*The Party*

All of us were very drunk except for Rach, who was only a little tipsy, and Cam, who was completely sober.
After a game of beer pong, numerous shots, and several rounds of flip cup, you would expect us to be at least a bit tipsy. Rach only participated in the shots, then she stayed behind with Cam so he didn't feel left out.
"Hey guys! Let's play spin the bottle!"
Sydney announces and everyone agrees.
We all get together and form a circle, then I grab an empty beer bottle from the recycling.
"Who wants to spin first?" I ask.
"ME!" Dylan screams excitedly.
"Okay, okay" I answer as I had her the bottle and sit back in my spot.
The bottle starts to slow down, and once it makes a complete stop, I look up to see who it landed on...
OWEN?
"Well, shit" Dylan mutters as they crawl towards each other. She looks back at me with a face that read Sorry
and then she turned back around to peck Owen on the cheek quickly. She sticks out her tongue in disgust as she sits back down.
"I'll go!" Rach exclaims and speedily grabs the bottle and spins it before any of us could answer. The bottle doesn't spin for long before it lands on... Cameron?
His face softens a bit as their lips connect. Soon enough, knowing the people we are, we all interrupt their session by whistling and clapping and after a few more moments they go back to their respected areas.
I grab the bottle without and discussion or hesitation and spin it. I mentally pray that it will land on Owen.
Andddd...... it stopped spinning!
I look up with hope only to lock eyes with Dylan and match her scared expression.
I guess as payback, Rach and Cam start chanting
"Do it! Do it!"
loudly, and soon everyone joins in.
"Uhhhh..." We both say as we swallow loudly.
"Y'know, I'm not really comfortable with this I'm gonna back out" I say nervously.
"Yeah same" Dylan agrees.
"Okay well then I'll do it for you, Alexia!" Syd says and Dylan's face turns bright red.
Syd cups Dylan's cheek and brings her in for a passionate kiss. In response, Rachel and I raise up our imaginary cameras and take an imaginary photo saying, "Kodak moment!"
and with that they separate.
We start to chill out and settle down and Rach speaks up, "Let's play truth or truth!"
and she automatically gets a yes from Dylan and I considering us three always play that. Cam, Owen, and Sydney just shrug.

It's been about thirty minutes since we started playing and I must say, I am learning a lot about this group of people, including Rach and Dylan.
For my turn I choose Syd.
"Sydney, truth or truth?"
"Hmm, I'll be a rebel and choose truth"
"OoOo hot damn that's edgyyyy. Okay your question is... who do you like?"
"Psh! Easy!" She says as she plays around with my white rabbit plushie.
"Dylan of course!" She answers. Rachel and I's focus automatically goes towards Dylan, who was lookin like a sparkly tomato. Dylan shakes her head, trying to clear her thoughts.
"I'll go now" she says trying to distract herself.
"Owen, truth or truth?"
"I'll be safe and choose truth"
"Good choice. Now, say the first name that pops into your head that reminds you of love"
"Oh, uhm, Nat"
I feel my heart fall to the pit of my stomach. Everybody's face in the room goes blank and pale. My cheeks quiver and the tears sting my eyes as I try to hold them back. I stand up and run out of the room towards my dorm, barely being able to keep my balance. I realize I have to share a dorm with him, but I just needed to get away. A million questions run through my head.
Does he still love her? Was he lying to me? Does he even care about me? Was it just the alcohol talking? How could he do this? Does he realize what he just said? What's happening back at the party? Has he snapped back into reality? Why me? I knew he would break my heart.
Sorry I haven't update in a while... I've been suffering from REALLY bad writers block. Anyways... shits gettin in-tents (like camping) pumpkinkitkats blueberrykitkats I hope you enjoyed this chapter!!
