History straight up sucked. Josh sat right beside me once he found me, and I felt his eyes on me the whole time.

It didn't take long for Hayden to notice either, though he played it off in class.

"Okay, since finals are coming up, I'm canceling class until the final." Hayden began as everyone cheered. "I figure you'll need the time to study, so off you go."

Josh went up and talked to Hayden first about some things and left a few moments later after he waved to me.

I waved tentatively and looked at Hayden as everyone filed out.

"Who's the new guy?" He gritted his teeth.

"How am I supposed to know? He won't stop looking at me," I shivered.

"I noticed," he frowned. "Jasper misses you," he spoke more softly.

"I'll come by tonight," I whispered and blushed as he winked before letting me leave.

"Miss Watkins," Hayden said in his professional tone.

I turned as I felt my heart beat erratically just staring at his glorious face.

"Be careful," he warned gently as I nodded and walked to lunch.

"So he won't stop looking at you?" Tyson frowned at lunch as we noticed him from afar just gazing at me.

"No, and it's creeping me out."

"Just tell him you have a boyfriend," Sean said simply, "he should back off then."

"I feel like that would make it worse because he would want to confront him."

"Just say he's at a different university," Rose replied.

I knew my friends were trying to help, and I really appreciated it. "I'll figure something out. Thanks guys."

As I was walking over to Hayden's I saw Josh coming out of the library. Perfect timing...

"Hey Dasha!" He waved and came up to me.

"Hey."

"Where are you going?"

"A friend's," I lied smoothly.

"Oh," he smiled, "well I'll catch you later?"

"Sure Josh."

I began walking away as he called, "hey."

I turned around as he held his hands up, "would you want to catch a movie sometime?"

"Josh," I began gently, "I'm sorry but I'm seeing someone."

His face fell, "oh... I see."

I didn't wait to see his reaction as I continued walking towards Hayden's. Just to be safe, I took a longer route, and went through his backyard before knocking on the door.

Jasper yapped at the door as Hayden came over and smiled while letting the door hop all over me.

"Hi baby!" I cooed and kissed his wrinkly face as he licked my nose.

"Hi my other baby," I felt Hayden's arms encircle me as he held me tight.

"He knows I have a boyfriend now," I whispered softly.

Hayden kissed my hair gently and wrapped his arms around my waist, "good."

His lips touched the back of my ear as I shivered and held Jasper tighter to me.

"Baby," I giggled and set my puppy down as Hayden continued to kiss the back of my neck.

"You smell so good," he murmured and slid his hands down my waist, "I love when you wear leggings. Though I hate the looks all these guy give you."

"But I'm with you," I slid his hands onto my ass as I moved against him slowly.

"Mhm," he murmured huskily and but my neck gently, "mind if we go upstairs?"

"To make love?" I teased as he smacked my ass and picked me up.

"Possibly," he grinned once he laid me down on his bed and kissed my chest. I was in heaven.
