragging him. "If you want to see me in a suit that badly, fine, but not the one that you're expecting. Everyone, we're leaving."

"N-No! SOMEONE HELP ME!!" Ayato begged, only for him and Akoya to go to another room.

"...Too bad that they're not saying or that we don't have any popcorn." Isamu said bored, like it was a trent for him. "This would make a good show."

"Yeah." Most people in the room agree.

"...Does this happen often?" Tenka asked.

"Plus ou moin." A voice said, making them look to the side and see Fabrice come over with cards in his hands. "Ayato always upset Akoya with his antic. The others have grow use to it and now see this as a Comedic Show."

"...Yup, those people are completely weird." Kazoki said, looking around. "Now i'm starting to think that we're really in a madhouse."

"While it's true that the people in this Studio are bizzard, i wouldn't go so far to call this place une Maison de fous." Frabrice said, playing with his cards.

"It's still like one to me." Kazoki sighed. He started to think that coming here was an mistake.

The Universal Festival ended up last week. However, i wasn't able to Update sooner, because i'm working on several Senran Kagura One-Shot, including one that is for Halloween.

This Chapter serve mostly as developement for Kazoki and Tenka. With them having a pair of new friends who aren't Spirits. I wanted them to have their own group separated from the others.

Ciela, Tsuyoshi, and Mian were already used for my "Christmas Adventures" Book. Which i admit, was not my greatest success, mostly because half of the Chapters were retelling of Christmas Stories on Tv with my Characters remplacing them...anyway, there are two difference. First, Kyou (Mian) has a different name. Second, she's deaf. The reason will be explained below.

I wanted to have Kazoki and Tenka's new friends to be different from the usual Cast of Date A Live. Which is why i make Tsuyochi black, and make Mian deaf. I also though about adding Fabrice because i though that it would be funny for Kazoki and Tenka to hang out with someone who speak French. As for Ciela...let's be honest, who else beside Shido, Mana, Yoshino, or Shinji has Blue hair in this Series?

As for why i changed Kyou (Mian)'s name...well, there is a Series called "Clannad" in which there is a Character with the same name and feature as the one i've made, and i don't want to have the two of them to be mistook for each others...despite the fact that their eyes and personality are different.

By the way, remember the Digital Tablet that i've talked about a few Chapters ago? Well, i've give it back to my sister's friend. That was probably for the best. Ever since i've first got it, i wasn't able to make at least one drawing. Not to mention that it wasn't easy to use as i though.

Sorry if the Chapter was short, i was in hurry and i didn't have a lot of idea. However, it still play a important role for later...for the most part. I might comeback to fix several things in this Chapter.

Kurumi Arc 2

Kazoki watched as Shido and Kurumi shared a kiss. "...If they have done this far sooner instead of wasting everyone's time, we wouldn't have all those problems."

Mio Arc

Kazoki is seeing on the ground, his body completely injured from head-to-toes. He look up and see the responsable of everything that happened so far: Mio, the Spirit of Origins.

"...I wish it hasn't come to this." Mio said with sadnesss in her voice, much to Kazoki's irritation. "There is nothing personal, but i must do this."

"You say that, and yet you have no problem killing many people for your dumb plan." Kazoki snarked. "I don't see why it would be different with me."

If Mio is hurt or offenced by the comment, she didn't show it. Instead, she used one of her Angel. "Farewel, young man."

"Fuck you, Thanos." Kazoki said before vanishing.

Final Arc

After Mio and Westcott's defeat, Kazoki, Shido, and Tohka find themself in a separated world. One that is created by Tohka's Inversed self. She created that world so that she could test her newfound powers...at least, that's what she said. The truth is that she wanted for Tohka to live her last moment peacefully with Shido and the others.

However, Tohka wanted Shido and her otherself to go with her on a Date, with the condition that Kazoki join them as well.

At this moment, Kazoki, Tenka, and Tohka watched as Shido wrote a name on the blackboard. Shido looked over. "So, what do you think of it?"

"...This name is similar to Tohka." Inversed Tohka said with a frown. "This better not be a mockery, Human."

"I think that 'Tenka' is a good name." Tohka said with a smile.

"While it's true that the name isn't original, it's still a good one." Kazoki said.

Inversed Tohka-now named Tenka-seem to calm down upon hearing their comment. Eventually, she nodded. "I see...i must admit, the name don't sound so bad."

"Really?!" Shido exclaimed dumbfounded, noy believing that she agree with Tohka and Kazoki but not him.

After this, they continued their Date. But then, it was time for them to say goodbye. At one moment, Tenka aproched Kazoki. "Huma-no, Kazoki. I must admit, one of the reason that i asked to you to come was so that i could make your heart surrender to me."

"What a surprise." Kazoki rolled his eyes.

"But after the day we spend together...i think that..." Tenka looked to the side. "Being with you wasn't bad at all. Perhaps...in a different life...you and i would have being friends."

"...Perhaps we could." Kazoki said, his tone now softer then earlier, before closing his eyes. "But you and Tohka will...i don't think that it will be possible now."

Tenka placed a hand on Kazoki's shoulder, much to his surprise, before giving a surprising smile. "Maybe so...but this Date with you, Tohka, and Shido was the best one that i've ever had. Goodbye, Kazoki."

The next second, Tenka vanished, leaving behind a emotional Kazoki. "Goodbye...Tenka."
