Zoya pov:

I exclaimed as hard as possible in horror and slightly peeked through my eyelashes towards them.

They both have a terrified look on their faces.

"Zoya"

Phuphi called me with a shocking look at the same time she was sweating badly with a tear stained face.

"Ha Phuphi, I am fine. Nothing has happened to me. I'm fit and fine, Don't cry. Please stop preparing for coffin for me" I assured her.

Phupha: What Coffin?

Phupha asked me with a confused look, like he don't know anything. I glared at him.

"Don't act in front of me Phupha. I know what you both thought about me after I fainted. You both assumed that I was dead na. That's why you both were wailing & talking about the coffin." I was saying when Phuphi, angrily interrupted me and yelled.

Phuphi(shouted): Stop it, Zoya. Don't speak a word further.

Phupha(glaring): Priya, why are you scolding my little princess. Just now she regained her consciousness.

"Hmm..Hmmm." I hummed with an innocent face, when Phupha was saying while cupping my cheeks adoringly, but Phuphi interrupted him in the middle again.

Phuphi: Then, what should I tell her, when she was saying bad omen word's.

Phupha: Don't listen to her Princess. We haven't thought that you are dead plus we also didn't talk about any coffin. I am just asking her to make cold coffee for you so that you can have it after you woke up. I think you misheard coffee as a coffin.

"Ohh" I dragged the ohh in slow motion.

Phuphi (calmly): Now, How are you feeling, Zoya?

"I am fine Phuphi, but Phupha, Why did you bring me to Abhi room instead of taking me to my room" I asked him in bewilderment.

Phuphi (sarcastically): You are asking the wrong person, Zoya. It was Abhi who brought you to his room.

I was baffled. By looking at my expression, my Phuphi explained to me that what happened after I fainted.

"Oh!! Then where was he?" I further queried her.

Phupha(shrugging): Don't know, princess. Just now he went out.

Ohhoo...

"Okay, then Phupha & Phuphi, you both are looking worn out, go to your room and sleep, whereas I will go to my room to sleep" I commented by getting up from the bed.

Phuphi (concern): No need to go to your room, Zoya. You are looking so weak and exhausted due to the long day. So, sleep here only.

"But Phuphi, What about Abhi? Where will he sleep?" I queried her.

Phuphi(Ironically): It's not new to my son to sleep in your room na. So, He will sleep in your room.

"But, I wanted to change my dress. I can't sleep in this." I pouted at her.

Phuphi: Okay, I will go and bring your pyjamas here.

My phuphi left the room to bring my clothes. A few seconds later, Phupha got a call, So he too went out to attend the call.

After a few minutes, Phuphi came back with my pyjamas's and handed it over to me. I changed into my pink fluffy pyjamas, laid on the bed to sleep while my Phuphi was adjusting the blanket on me but abruptly stopped.

"Mom"

I heard my devil voice and looked up at him.

My iceberg was looking like a fire bug. His eyes were blazing with anger.

Phuphi turned around hearing his voice.

Phuphi(worrying): Ha beta, You came. I was waiting for you only. What happened to Zoya? Is everything okay? Why does she fainted? Is her health is in good condition or not?

She was bombarding my devil with questions like he is a doctor.

Hehe...

Abhi: Maa, she is fine...Her blood pressure level has decreased that's why she fainted.

He replied coldly masking his anger.

What!!...my BP has decreased...Hey baghwan!!

Oh...No...I didn't even become old, but my BP got decreased.

Hey bhagwan!!

Phuphi: Then, what about the blood sample you took from her. Did you send the blood sample to the doctor? What did he tell you?

Whose blood sample they are talking about..

Mind: It's yours, Idiot.

Zoya: Haan..

I inwardly parted my lips at it..

How can he take my blood without my permission..

Duhh..I mentally glared at him...

Abhi: Here are the reports. If you want, you can check it mom.

She took the reports in her hands and glanced at it, within seconds her face turned red..

What happened to her? What is there in that report's that made her face go red with anger?

Phuphi(ordering): Do whatever you wanted to do with her Abhi, but she must gain what she lost and should be fit and healthy.

She said while throwing the reports on the bed and left not before giving me glare.

What I lost and what should I gain...

I think they were talking about my weight. My weight got decreased I think, so that's why phuphi wanted me to gain my weight...ha...that only...I was in my thoughts when my mind taunted me.

Mind: You fool, who will find a weight by using a blood sample... it's related to your blood not your weight..

Ha...you are right...what a stupid I am to assume like that.

I looked up at him, his eyes were red due to anger yet he was trying hard to control his beast inside him.

However, what I don't understand is, why they were so upset at me?

He shut the door with a loud thud by shooting daggers at me. Added to that, he started inching towards me like a lion who wants to eat his favourite food, which was me.

He sat on the bed, perilously close to me and was busy with his favorite hobby, that is his glaring.

I was stiring in my place to maintain a safe distance between us, but before I was going to do that..

Abhi(screamed): Don't you dare to move an inch from me.

My heart jumped with a shiver and I nodded my head as well as didn't even budge a little. I lowered my head, fidgeting nervously, and summoned all my courage to speak.

"Abhi, why did you take my blood sample from my body with out my permission " I questioned him.

Abhi(yelled): Don't you dare to question me, Zoya.

I flinched at his tone, by mistake I pressed his angry buttons.

Devill..

I mumbled and looked at him. He closed his eyes to calm his anger and opened his eyes.

" Vo..Abhi..I didn't do anything wrong na, then why were you furious at me now" I asked him meekly.

Abhi: Take the reports in your hands and read them out loud.

I said an "ok" and picked up the reports in my hands, started reading out loud, however, I didn't understand a single thing because I am poor in biology.

Anyway, I finished reading it and turned to look at him

Abhi: So, what did you learn from that report?

I recalled what I read and said..

"White blood cells,red blood cells and hemoglobin..." I was about to say more, but he interrupted me by raising his hand to stop me.

Abhi: As you are a female, so how much hemoglobin should a female person must have?

Why he is asking all these questions.. and mainly why he is testing my biology knowledge now...when he already knows, how bad I'm at biology.

Flash back:

When I was 13yr old studying 8th standard. There was this boring subject called biology, which I despise the most. I used to get pass marks in that subject.

Daily, Papa used to scold me for that.. One day I failed in that exam..lucky me it wasn't the final exam.

Papa got to know that I had failed, he took a decision for me which caused more troubles in my stupid life.

Papa(angrily): Akshitha, she was not going to listen to us like this. Even though I was scolding her, she was not listening to me. It's better to inform Abhi, so that he can deal with her.

By hearing his name made me anxious..

Papa summoned him downstairs. Actually, Abhi stopped staying in a hostel for the last three years. But, I didn't know why?

My devil came down and glanced at me. I was gripping the hem of my dress nervously..

Abhi(coldly): Haan...maama.

Papa: Abhi..this daughter of mine failed in biology exam. She was not listening to us. It's better if you handle her.

Abhi agreed just like that and cast a look at me and said..

Abhi(Ordered): Come to my room with your biology book after dinner.

Before I say anything to him, he left. After dinner, I went to his room. He wasn't there in the room.

So, I sat on his study chair while looking all over his room. Suddenly, my eyes caught a box which was in the middle of his pile of books.

I hastily opened it only to sparkle my eyes in happiness.

Hoyee...chocolates...

They were my favourite chocolates..

Hehe...Dairy milk silk..

Why did he hid the box here...

Idiot.

Haan...now I understand, he wanted to eat all the chocolates by himself na.. how selfish he is..

Devil...

Before he came to his room I will eat all these...I smiled inwardly as I tore the chocolate wrappers apart one by one and began devouring them fastly.

While I was eating I heard his voice..

Hoyee...he was on his way to his room.

Hey bhagwan!

I took the chocolate Box and collected all the wrappers that I had thrown away while I had eaten the chocolates, then quickly dashed into the wardrobe to hid in his there and settled there.

Who can resist their tongue when they saw their favourite delicious chocolates...

I silently opened the chocolate Box and started eating the remaining chocolates.

Umm...so tasty!!

I was engrossed in savouring the taste of the chocolates that I didn't notice that the door of the cabinet was opened and Abhi was looking at me..

Abhi: So, how were the chocolates?

In a swift, I raised my head and grinned, totally forgot about everything..

"Delicious" I blurted out while licking my lips and realised that he had caught me..

Hey baghwan!!

Will he reprimand me now for eating his chocolates?

Abhi(glaring): Don't you know that eating more chocolates at a time was toxic.

I obliged and looked down at my lap, feeling scared of him.

Abhi(sternly): When you know that, then why were you eating?

He whispered with serious voice while snatching the box from me.

Abhi(sarcastically): Why did you came here in the first place?

"To study" I murmured, dropping my head down.

Abhi(queried): Then what were you doing in the cabinet?

He said while grabbing me by my waist from the cabinet in his arms and placed me on the bed.

But I didn't pay attention to him because my eyes were on that chocolate Box....

Abhi: Oye!!

By hearing his voice I averted my eyes from the box and pouted at him..

You know the next minute what he did..

He bit my lips, when I pouted at him..

"Umm.. A-Abhi.."I pushed him slightly with my hands.

And you know what, he didn't even budge and stared at me...

Abhi(smirking): If you again pouted in front of me then I won't think a second to bite those cherry lips again and don't say that I didn't warn you before.

"Idiot" I muttered under my breath.

He chuckled at me, walked to the study table and settled in his chair like a king.

Abhi: Bring the chair and sit beside me.

I did as he told..he took my books and opened. As soon as he did, I was shocked.

Oh..my...I forgot to erase the doddles which I had drawn in the class..

He gazed at me with an amused expression..

Abhi: So, you were doing this in your biology class without paying heed to the class...ha...tell me.

"Vo..Abhi..main...vo"I was saying, but he cut me off in the midst.

Abhi: Leave it. Start reading from the first lesson, if you don't understand then ask me I will teach you.

"Abhi...I didn't understand anything from the start" I mumbled.

He shook his head yet didn't said anything and started explaining to me, but I didn't payed attention to him and used to gawk at him.

What can I do when he was one piece of an art...

One day I was busy in staring at him and he caught me. Without any warning, he pinched me on my thigh...

"Abhi...Abhi"I cringed at him.

Abhi: Abhi.. Abhi..

He was mocking me..He was such an idiot..

Abhi: What were you doing when I am explaining to you ha..ha... if you fail in this subject again..you have to face my wrath...

He said in a serious tone and from that day, even though I don't understand anything, I used to memorise each and every sentence of it..

Poor me..

Flash back ends

I came out of my train of thoughts and started thinking very hard to find an answer.

Abhi: by looking at your face...I know you don't have an answer so...look at the report properly you will find it...

I obliged, then took a glimpse of it, only to made me shock.

Oh...my...my hemoglobin is less..which is why they are furious with me.

"Oh Abhi...main...vo.." I was stammering to give an answer to him.

Abhi(yelled): Answer me...Damnit!!!

I flinched at his voice. He was looking like a hungry devil who might eat me tonight.

"Abhi I don't know how it got decreased suddenly. I think some vampire has sucked my blood when I fainted" I uttered with so much difficulty.

By hearing my answer, he glared at me and I shut my mouth.

Idiot!!

Abhi(agitated): Okay, tell me, what you did in the last one month when you stayed in the hostel, including what you ate every day without lying to me.

He asked me while raising his finely sculpted eyebrow at me.

I again nodded my head and told him everything, including how I ate junk food by skipping my breakfast, lunch & dinner and my daily night outs for exams and all.

He was looking at me like I am an alien..

Abhi: Do you know how much unhealthy the junk food is?

Like that he started giving me lecture about hygienic and unhygienic food from last half an hour...and I am feeling his lecture like a lullaby to me and my eyes were dropping because of tiredness.

At Last I can't hold my sleep so I don't know when I dozed off while listening to his lullaby aka his lecture.
