I wasn't aware… that's why I was late.""Ahhhh, this meeting was arranged by the VP of Corporate Strategy, Mr. Swami... He likely informed you on Friday… perhaps you don’t recall," Sanyal sir said. "Not a problem."Rajiv remembered a brief mention of Technosis on Friday evening. ‘Yes, he had mentioned something, but SWC wasn’t specified… and no one mentioned that Megha Joshi would be presenting. A 100% success rate on all her projects.""She was a top graduate from Mumbai University, an IIM Bangalore alumni, with a Gold Medal in MBA-Finance. She’s been working with Bhaskar for ten years now.""Bhaskar is very pleased with her work. In fact, she received the VP of the Year award this year." Sanyal sir emphasized each point, clearly convinced.For a moment, Sanyal sir thought to ask Rajiv about the award ceremony, but seeing Rajiv's contemplative expression, he refrained."Yes, VP of the Year," Rajiv thought, his hand idly tracing a pattern on the papers on the table."Rajiv, I feel Megha should lead this project, with you guiding her from Supreme’s side. I’m confident she can handle this takeover seamlessly.""I think both of you should collaborate on this project. It’s a good opportunity for you both," Sanyal sir said, settling comfortably in his chair."What do you mean a good opportunity?" I’ll conduct further research and then decide," Rajiv replied, standing up."Good! Think it over carefully," Sanyal sir said, his focus shifting back to his laptop as Rajiv left the office, still tangled in his thoughts.‘Fifteen minutes ago, I was ready to sign the JPM contract, and now…?’*@*@*@*@*Meanwhile, Megha arrived at the office and learned that the Sehegal meeting had been scheduled for 3 PM. She breathed a sigh of relief.At precisely 3 o’clock, she arrived with her team at Sehegal office.
