Chapter- 4

The clock on the wall ticked loudly as Aarushi rushed inside her room carrying two suitcases.The house buzzed with chaos  of last-minute packing, a whirlwind of clothes, toiletries, and half-remembered essentials.

"Where is my charger" She said frustratedly while finding her charger in table drawer."Aru where is the engagement gift packet, I am finding that from half hour"Her mother asked while coming inside of her room. " That's why I said you to pack your bag beforehand,but no why would you listen to ma ,such a lazy girl "her mother said looking at the condition of Aarushi's room."Mama,I was busy ––yeah I know you were very busy in watching dramas " Her mother cutted her in between and started helping her.

Everyone is waiting in living room with their luggage except Anaya ,her mom and Rohan ." Uncle cab will be here in 10 minutes" Siddharth said while looking at his phone . " When will your mom dad will come "Aarushi asked Siddharth." They will come before 2 days from marriage ,Dad is out of country for some work " He said while showing something to Aarushi on his phone. Rajesh and Neeta came from kitchen with some packed snacks and a box of pickle. " Natasha specially asked me to pack pickle for her" Her mom replied to her aunt as she asked why did she packed them.

"Ugh, why do you have to be so organized?" Rohan groaned dramatically, flopping down onto the couch. "Because someone has to be!" Aarushi shot back with a smirk. "And that someone is definitely not you."

"Ma bhaiya juthe sofe per rakh rahe hai " Aarushi complained to her mother with smirk.From the kitchen, their mother shouted, "Rohan don’t ,if I found any stain or dirt on my couch I will slap you really hard ." Siddharth laughed seeing Rohan fearly clearing dirt from the couch.

Their father entered the fray, arms laden with bags. "Alright, team, keep it moving! We’re not going to miss our flight because someone forgot their underwear!" "Dad, I had already packed like three pairs!” Rohan exclaimed, his face a mixture of embarrassment and defiance.

As they shuffled out of the house, the excitement of the journey ahead filled the air.

At Rathore 's Mansion-

Abhimanyu just completed his packing for his work trip to Delhi .Just then someone knock on his door .He went to open and maid bowed in front of him and said " Khamma ghani hukum , Sir is calling you in his room"

Abhimanyu nodded and closed the door .

(Let me tell you one thing first I don't know much about Rajasthani culture ,but I liked it that's why I tried to give it some Rajasthani taste . Second thing is that this story is not really about king's rule and kingdome types,in this story Abhimanyu is king and people respect him as a king and his family is royal family but it's not like that they rule people like ancient times , there is democracy in there but they were called king and queen as they are from royal family and people came to them when no one help them ,not even government.

As a royal family , Rathore's family helps people and do charities and much more stuff like that. Abhimanyu is now king and even their is government he work for his state's people also ,He builds so many hospital,school and much more and even their is government for name sake but in real government is also under him.) I hope you are understanding what I am saying it's like a Modern rule type thing 🤣🤧 (sorry).

Abhimanyu came downstairs ,his Pa is already waiting for him in living room ."You are going ,wait let me bring dahi cheeni ,I got to know it's a really big deal for company" Badi ma said while looking at Abhimanyu who is fixing his cap . Aakash (Abhimanyu 's Pa smiled at her,agreeing to her. "No need badi ma ,I don't believe in these things " He said in steady voice. "Aise kon bolta hai ,kaise insaan hai mujhe khila do,Ek to na khud chutti lete na mujhe lene dete " Aakash mumbled to himself .He stand quietly when he saw Abhimanyu glaring at him."Place them in car ,come with me " Aakash said and rushed outside fastly . Abhimanyu's badi smiled at Aakash antics as she understood everything. She smiled at Abhimanyu and said "Be careful "Abhimanyu nodded and left from there.

Many times his family didn't even got to know when did he leave for trip , meeting or anything else .He didn't share about his feelings,emotions and life to anyone.They got habitual about his behaviour but feel sad knowing how distant Abhimanyu is .Family and love doesn't exist in Abhimanyu 's life.

His badi ma is trying and his family is trying to make him less distant.His badi ma felt said looking at him and regret her actions that why did she send him away ,she shouldn't sent him away ,now they lost him but little did they know Abhimanyu also lost himself.When he wanted them as a child ,he didn't got any love and care and now he is foreign to those feelings.

After 5 days

"Congratulations beta" "Congratulations di", "Congratulations ","Congrats" " Such a beautiful couple " , you both are looking so pretty" Rathore family arrived and everyone congrats groom and bride ignoring people gazes . "Thank you everyone"Natasha and Aditya thanked them and talked to them for some minutes.

"I wanted to attend all functions but couldn't able to come " Aryan said and Navya agreed with him ."Sorry beta vo you know na these Rathore's men and their work, we are really sorry for this " Sunita apologise to them. "It's ok aunty we know and you attended all the wedding function through video call and also gave us virtual blessings so it's completely fine " Natasha said smiling to them. " Di you are here , function 10 minute mai start hone wala hai " Aarushi said while coming there. Rathore family was mesmerized by the beauty in front of them.

She is looking mesmerising. "So beautiful,so elegant looking like a wow " Navya and Aryan said to Aarushi . Aarushi's thanked them with full blown smile. " Who is she bhabhi " Vivaan asked Natasha . " She is my friend and my mother best friend's  daughter "Natasha said introducing her to them .

"Beta aap bhot pyaare lag rahe ho" Sunita said while caressing Aarushi's head ."Thank you aunty ,you all are also looking so handsome and beautiful" She said while gesturing all males and females of Rathore family." By the way di what do you do " Vivaan asked ." I am teacher in Rajasthan,Jodhpur " Aarushi said ." ohh we also live in jodhpur"Vivaan exclaimed and everyone also nodded excitedly.

Aarushi was going to ask about them but cutted by Aditya ,he asked "Is Abhimanyu coming or not Mami."

" I asked him as he is in Mumbai for Delhi so he eventually agree or we say for ed him to attend but Abhimanyu being Abhimanyu only agreed to attend one function only" Sunita said ."Vo bhi sirf kuch der ke liye bhai" Navya said while drinking juice . Aditya chuckled and said " I knew it , Our busy man , he is workholic,how will his wife manage him." " We also don't know beta ,we told him to enjoy , take rest and break but Mera beta hai hi aise ,Kisi ki nahi sunta " Sunita said to him .

Everyone in family and close ones know about him being workaholic. Aarushi listening about him intently thinking itna Kam kerna kisse pasand hai . " Bhai you know na brother never take holiday and go to any function and family gatherings,He hates them all , We want him to take break and enjoy " Aaryan said . Aarushi think what kind of man he is who didn't enjoy family time and functions Bhai kitna maja aata hai only enjoy and free ka tasty khana or kya chahiye insaan ko .

" When I came with Aditya at your house before two months ,That day I saw him and he looks like a person who didn't care about anyone and very dangerous . When I listen him shouting at someone on phone , I got really scared aunty .Sorry if you feel bad about that I am saying that he carried powerful and dangerous Aura" Natasha said to Sunita aunty ." it's okay dear ,we know him , he is like that always , it's better is you don't come in his bad look " Sunita aunty said dramatically.

Aarushi while listening all this  decided that she will stay away from him as she thinks he is such a dangerous and violent person .She hate those type of persons.Gunde kahi ke." I only met him two times that to for some buisness related work" Ajay said." Vo mujhe itna Kam dete hai bas mat pucho , aakho se bas ghurte hai ,or muh kholte hai to dat te hai ya Kam dete hai ,Gussal hai bhot jyada per" Aryan said to them .Aarushi mentally noted  Do ghaj ki doori hai Abhimanyu se jaruri .

" He is strict but he always stand as shield infront of us ,never let anyone harm us .He is elder and he face so many things that's why he is strict and distant " Vivaan said to them . " He is dangerous but he do everything for us ,he neber enjoyed his life" Sunita said agreeing to Vivaan . Everyone agreed to this .Aarushi felt  sad for him listening to this .She is confused.

Soon someone announced that it's time to start function . Everyone went towards their respective seats.
