Chapter 15: End Of A Battle

Location: Arubi Island

Kazoki and the others arrived to the beach, where the battle still rage on in the sky. Kazoki narrowed his eyes further as became more annoyed. "At this rate, they're going to destroy the island."

If someone was going to speak up, they weren't given the chance to do so as a voice screamed. "Kazoki!"

Kazoki blinked before he looked to the side and see Shido and Tohka running toward him. "You two?!"

Shido opened his mouth...before closing it upon noticing Misaro and the others. "What the?"

"What's wrong?" Hoshi asked confused...before noticing that Shido's gazed at the girls' outfit, especially Miki, something that annoyed him. "Hey! Instead of ogling our girlfriends, tell us why are there Spirits fighting in the sky?!"

Shido gulped as he try to avoid ogling Miki's body. "I...why are they here? And how do they know about Spirits?"

"Nevermind that! What's going on exactly?!" Kazoki demanded.

Shido looked at Kazoki and the others before he sighed and explained them. Apparently, Yuzuru and Kaguya were still competiting for the true Yamai thing, but this time, they wanted the other to live. So they secretly asked Shido to choose the other. During the night, Shido explained what happened to him to Tohka. Unfortunately, the stupid twin just happened to passing by and hear what Shido said. They became angry with each others and decided to fight to death.

"Those two idiots!" Kazoki screamed, startling Shido and Tohka. "They are so obssesed with this stupid Yamai thing that they don't care about any alternative or anything else!" He shooked his head and glared at Shido. "We have to stop them now."

"I know! But i don't know how to do so!" Shido said.

"Then i suppose that we should help you then." Kazuya proposed as he and his friends stood by.

Shido blinked, looking uncertain. Kazoki spoke up. "Trust me, they know what they're doing. I see them in actions, and i can tell you that the aren't amateur."

Shido still hesitated before he sighed. "Very well then. I trust your judgement."

Tohka nodded. "We need to bring their attention and make them cease their fight!"

"I'm afraid that it won't be possible."

Kazoki and the others hear a voice above them. They look up and see three people coming down in strange suit. A woman and two man.

"Who the hell are you?!" Kazoki demanded.

"My name is Nakaru Mitsuhirato." The blond-haired man introduced himself before gesturing the two others. "And this is Tatsu Kari and you already meet Ellen Mathers."

"What do you want from us?!" Shido asked them.

"You? Nothing. We are more interested in your friends." Tatsu smirked, looking at Tohka and Tenka. "More specificaly...your Spirits friends."

Shido's eyes widened in shock upon hearing this. "What?! Are you part of the AST?!""

"I'm afraid not." Ellen said. "And honestly we don't have the time to-"

"We're from DEM!" Tatsu cut off, surprising Ellen and confusing some of them.

"DEM?" Hyoki asked aloud confused.

"Kari!" Ellen glared at the man.

"What? They were going to find out sooner or later, anyway." Tatsu shrugged before looking at their opponent. "Anyway, our mission is to retrive the Spirit know as Princess...and the Demon King as well."

Tenka is taken back by what she just hear. Demon King? It's exactly like...

Flashback

"You made the wrong choice...brace yourself, Demon King."

Present

Tenka recovered from her surprise and glared at the three Wizard before raising her hand and summoning Nahema, surprising some of them, before she pointed her sword at them.

"I see...so it was you!" Tenka growled angrily. "You have a lot of nerve to send a threatning message against me!"

"What are you talking about?" Tatsu asked confused.

"Don't play dumb! I now know that it was you fools who send me that letter!" Tenka said annoyed.

"...I'm afraid that i don't know what you're talking about." Nakaru said. "I'm certain that no one send you a letter. Especially not Mathers and Kari who would rather come face-to-face with their targets to end them."

Tenka is confused by it. She though that he was lying, but looking at his eyes, she see nothing but the truth in them. If that's not them, then who it is?

"No matter." Ellen is quick to forget the subject at once. "You two are going to come with us, whetever you like it or not."

"We won't go anywhere with you!" Tohka said angrily, summoning Sandalphon and pointing it at Ellen.

"You don't stand a chance against us! There's fourteen of us, and three of you!" Yuki exclaimed.

"Three? Sorry, kids, but i think that you need to check your math level." Tatsu taunted.

"What do you mean?" Hoshi asked confused.

The next second, several robots appear in front of them. But unlike the one on the Island, theythose one has humanoid apparance, with black and white color on them, along with green eyes. Kazoki looked around and narrowed his eyes. "What are those things?"

"Bandersnatch." Nakaru replied. "DEM's commun soldiers. They only exist for one thing: obey orders."

"This idiot of Mathers always bring them to fight someone else, and she has the nerve to call herself the strongest!" Tatsu scoffed. "What a hypocrite!"

Ellen glared at Tatsu. "Shut up!"

"You're the strongest?" Tenka looked at the woman. "In that case...I'll take a pleasure to destroy you."

Ellen glared at Tenka. "It won't be easy as you think."

"We're going to kill you before bringing Princess and Demon King, and once we're done, the two Berserk are next on the list!" Tatsu smirked.

"You won't be able to do so! Kaguya and Yuzuru won't let themself being killed by the like of you!" Shido said seriously. "If we fight, they will notice you and help us!"

Nakaru pointed in the sky, showing the Yamai twin who were to busy fighting to notice what's going on. "Judging by what we're seeing, it's unlikely. When we are done with you, there is a high chance that either of them die or they kill each others. Either way, we won't have to worry about them interfering."

Tenka scoffed. "As if i would need help to deal with the like of you three!"

"...Wrong, you'll be fighting me." Ellen took a step foward before glaring at Tatsu and Nakaru. "The Demon King is mine. You take care of the rest of them."

"I don't believe that you're in position to give us orders." Nakaru glared at Ellen...before shrugging. "But alright, have it your ways."

"Yeah! If you want to be slaughtered, be our guest!" Nakaru laughed. Ellen gritted her teeth at this.

"Why you!" Ellen growled.

"Ah!" Tenka let out a laugh, making the strongest Wizard turn toward her. "You wish to challenge me alone? I can't tell if your suicidal or stupid!"

"More like delusional if you ask me." Kazoki commented.

Ellen gripped her sword hard enough that her fist became white. "I'm the strongest Wizard in the world! Don't you dare look down on me!"

"Really?" Tenka rosed a eyebrow before looking at the Bandersnatch surronding them. "If your claim was true, you wouldn't need to bring so many robots to fight us. If anything, it show that you're weak."

"What?!" Ellen snarled.

"She's right! You're one of the most weakest Wizard in the world!" Tatsu laughed, amused at Ellen's reaction.

However...

An slashing sound is hear as everyone watched a hand fly and landing on Shido's feets, much to his shock and horror. They all turned toward the source and see Ellen with her sword raised.

Tatsu stopped laughing and looked at his arm...which was cut off by Ellen's sword. But for some reason, instead of panicking or screaming, he smirked. "Oh? Look like we struck a nerve~"

Ellen didn't said anything. Her eyes were hidden by her hair. Then, she slowly look up, showing her purple eyes that showed pure anger. The next second, she spoke in a voice full of calmness that hid comtempt. "I won't allow any of you to mock me...i'm the strongest Wizard in the world, and you're about to see why."

Ellen throw herself against Tenka and launched a strike with her sword that was blocked by Nahema, causing a shockwave that nearly blow everyone back. Ellen glared at Tenka who looked at her without any expression on her face.

"You call yourself the strongest, and you can't handle me?" Tenka rosed a eyebrow before shooking her head. "Pathetic."

"Shut up!" Ellen growled. "Your arrogance will be your downfall!"

"I could say the same thing about you." Tenka replied before sending Ellen fly with a smack to the face.

Nakaru looked at the fight with analize in his eyes. It was clear that Demon King is stronger then Ellen Mathers, it's only a matter of time before she is defeated by the Spirit. He turned back toward the others. "Now then, that leave us with you."

"Listen, you may not know this or care, but not too long ago, we fought against a bunch of Robots and win!" Yuki said. "So it won't make much difference for us to fight against them."

"Oh? Then you'll have no problem fighting against an army then!" Tatsu exclaimed amused before he raised his hand. "Attack!"

The Bandersnatch all charged toward them...only for half of them to be destroyed by Misaro, Hyoki, and the rest. Making Shido and Tohka shocked, Kazoki blinking, and Tatsu's jaw dropping. "W-What?!"

"What did we just say now?" Yuki deadpanned.

Tatsu frozen in shock before he regained his composure and glared at them. "Fine then! We'll just take care of you ourself!"

Nakaru and Tatsu activaed their CR-Unit and charged at them. Kazoki and the others dodged in time. However, some of them were scattered in the process. Half of them were fighting the Bandersnatch while the rest fight against Nakaru and Tatsu.

Kazoki jumped away and dodged the assault of Tatsu, only for Yuki to attack the Wizard, making him back away. He aimed a laser at her and shoot, only for him to miss as Yuki dodge them without trouble. At one point, when Tatsu stopped to shoot for a moment, Yuki launched an assault with her flail, making Tatsu be the one to dodge them this time.

Yuki was about to continue before she was tackled from behind by a Bandersnatch, making her fall to the ground. Tatsu narrowed his eyes. Now was his chance to strike! He aimed at Yuki and fired, making her flinch as the attack grow closer.

Kazoki growled before he rushed toward Yuki and shield her from the attack, making him scream in pain. Yuki look up worried. "Kazoki!"

The Snarky Human fall to the ground as he feel his back burning. They hear footstep and looked up, only to see Tatsu towering them.

Tatsu smirked and aimed at them. "Sorry, kids. Nothing personal, just doing our jobs."

BAM!

Tatsu screamed in pain as his hand was hit by a laser, making him drop his gun. He looked at his hand that has now a burning mark, before glaring to the side at Kazuya who glared back. "You won't kill anyone here!"

Tatsu growled and was about to shoot at him, but this distraction allowed Yuki to attack him with her flail, breaking his ribs in the process. Tatsu screamed before he hear Kazoki's voice. "Beware the light."

Tatsu turned toward the Snarky Human, only to see him holding two grenade...that he throw toward the Wizard before they explosed, creating smoke. Tatsu screamed as he try to see through the smoke. "Where the hell are you brats?!"

A huge pain is feel through Tatsu's abdoment, making him wince greatly. He look down and see three claws piercing his stomach. He look up and see Takumi glaring at him in anger. He coughed. "Y-You...how dare you..."

"When you try to kill someone, prepare to face the consequence." Takumi warned before he pushed the claws deeper into Tatsu's gut, making him feel a huge pain. Then, Takumi kicked him away, sending him toward Miki who reared her fist back and punched him, sending him crash into the ground.

Nakaru shooked his head as he looked at Hyoki who looked at him seriously. She then try to strike him with her sword, only for the man to block it with his own. She glared into his own eyes. "Your teammates are losing ground, you should surrender right now."

"Unlike those two idiots over there, i'm not stupid enough to underestimate my opponents." Nakaru said before pushing back Hyoki. He then swinging his sword at Hyoki who blocked his strike with her sword, before being struck in the stomach by the tip of the sword, making her fall over.

Nakaru raised his sword to finish off Hyoki before a knive appear in his vision. He barely have the time to move his head before he feel a sharp pain in his right eye. The next second, blood flow in the air before landing on the sand as an scream of pain is hear.

Maki panted as she lowered her hand. She walk up toward Hyoki and give her a hand. "Are you alright?"

Hyoki grabbed the hand and get up. "Yes...thanks for the save."

"She didn't save you...she sealed your fate."

Hyoki and Maki froze as they both feel killing intense toward them. Looking over, they saw Nakaru glaring at them with his left eyes...and his right eyes bleeding from being pierced. He clenched his fists hard enough that they became white. "I was going to give you a quick and painless death, but now...you're going to wish that you were never born."

Before the girls could react, Nakaru appear in front of Maki and knee her hard in the stomach. Hyoki call her out. "Maki!"

Nakaru turn around and smack her across the face. He then grabbed Hyoki's hair, making her scream in pain, before delivering several punch in her face. Then, a shout is hear. "DON'T TOUCH MY GIRLFRIEND!!"

Nakaru turned around only to receive a right hook that broke his nose. He screamed in pain as he let go of Hyoki and hold his nose. This allowed his attacker to shoot at his CR-Unit, causing it to disfonction, before piercing his right leg with a sword. Nakaru's gritted his teeth at the sudden pain. A hand grabbed his head and make him turn around, allowing him to see Misaro looking at him angrily. The next second, the young boy headbutted the man in his broken nose, making Nakaru scream in pain again, before he send him fly with a kick.

Misaro immediatly forgot about the man and turned toward Hyoki and kneel up. "Are you okay?"

Hyoki rubbed her face and nodded. "Yeah. At least, he didn't broke anything."

Misaro sighed in relief as he helped up Hyoki and glared at Nakaru who rubbed his face. He glared at the kids in front of him. His calmness from earlier remplaced by pure fury. "You've done it now...!"

Tatsu landed beside Nakaru and glared at his opponent who are joined by the rest. "This isn't over! We're still going to make you all-"

Something slammed into Tatsu and Nakaru, making them all fall to the ground. Confused, Kazoki and the others see someone coming down toward them, it was Tenka who looked at Ellen with an angry expression on her face.

"I'm going to assume she didn't give you any trouble?" Kazoki said.

"This pathetic woman try to use Shibo as meat shield." Tenka said coldly as she glared at Ellen who struggled to get up. "Your teammates were right all along, you're nothing more then a arrogant fool who overstimate herself."

"This end now!" Misaro exclaimed angrily at the three Wizards. "Stand down or prepare to suffer!"

Nakaru look up and see that every single one of them were ready to strike them down. Even the one without weapon looked prepared to jump on them. As much he wanted to continue, he know that neither of them are in state to continue. And if they fight against Demon King in this state, they're going to die. There is only one thing left to do.

"...The time has come to retreat." Nakaru said, much to Ellen and Tatsu's shock.

"What?!" Ellen exclaimed shocked before glaring. "You really expect the three of us to leave just like that?!"

Nakaru glared. "I didn't ask for your opinion!"

Without warning, Nakaru struck Ellen's neck, making her fall unconcious. He then used the remaining energy of his suit to put Tatsu's arm around his neck and carry Ellen in the other one. He looked at their opponent. "This isn't the last you see of us...goodbye."

Nakaru started to fly until the three of them starting to fly away of the Island.

"They're getting away!" Tenka snarled. "Come back here, you cowards!"

Tenka launched a blast in their way, which hit them dead on and make them fall into the sea. Tenka was about to give chase when she hear a voice. "Don't..."

Tenka look behind her and see Hyoki heping up Misaro. She look at Tenka. "Right now, we have more important matter to attend to. Beside, i doubt that they would have survived this attack.

Tenka narrowed her eyes but didn't argue. She walk up to Kazoki and see him rubbing his side with a wince. For some reason, see him like that make her feel angry, but not at him. Rather at the three cowards who run away just now. "Hey..."

Kazoki look at Tenka...who helped him up on his feets, much to his shock. "Woah...!"

"Don't get use to it." Tenka warned him as she helped Kazoki to sit up on a rock.

"Hey..." Yuki called out, making Kazoki turn toward her, before smiling. "I didn't get the chance to do it, but thanks for saving me earlier. I really apreciate it."

"...It was nothing." Kazoki simply said.

"No, it wasn't nothing." Kazuya said. "You protected my girlfriend from an madman. If it wasn't for you, she would be greatly injured. You have my gratitude for that."

Kazoki said nothing. That's the first time that showed else showed genious gratitude toward him. He didn't know what to think of it.

"Hey, where are the blue-haired boy and his girlfriend?" Hoshi asked.

"We're here."

Kazoki and the others look to the side and see Shido and Tohka walking toward them. "Well, you took your time."

"Sorry, we were trying to help Tenka but got hold back by those Robots." Shido explained as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Do i look like i need help?" Tenka asked annoyed.

"If you two are done, we have another problem." Kimato said, pointing at the sky.

Kazoki look up and see Kaguya and Yuzuru still fighting. The sight of it make him angry. "Those whores...after all of that, and they didn't bother noticing anything?!"

"We need to grab their attention!" Shido said before seeing Sandalphon in his hand. "Maybe that will work."

Shido raised his sword high before swinging it in the sky, sending a slash that go past Kaguya and Yuzuru, grabbing their attention.

"Kaguya! Yuzuru! Please stop fighting!" Shido screamed.

"Shut up!" Kaguya screamed annoyed. "You are not part of this dual anymore, Shido!"

"Order: Stay out of our ways." Yuzuru said with a irritated tone.

Shido looked deflected at this. Kazoki, whoever, became livid. They nearly lost their life to protect those two idiots, and they want to waste it!? Not on his watch. Kazoki raised a gun and fired between them, startling everyone.

"What was that for!?" Kaguya screamed. "You coul-"

"SHUT THE HELL UP!!!" Kazoki roared with pure rage, making Kaguya goes quiet in fear. "I didn't nearly lose my life so that you dumbass refuse to accept that this fight is pointless!!"

Kaguya and Yuzuru were stunned by this.

"Shock: What did you-"

"I SAID SHUT UP!!!" Kazoki cut off Yuzuru who flinched.

Shido and Tohka began to be scared by Kazoki's anger. Even Tenka was shocked. She has never see him so angry before. Not even the accusation of their hang out made him so mad.

"You two are so pathetic!" Kazoki glared at the twin who were nervous. "You are ready to end each others life without caring about the others, all because you can't bring yourself to accept that neither of you want the others to die! Now, you expect us to sit back and let you do so after you drag us into this mess without asking us!?"

"I..." Kaguya was not idea of what to answer to this. Yuzuru was also lost for words. "You-"

"No!" Kazoki screamed, making Kaguya and Yuzuru flinch. "I will not being ordered around by two cowards who refuse to live!"

Shido try to place a hand on Kazoki's shoulder. "Kazo-"

Kazoki caught his wrist without looking before he give him a hard glance. Shido, understanding the message, back away.

"I-It's true!" Kaguya, having regained her composure, shouted. However, her annoyance was remplaced by fear. "We both want to kill each others! I w-"

"Kaguya!!" Kazoki interruped angrily, making Kaguya goes quiet once more. "I hate people who lying to themself!!" Kaguya flinched at this. "The two of you has forced us to play your game! Now, it's time to do things in my way! You two are going to get down here and listen to what Shido has to say! Or..." He pull the Gun and place it to his head. "I'll kill myself!"

"!!!!" Everyone was shocked at what he said. Shido and Tohka's eyes widened in shock. Yuzuru place her hands on her mouth. Kaguya's jaw dropped. Even Tenka lose her composure. Misaro, Hyoki, and the rest of their friends were equally shocked by this.

"What do you think you're doing!?" Tenka yelled as she stand on Kazoki's way. Kazoki look at her in the eyes. Tenka became shocked once more when she saw the look he gave her. After a moment, she nodded, realising what he was planning, and took a step back.

"N-No!" Kaguya snap out her shock and deny his claim. "You won't shoot! I know you won't!"

Kazoki narrow his eyes. "Wanna bet on that?"

Then, he aim at his right leg and...pull the trigger.

BAM!

"KAZOKI!!" Shido and Tohka shouted in fear. Kazoki's leg was now bleeding. Tenka gritted her teeths, holding herself back from doing something. The twin were horrifying by this.

"Damn..." Kazuya muttered shocked, with Yuki holding her mouth in horror. Their friends were even more shocked then before.

"...Last chance, Kaguya." Kazoki said darkly, ignoring the pain. "You and Yuzuru get down here now and listen to Shido, or else...you two will spend the rest of your life with my death on your conscience." He narrow his eyes. "You know that i will do it."

Yuzuru and Kaguya look at his face and could see he was very serious. He will do it! They look at each others in fear. They didn't want to see anyone die. Especially because of them. If they let Kazoki kill himself, it will be like they will be the one to kill him. They look back at Kazoki only to see him bringing his Gun to his head, scaring them further.

"NO!! STOP!! We'll get down!" Kaguya shouted before she and Yuzuru land on the ground and look at Shido. "Speak up, Shido!"

"Demand: Make it quick." Yuzuru said while watching Kazoki's move.

Shido glance at Kazoki who nodded. He turned toward the Twin. "Whetever you like it or not, but i still have to decide which to choose. I'm going to give you two option."

"What is it?" Kaguya asked, watching Kazoki's move.

"One, Yuzuru absorb Kaguya and became the true Yamai." Shido said while lifting a finger before lifting another one. "Two, Kaguya absorb Yuzuru and became the true Yamai." When they were about to speak, he quickled added. "Or three, i'll seal both of your power and you both life."

"...Suppose that we listen to you, how do you know that it will work?" Kaguya asked carefully. As much a part of her want to refuse, she don't want to see Kazoki kill himself.

Shido hold his sword. "Sandalphon belong to Tohka. I aquire it after having sealed her power...if it fall, then you two can kill me."

"And you better choose carefully. Because if you make the wrong choice, i will kill myself." Kazoki stated seriously.

Yuzuru and Kaguya look at each others then back at Shido and Kazoki who look at them with worry and anger respectively, with the latter still aiming at his head. They look back at each other with Kaguya asking. "Yuzuru...if this work, then what do you want to do?"

Yuzuru answered. "Inquire: What do you have in mind?"

"Tohka always talk about those Kinako Bread and how good they are. It make me want to try one." Kaguya answered.

"Express: Yuzuru always wanted to goes to School." Yuzuru answered.

"Well, i always wanted to do arcade Games, i never got the chance to do so since we were dueling." Kaguya added.

Little by little, Kaguya and Yuzuru told what they wanted to do and the cloud in the sky scattered. Then, the Yamai Twin started to reach each others...only to see a airship in the sky. Upon seeing Bandersnatch, Tenka aimed at the ship and shoot it at it, making it fall into the sea, much to everyone else's shock. Tenka noticed their look and rosed a eyebrow. "What?"

"...She...destroyed them so easily." Kaguya said amazed.

"Confusion: Why does i feel like something has being stolen from us?" Yuzuru asked more to herself then anyone else.

After that, Shido is asked by the Twin to come with them in the wood. Seeing that they'll stop killing each others, Kazoki dropped his gun. "At least, those two idiots see reason."

If the Snarky Human looked beside him, he would have noticed Tenka looking at him with a frown on her face. "You idiot..."

Location: Unknown Island

As the water crashed down on the island, three unconsious bodies landed on it. It was the three Wizard that fought Kazoki and the others.

Tatsu has his mouth wide open, which allowed water to enter it. Upon feeling something in his throat, the brown-haired man's eyes snapped wide open and he sat up, coughing loudly. When it was done, he sighed. "Damn...i hate being woken up like this.

Tatsu then noticed that he, and the two others were stranded on a Island. "Wait a minute, what is this place? ASSHOLE, WAKE UP!!"

Nakaru and Ellen woke up startled. They looked around and noticed Tatsu getting up. He pointed at them annoyed. "Stop laze around and focus! What exactly happened to us?!"

"...We lost, that's all." Nakaru spoke up bitterly upon remembering his defeat.

"Really?" Tatsu said before remembering as well. He groaned. "Damn it! To think that we would loss to a bunch of brats!"

"I knew that it was a mistake to sending the both of you." Ellen coldly said, making Tatsu surprised. "Has it not being for you, i would have succeded in my mission! You should have know better then standing in my way!"

Tatsu gritted his teeth as he became angry at Ellen. However, a voice filled with anger and coldness spoke up. "I won't be lectured by a pathetic self-centered woman who care more about her pride then her duty."

Ellen gasped. She and Tatsu and turned toward Nakaru who glared at the woman with his remaining eye. "You-"

"Our mission was to capture the Demon King. But instead of doing so, you decided to use her as a way to prove your superiority!" Nakaru growled. "As a result? Not only we lost one of my limb each, but our entire mission was an failure! Congratulation, Mathers. You proved once again why you are the most useless Wizard in existence!"

Ellen's jawp dropped at the sudden disrespect of the usually composed man. Even Tatsu was shocked. If there is one thing that he know about Nakaru, is that he never trash talk people or get angry. So to see him lash out at Ellen like this is surprising. Perhaps the loss of this mission affected him more then he though.

Ellen quickly recoved from her shock and glared at Nakaru. "I told you that i was the strongest Wizard in the world! So i-"

"If that's what you think, then you don't need to prove anything!" Nakaru cut off, not in the mood to listen Ellen's self-proclamed title. "You could have kidnapped Demon King and we could have make her fight you in the Training Room! There was no need to put your pride over your mission!"

Ellen goes quiet at this. She...never though of that. "I..."

"But now it's too late." Nakaru added. "You can be sure that Westcott won't be happy with the result."

Ellen don't say anything. Instead, she lowered her head and closed her eyes. She could imagine Westcott's disapointment upon finding out the truth. For the very first time, she was utterly ashamed of her behavior.

"So, what now?" Tatsu asked. "Are we go back to our base? Just like that?"

"We don't really have much option right now." Nakaru said before remembering something. "But...i'm more concerned about this...letter."

Tatsu looked confused. "Letter? You mean that thing that Demong King talked about?"

Ellen regained her composure again and spoke up. "I don't see why it matter right now."

"Use you head, Mathers." Nakaru said. "Do you truly think that it's normal that outside of us and those brats that someone else is aware of the Demon King?"

"...No." Ellen said in realisation. Outside of the DEM, there is no one else who should be aware of her.

"Exactly." Nakaru nodded. "I don't know who send them this letter, but if they're aware of the Spirits and their true nature, it would be for the best to investigate about them so that they don't become a threat in the future. Unless you want to repeat what happened back on the Island."

"And what if they don't show up?" Tatsu asked.

"They will..." Nakaru said. "I doubt that they will give up after one failure. For now though, we need to make our report."

On those words, the three DEM Wizard flew back to their base.

Location: Hotel

"That was absolutely reckless!" Tenka put her hands on her hips as she glared at Kazoki. "You could have being killed!"

"...If that's the only way to stop those idiots, then so be it." Kazoki said while healing his wound before flinching a little. "Beside, you would have done the same thing if you were in my place."

"That's not the point!" Tenka said annoyed. "Why would you throw away your life for those childish Spirits!?"

Kazoki look at her in annoyance. "We've nearly die to save those two idiots. And i'll be damned if i let them waste it."

Before Tenka could reply, the door was opened. They look over and saw the Twin in question entering. They both have a guilty look on their face. Kazoki frowned. "Oh, you two...why are you here?"

"...We're sorry." Kaguya said with a sad tone. "We were so blinded by our pride that we didn't want to admit that you and Shido were right about us, and because of that, you end up being injured."

"Regret: We're so sorry for everything." Yuzuru said in the same tone as her sister.

"...It don't matter anymore, at least no one is dead, that's all matter." Kazoki said in a neutral tone. "But let me tell you something." He glared at the twin who became nervous. "Next time that someone is talking to you...listen to them! Capiche?"

The twin look at each others, not knowing what this word mean. Nonetheless, they look back at the snarky boy. "C-Capiche."

Kazoki nodded. "Good."

He get up and walk up toward the door to eat something. Kaguya and Yuzuru were glad that he was not thinking about this anymore. However, Tenka walk up toward them with a glare that make them scared. Kaguya gulped. "W-What's wrong?"

"...Idiots." Tenka said harsly. "You two claim yourself to be superior to Humans, and yet you were too weak to face your own feelings." The twin were hurt by her words. "If you two act this way once more, i'll kill you both myself."

Tenka walk out the door, leaving behind the twin who were stunned by what happened. They shared a glance before Kaguya sighed. "I guess that we deserve that."

Yuzuru nodded. "Agreement: We did."

The next day

"Woah! What's happening to you, Kazoki?!" Tonomachi asked stunned.

Kazoki crossed his arms annoyed, with his leg having a bandage around it. He send a glared in the twin's direction, making them nervous, before looking back at his classmate. "A bunch of idiots screwed up, that's what."

Tonomachi is confused but didn't press further.

"By the way, where's Miyabi?" Shido asked.

Tohka and Origami looked annoyed. "Why do you want to know?"

"By curiosity!" Shido nervously said. "That's all!"

"She told me that she must go back to Asakusa." Makoto explained. "She seem to be in hurry, so she gave me a quick goodbye before leaving."

"And by quick goodbye, you mean a kiss on the lips?" Sayaka asked in a tone filled with jealousy. Beside her were Kyoko and Hina who looked annoyed as well.

"L-Let's not talk about this." Makoto said embarrased.

Before leaving to Asakusa. Miyabi asked to meet up with Makoto alone. Sayaka and the others followed them because they didn't trust the white-haired girl alone with Makoto. Then, out of nowhere, Miyabi pinned Makoto to the wall and gived him a passionated kiss. It was so intense that Makoto almost feel tempted to kiss back, but he controled himself.

Nedless to say that the girls who are interested in Makoto aren't happy about this.

A pair of arms wrapped themself around Makoto and Kyoko's neck. "[On contrary! Let's talk about it! It's not everyday that a busty girl make out with you, Makoto!]"

"...You seem strangely optimist about this, Kumagawa-san." Kyoko pointed out annoyed.

"[Why wouldn't i be?]" Kumagawa asked. "[It's not everyday that you see the Harem of one of your friend being expended.]"

"I DON'T HAVE A HAREM!"

"[Aren't you interested as well, Kyoko?]" Kumagawa asked, ignoring Makoto's shout.

"No. Because not all women are okay with polygamy...or any woman at all." Kyoko said coldly. Polygamy it's something that was badly see by women, and for good reason. Fortunately, it was considerate as forbbiden in many countries.

"[Trust me, you'll be surprise of the number of girls who want Harem.]" Kumagawa smiled.

"I would be surprise if there is at least one." Kyoko replied as she get out his grip.

"What about that green-haired girl?" Shido asked. "Has anyone see her?"

"No, she dissapear after our trip to the beach." Makoto replied.

"Green-haired girl?" Kazoki asked confused before he realised. "Wait, Natsumi was on the beach?"

"You know her?" Shido asked confused.

"More or less...it's a long story, but i didn't think that she would be here." Kazoki replied.

"I saw a green-haired girl earlier, but she was gone with a black-haired girl." Leon said before giving a dumb smile. "Too bad that they were gone, i wish that i could ask the number of the black-haired chick-OW!"

Sayaka pinched Leon's ear, making him wince in pain. "Leon...no."

"Sorry, sorry!" Leon said quickly.

Sayaka sighed and let Leon go, allowing him to rub his ear. "Has anyone see Rean and the others?"

"No, they must probably have gone back to their home." Makoto said, rubbing his chin.

"[I must say, those vacation with you guys were the best that i've ever had. I'll be looking foward to see you all again!]" Kumagawa said with a smile. "[Especially you, Kazoki and Tenka!]"

"No need to rush." Kazoki replied, not in hurry to see the Minus again.

Kumagawa waved off before going to the plane. Makoto call him out. "Make sure that you don't cause chaos this time!"

"[No promise~!]"

Kazoki sighed and rubbed his temple. "This guy is a really pain in the neck."

Leon rubbed his neck. "True...but like we said before, we have no choice but tolerate him whetever we like or not."

"I feel bad for you...and i mean it." Kazoki said sincerly. "Anyway, what about the Harem girl?"

The last part confused many of them before Makoto realised. "Oh, you mean Junko?"

"Who else?" Kazoki said. "Last i check, she was heel over Shido. I'm surprised that she didn't came here to say goodbye to him."

"Actually, we discovered that not too long ago, Junko is actually pretending." Sayaka explained, much to Shido and the others' surprise. "She passed as Shido's girlfriend to make everyone believe that he's a womanizer. Because she know that he wouldn't be able to say no to her."

"Hey! You made me sound like a wimp!" Shido complained.

"You said it, not her." Kazoki smirked, making Shido glare at him.

"Well, you won't hear any complain from me." Tohka said relief. "That mean less competition for Shido."

"Correction, you have more competition." Kazoki corrected, pointing at Shido...who is being hugged from different side by Origami, Kaguya, and Yuzuru.

Tohka became angry at this and joined them. Kazoki watched the scene and shrugged. "Another day in the life of a Harem Protagonist."

"You really like to say this, aren't you?" Tenka asked.

"Who know?" Kazoki shrugged again, before noticing Tenka frowning at him. "What now?"

"I'm still mad at you for shooting your own leg." Tenka said. "You own me later."

"...Since when are you concerned about my well-being?" Kazoki asked.

Tenka blinked at this...before she glared. "I told you, i don't want to lose someone who make me food!"

"Whatever." Kazoki rolled his eyes. "What do you want then?"

"Go on a Date with me." Tenka said.

...

"What did you say?" Kazoki asked dumbfounded.

"You perfectly hear me, i want you to go on a Date with me." Tenka said with crossed arms. "And i won't take no for an answer."

Kazoki rosed a eyebrow before sighing. "Fine, we'll go on a Date. But another day, we still have to recover from...all of this."

Tenka nodded. "That's acceptable."

"By the way, where do you think that Misaro and the others will go now?" Kazoki asked.

Tenka looked away. After the battle on the beach, Misaro and the others treated Kazoki's injuries, along with their own, before they all shared one last goodbye and parting away. Unlike the students of Hope Peak, no one know where they'll go. "Whatever they'll do, i think that it will probably be better then this Island."

"Agree." Kazoki nodded. "It was supposed to be a few days, but i feel like we've being here for months."

"You already say that at the Island." Tenka reminded.

"I know." Kazoki said.

Soon after, the Plane for Tengu City is ready to go. Little by little, everyone started to go in the plane. Kazoki looked at the place one more time. "Goodbye, bullshit Island. Hope to never see you again."

On those words, Kazoki followed the others and they all leave the Island.

Meanwhile, in another place

Misaro and the others exited the plane before going back to their home in a car. After a moment, Hyoki break the silence. "I must say...it wasn't a bad experience."

Yuki nodded. "Yeah! Kazoki, Tenka, and the others seem like nice fellow! I wish that i coud talk to them again."

Kazuya pat her head. "No worries, i'm sure that we'll meet them again later."

Yuki giggled, happy at being patted by her boyfriend. Miki seem to be lost in though, something that Reki noticed. "What's wrong?"

"...I though about something earlier." Miki admited. "Didn't any of you noticed something strange?"

That caught the other's attention. Takumi blinked. "What do you mean?"

"It's just that...why are there so many people after Spirits?" Miki asked, making them confused. "Those people from the DEM seem to be fixated on them for some unknown reason, and even this Shido boy seem to know about them. It's strange that many of them are searching them at the same time, especially now."

"I can't say anything for Shido Itsuka, but i doubt that those DEM have good intention with them." Hyoki replied. "And honestly, if Itsuka truly want to save them, i doubt that the Spirits will make it easy for him."

"What do you mean by that?" Yuki asked.

"During our entire battle, neither of the Twin bothered to notice us, and even when they did, they didn't do anything." Hyoki said. "From what i see, Spirits seem to have a low opinion on Humans or don't value them."

"What are you imply?" Maki asked confused.

Hyoki looked at her friend. "If there are others Spirits ouf of there, there is a high chance that they'll follow the example of theo one that we meet: they won't take anyone seriously. Which make them easy targets of the DEM."

"In that case, they better leave out the people who have nothing to do with them." Misaro said annoyed. He would be damned if anyone has to being dragged into the Spirit's world, because none of them see that their problems are not important then the rest of the world.

"If that is true, it could be a problem later." Hoshi commented before adding. "For them."

Kazuya look ahead...before being shocked at something. "Hey, stop!"

Hoshi immediatly stopped the car, much to everyone else's surprise, before he look at his friend. Before he could open his mouth, Kazuya point in front of him. "Look!"

Confused, everyone else complied...only to be shocked as well. Sitting on the ground in front of their car...is a girl.

The girl has blue hair in bob-style. She has blue eyes that struggled to stay open. She wear a blue fighting kimono who was torn, showing her mature body, and has bruise from head to toes. Her hands and legs were bleeding none-stop.

"Yozakura?" Kimato blinked in shock. "What is she doing here?"

Yozakura noticed the car in front of her, and after seeing who was inside of it, her eyes widened. "Y-You?!"

The next second, the blue haired-girl run toward them. Growling, Kimato exited the car and was about to punch her...only for Yozakura to kneel down and grapping his ankle. Before Kimato could say anything, she spoke up. "F-Finaly...please."

Kimato was more confused then before, especially when he noticed that the girl is shaking, whetever it is of fear or sadness is unknown. He try to make her let go, but was unable to do so. Then, against his will, he find himself asking. "Why are you here?"

"P-Please, help me..." Yozakura mubbled shakily, something that confused him more. He couldn't remember the last time that she sounded so...broken.

Kimato frowned, before he asked another question. "Where are the others? Shouldn't they be with you?"

For the first time, Yozakura look up and stare in his own eyes, with her eyes filled with tears and...no life in them. "Gone...they're all gone!"

Kimato was taken back by the answer. The others exited the car and look over her. Whatever happen to Yozakura, it must be serious if she's not doing anything but begging. Hoshi cocked his head. "What's wrong with her?"

"I don't know..." Kimato replied, completely lost. He turn back toward the blue-haired girl. "What do you mean they're gone? What's going on?"

Yozakura take a deep breath before she look up at them. Her eyes still haven't no life in them, but she recovered enough to tell them more. Then, she spoke three sentence that confused them to no-end. "The Golden Tiger."

Somewhere else

Origami walk down inside a room, after making sure that no one was following her. She stopped after a few moment. Then, she spotted two people in the back of the room. They came out the shadow after a moment, one of them speak up. "Nice to see you again, Tobiichi."

Origami stare at the two people as she remember when she meet them.

Flashback

Origami exited the room in which she was summoned. After using the without authorisation, she was about to be punished by her superior. However, a man suddenly appear in the room and propose to give her a two-month suspencion instead. Later, after talking to Mikie and Mildred, the man appear once again, but this time, with a woman at his side. "Greeting."

Origami look up and stare at the man who held a smile on his face. She feel...something inside her when she look at him. She didn't know why, but something about that man make her feel...fear. Not even the Spirits made her feel this way. "You're that man from the court."

"Yes, i am." The man comfirmed with a smile. "And you are Tobiichi Origami, one of the best agent of the AST. It's a pleasure to meet you."

"...What do you need?" Mikie asked with a nervous tone. Like Origami, she feel fear when she look at the man, and it made her worried for her Senpai.

"Nothing important, i just wish to talk." The man said. "Now then, correct me if i am wrong, but your Captain told me about you...and you seem to hold a deep hatred toward Spirits, correct?"

Origami look down and clenched her fists, remembering the death of her parents, which cause the man to smile evily, without any of them noticing. He place a hand on her shoulder, making her look up. "Well then...what if i'll tell you that there was a way to get rid of them?"

Origami look up and stared at the man shocked. He smirked upon seeing that he caught his attention.

"However, there is one condition for this." The man said, making them confused.

"What is it?" Origami asked.

The man lifted a finger. "All you have to do...is to join the DEM."

"DEM?" Mikie repeated.

"It stand for Deus Ex Machina." The woman replied.

The man placed a hand on Origami's shoulder. "I believe that you have what it take to defeat the Spirits. And Deus Ex Machina will give you full support."

Origami is silence during this. She barely know who this man was, however, something inside of her mind told her that he was dangerous and couldn't be trusted...but her hatred against Spirits is stronger then her suspicion of this man. She must kill them all and avenge her parents, no matter the cost.

The man reached into his vest and give Origami a card. "Of course, you don't have to decide right now. We're going to give you time to think about it. Just call us if you need anything."

Origami look at the card in her hand before looking up at the man. "There is one last thing i need to know...who are you?"

The man smiled. "My name is..."

Present

"Isaac Westcott."

Westcott smiled upond seeing Origami. "So...have you though about my proposition?"

"...I accept." Origami said without any hesitation. "On one condition."

Westcott cocked his head in interest. Origami continued. "In my school, there is a classmate in which i care about. His name is Shido Itsuka. I don't want him to be involved or being harmed."

Ellen's face changed at the mention of Shido's name. Westcott noticed it but don't say anything.

"No worries. No harm will be done to Shido Itsuka." Westcott assured...before adding in his though. "Not directly, anyway."

Origami nodded. "Then i'll join you."

"Wonderful. Ellen will get your gear ready." Westcott walk out the Room, followed by Ellen.

Origami look down. "I'm sorry, Shido...but i must avenge my parents...no matter the cost."

Location: Tengu City Sky

As the people of Tengu City lived their life, they didn't realised that someone is observing them. A shadow with an aura of darkness. They looked at the ground with disdain in their eyes. More specificaly, Kazoki and Tenka who walked back to their home. They shooked their head. "I should've know that it would be a failure as well. This world seem to favore the Spirits more then anything else."

The being looked in another direction and narrowed their eyes. "If my memories are correct...this is the time where she appear."

A smirk came to their face. "Good...that's kill two birds with one stone."

The being raised their hand before a purple ball appear on their palm, showing the shape of a person. "Normaly, she's always manage to survive thanks to her luck...but something's telling me that she won't be lucky this time."

The being started to chuckle before making another ball appear in their other hand, showing another shape that looked more menacing then the other. They smirked again. "Let's see what they will do against them."

Apologize if the Chapter is rushed or the fighting scene is lame. As said before, fighting scene are more easier to write in Dbz. Maybe because they don't involve weapon or something like that. Also, i wanted to finish it as soon as possible.

Anyway, with that Chapter out of the way, we're offically conclude the Slice of Life Arc (Yamai Twin Arc). Now, we'll begin the next one, in which i don't need to tell you what it will be talking about...because you all know the Series. But before that, there will be several Filler Chapters, but it won't be long.

For the part at the end...remember when i say that that the Senki-Shu and their boyfriend will play a role in a Future Arc? Well, it will happen.

For the part about Westcott recruiting Origami sooner...too words. Canon. Divergence. As the result of you-know-what, he decided to make some change in his plan. Plus, the Mission's result...well, technicaly, he was always planning to recruit Origami, but Origami accepted sooner.

Before leaving, there is something that i have to tell you: i saw Deadpool & Wolverine...and it was...AMAZING!! I won't give any spoiler, but i will only tell you this: this is the best MCU Movie of the Multiverse Saga. And probably the best X-Men Movie ever. You guys are going to love it. Count on me to watch it again next week.

The next Chapter will be a Special one. Why? It will be explained during it at the end.

Location: Tengu Square

A familiar green-haired witch landed on the ground. Today is the day where she'll make Kazoki fall to her charm. She looked around. "Now, where a you?"

Natsumi spotted Kazoki in the distance, sitting on a bench with his head down and his hands together, like he was sleeping. Smirking, Natsumi slowly walk up toward Kazoki before coming behind him. She the pressed her bossom behind his head and put her hands on his eyes. "Guess who~?"

...No response.

"I said...guess who~?" Natsumi repeated.

...Silence again.

Natsumi looked confused. Usually, it was the moment where Kazoki get annoyed or tell her to back off. She uncovered his eyes and detached herself from him before walking around the bench and stopping in front of him. "Hello?"

Kazoki didn't say anything. In fact, he wasn't even looking at her. He was still in the same position: head down and crossed hands.

Natsumi looked confused at this unexpected situation. However, what she failed to realised is that the Kazoki in front of her...isn't the real one.

Location: Restaurant

The real Kazoki is seeing eating with Tenka, with both of their plate having steak on them.

"This effigie in latex costed me a lot, but when i think about Natsumi's face right now, i think that's it's worth it!" Kazoki snickered. Tenka rolled her eyes with a smile.

Something that i saw in Gaston Comic. I though it was funny, so i decided to do it. Plus, it's in Kazoki's nature to troll people, especially those who bother him.
