After Lolo's grandfather ,left there was an unsettling silence between us .

The villagers decided to also depart from our home . I sighed thinking about everything that had happened that day .

The old man's words were still playing in my mind , stressing me til my hair almost turned white .

Sighing for the second time , I felt a soft hand caressing my cheek . " Don't worry about it husband " Lolo , said with a gentle smile on his face .

I held him closer and nodded . I knew the answers would come eventually , for the time being I had to concentrate on being strong .

That night , it seemed everything was silent , too silent actually , since even the night animals, did not make any noise .

I lay on our bed with my eyes open , my mind seemed to be too active , so I could not fall asleep .

Suddenly I had a vision , too girls were playing together happily . They looked very much alike , so I figured they were twin sisters .

The picture looked really warm , as they played hopscotch and jump rope .

The sisters looked really close . Then the picture changed , one sister seemed to be looking at the other one with hate which was confusing .

They were just playing together after all . "Why would he choose you over me? I'm I not good enough to inherit his powers?" One sister asked the other .

" Our father has spoken , I'M his second daughter and the one with the most potential " replied the other sister .

That seemed to really make the eldest twin angry . " We shall see , I will be more powerful than even our father " .After she declared that the Vision changed .

The oldest twin , stood on a mountain with her head down and she was chanting something .

She began to dance weirdly and the wind began to blow , she yelled as her eyes turned red and a stone appeared in her hands .

She took the red stone and placed it in her heart literally . She screamed in agony as as the stone entered her skin and right into her heart .

Then she spoke ," I wish my sister to have no peace even in her death " with those words the mountain shook .

It was only for a moment before the mountain stopped shaking . The woman laughed happily , her laugh was so evil , it made all my hair stand on end .

The Vision changed after that , now I saw her sleeping twin sister. She was screaming as chains of darkness wrapped around her.

She was trapped , she tried to call for her father but could not . She could not break free from them as they entered her skin.

Her tears went right into my heart . It was like I could feel her pain . Her eyes opened and they were red as if she was possessed .

The vision changed and there was some kind of ceremony going on .  The youngest was being crowned the next to inherit her father's powers .

Accept it was not the youngest sister that they had crowned it was the oldest twin .

The youngest could not do a thing as the chains wrapped around her stopped her from doing anything .

After that both sisters went on the journey to acquire more power.

They became more powerful yet the younger sister could not brake the chains wrapped around her .

She decided to take her own life , in order to stop her suffering . Only to find out that even after death she was still bound by the chains .

She screamed in agony, even as the fire of hell lit around her , scorching her , she did not feel it .

Darkness consumed her as she fought even harder to have more power . She began immortal after that.

She seemed to come half to life again . Yet she was still not free which frustrated her .

Then she was called by her twin sister . "If you wish to be free , you have to kill him and give his powers to me " the eldest twin said .

"Who do I have to kill ?" She asked , ready to do anything to have her freedom back .

"My eldest grandson" with her words I finally knew who the eldest twin was . It was the queen mother .

I never knew the queen mother had a sister . Then again with how the woman behaved , who would have known .

" Now do you understand , why I have to take your life little grand nephew?". A woman's voice asked .

I sat up from our bed and looked at the older woman in black standing infront of me .

She really did look like the queen mother , but she was more elegant and had more pride seeping from her bones .

The only thing was , she still looked like the young teenage girl in my vision .

" I know your wondering why I still look so young ?" I nodded .

" I died young , little prince " .

I nodded as I knew she had taken her own life . " My sister won't allow me to rest in peace , so I need to kill you , that was what she said anyway" .

She laughed mockingly at herself after that . " I should have known she was lying , she never planned to free me in the first place , that is why I want to help you young prince" .

I looked at her suspiciously , " I know , you can't trust me and you have no reason to , all I want is your help , only you can free me " .

" How do you intend to help me ?" I asked her still alert . " I'll tell you all her next moves to kill you or destroy your family " .

I nodded , her offer was pretty good , since she was the closest to the queen mother . The woman would never suspect someone under her control .

" What do you want in return?" I asked since I knew , there was nothing for free in this world.

" My freedom young prince , as I've said only you can free me , allow my soul to rest in peace " she said walking over to Lolo .

I stood infront of her preventing her from going any further .

" Calm your heart young prince ,I'm not going to harm your beloved , he is after all very special " .

I raised my brow at that , " as much as you are special Gift , so is he , that was why he was chosen as your destined bride ".

My eyes widened at that , " his gift of healing , is beyond that flute of his , it's not the flute that heals Gift , it's him ".

I was surprised by her words , since I had always thought

That the flute was his power .

" With just a touch ,he can heal Gift , have you never wondered why your always calm with him around ?" I sighed looking at Lolo.

No wonder , they wanted him , his powers could grant them immortality . I sighed again and looked at the woman .

" Grandaunt , did they kill Nosipho?" I asked since I had always wondered why the queen mother, was using her as a versal.

" No , she was not killed , she exchanged the life of her husband for power , Nosipho and my sister are one ".

" I don't understand " she sighed and looked at me , " not all questions can be answered all at once , your beloved is waking up , I'll depart ".

With that she vanished , Lolo , opened his eyes and glared at the place were she had stood .

" That woman was here , what did she want ?" I sat beside him and told him everything .

" It seems we both need to become stronger husband ,  your not their only target it seems " .

I nodded and embraced him , I had a strong urge to keep him close to me .

" I will protect you and our child I promise on my life wife" he nodded and smiled up at me .

"So shall I, my husband , so shall I ".
