News flash: Death of Japan Royal Family

The news report of Japan's monarch family is all over the globe in a matter of 24 hours. The Royal Family is all dead, and other next in line is either in comatose or heavily injured beacuse of the attack. Japan economy is in shamble and everyone is on the look out of what is going to happen next.

Who will be the succesor?

Yuki is reading the articles as she is being escorted to the the plane of Japan Royal Family. She is also recieving confidential info every step of the way.

When she is about to onboard, she look to the other side and saw two royal plane. She look at the guards.

"Why do we have two planes for me?" Yuki asked.

"It's on standby. We are waiting for command to fetch one more royal in this country." The guard replied.

Yuki nods and finally enter the cabin. She did not think much of it as she knows that alot of her family members loves to travel. Maybe one of her cousin is here but she could not care less.

Yoko and Faye, is in their lazy quiet afternoon at Faye's place. They are cuddled up and enjoying each other company. At this point, they are dating for more than a month now — almost halfway from what they agreed on.

Neither of them mentioned anything yet if they want to pursue the relationship or break up but they both feel happy and loved everyday. This is the most nonproblematic relationship they ever been. The age gap that they are scared about has actualy become their positive point in their relationship dynamics.

Their relationship now has a good balance of maturity because of Faye's influence and also tons of fun and adventour because of Yoko's youth. They listen and learn from each other.

"I want to cook something for you." Faye said.

"Now?"

Phi nods.

"You always cook for me so I want to return the favor." She said as she fixed her hair into messy bun.

"Hmm.. sure! I'll probably clean up abit as you cook."

Wow! They are like married already.

They both giggled in excitement upon realization that what they are doing is so domesticated. They are already enjoying mundane task like this.

Faye stepped out the room to cook while Yoko start on cleaning.

Yoko set up the vibe and blast some music in her phone while cleaning. She tidy up the room and while doing so, she stumbled upon some old memories in Faye's cabinet. She saw a pile of old pictures of Faye from years back.

She tried to ignore it at first but she let the curiousity wins.

I will just take a look for a second.

Yoko grab the photos and saw a bunch of old memories of Faith and Nine.

Faye said she already moved on...

"But why is she keeping this photos here?"

Yo is looking at photo of Nine and Faith, the place looks familiar. It looks like a photo when Nine visited Faye here in Thailand, they are smiling and looks so much inlove with each other.

Damn. Doubt is slowly creeps in her heart.

She flips the photo and there is a note/message. It was handwriting of her Kuya Nine.

She carefully look at the picture again and realize something...

Shit.

This is the same place they usually date at night.

She heard Faye is coming so she quickly put back the pictures in the cabinet.

"Food is ready." Faye announced with her energetic voice.

Yoko tried to shake away the doubt in her head.

"Wow! I'll be there in a minute." She tried to match the energy.

"Okay." There is still excitement in her voice.

Later that night, Yoko decided to go back to her hotel room because she does not know how long she could pretend that nothing was wrong. She wanted to confront Faye but at the same time she knows that she doesn't have the right yet to even question about it.

They are still on their trial period.

Shit. Why does it sound awful now?

She is already on the lobby when someone bump into her. She look up and was surprised to see her Mom's face.

"Mom?" Yoko face is delighted to see her Mom.

Yoko is happy for a moment but then she notice her Mom's silent deamenor that triggers her to think that this is not a pleasant surprise.

"Whats wrong?" She asked, worried and nervous at the same time.

Mom look at Yoko with concern and anxoius look all over her face.

"I know I said you don't need to contact your father if you don't want to. Trust me, I don't want to force you as well but something happen. We need to get you to Japan as soon as possible."

"What? Why? Just me?"

"Yes, I'll explain later. They only gave us 3 hours to prepare everything."

"But I need Japan visa."

"You don't have to. They will provide your royalty passport." Her Mom said and grab her hand and lead her towards the elevator.

Yoko is so confused.

What the fuck...

Yoko is now in the airport waiting to on board while being sorrounded by mix of Thailand, Philippines and Japan Royal guards. She is scared and confused at this time. Everything happen really fast.

So apparently — she is part of royalty. Her father listed her and Nine in the royal registry as part of the  non working royal. Their blood line are 7 lines away from the throne that they are not required to attend any royal business and their identity is hidden on purpose but they are still acknowledge as Royals. Something immenent happened that they become closer to the line of succesor, there is an emergency that triggered the national security to gather all the registered Japanese royalty members from accross the globe.

Why am I always getting dragged in family entanglement?

Yoko look at her phone and scrolled to her contact...she tried to type a message for Faye but nothing seem fit so she decided to call her instead.

"Love..." Yoko called out as soon as the call connected. She is trying to hold her emotion so she can explain this chaos to Faye but her voice broke down.

"Love? A-Are you okay?"

Nong looked up, her heart is still hurting. There is still doubt in her heart but she also know that her heart screams for Faye. She needs her Faye right now, atleast she wants to hear her voice before she onboard. No one knows whats gonna happen next when she step into that plane.

"N-No. I'm in the airport right now. You might see it in the news later."

"News? What do you mean?"

"I'm heading to Japan. I'm part of that Japan Royal Registry." Saying it outloud sounds crazy to her. It feels unreal to her.

The guards saw that she is using her phone. They saw it as a potential threat so they hastily approached her.

"I apologize Lady Yoko. I need to check your devices."

"But I'm still in the call... can I at least wrap this up?" Her eyes is begging.

"I apologize, this is palace protocol."

The call was cut off.

Faye immediately google and discover the chaotic situation happening in Japan monarch. She saw Yoko's name and picture in some of the article but the most highlighted news is about Yuki, the second in line successor of the crown.

"Yuki is Royalty in Japan?" She utter in disbelief and then a pang of fear entered her system.

"Yo..."

Au note: Yuki is part of Royalty Universe that I wrote long time ago. Book is no longer available in WP. She is in Thailand to attend Thai Royal wedding which mentioned in earlier chapter. She become 2nd line successor overnight after the death of Royal family and almost everyone else that is in the Palace that night.
