Chapter 110
The Beginning Of All Sins
Tyler was driving Olivia to school when his phone rang. His expression turned serious as he answered, then instructed the driver, âGo to the hospital.â
Sensing something was wrong, Olivia turned to him. âBut arenât you taking me to university? Did something happen to Naomi?â
Tyler hung up, his face tense. âWe need to go to the hospital. Ann is with her.â
Olivia was shocked. âWhy is Aunt Ana there?â
Tyler didnât answer her and just asked the driver to hurry. âStep on it.â
The driver obeyed and accelerated toward the hospital where Naomi was admitted.
Upon arrival, the room was quiet, with Ana sitting beside Naomiâs bed.
Tyler approached Nalomi. She looked frail from her prolonged hospital stay, eagerly greeting him, Youâre finally here, Tyler.â Anaâs sudden presence caught her off guard, almost causing her to stutter.
As Ana sat there, everyone present was careful not to breathe too loudly.
Tyler motioned to his mom. âLetâs talk outside.â
Ana simply smiled. âIt looks like you have some spies around. I barely arrived, and youâve already been informed and hurried over.â
Tyler, unwilling to engage in further conversation within the room, stepped out with an icy expression.
Ana followed him out naturally.
olivia, standing at the doorway, caught Naomiâs eye but Tyler shut the door behind him.
Outside, Ana smiled at Tyler. âIâm glad youâre here. I have news to share, something thatâll make everyone happy. You canât keep looking after her all the time now that sheâs so ill, right? I know she wants Olivia to help her. Sheâs willing to let Olivia have a child with you, and I appreciate the idea.â
She grinned. âShe understood me better than you. You really care for Olivia.â
Olivia, standing nearby, turned pale.
â
Ana continued, âYou love Olivia, so Iâve come to discuss your marriage to her.
Tyler stared at her coldly. âAre you done with this bullsh*t?â
Î Ana dropped the act, meeting Tylerâs gaze. âAre you denying your feelings for Olivia? Can you honestly say you donât want her for yourself?â She then scoffed. âWho was awake rolling around in bed all night last night?â
Unprepared for this confrontation, Olivia rushed to explain, âAunt Ana, itâs not what you think. We didnât do what youâre implying!â
Before Olivia could clarify further, the room door opened a bit, unnoticed by everyone.
