Chapter 3

School

Project Unfinished

Jackson got out of the car, and he said goodbye to his parents.

Greg tried to push him onto the concrete sidewalks, but luckily, Jackson kept his balance.

He walked up to the entrance, Greg following him. Greg pushed him down once again to show his toughness.

Jackson fell down, dazed. It was just as he thought: a skinned knee - bleeding out. Fortunately, not that much blood came rushing out.

It was over; he wouldn't live to see tomorrow, the last day of school. He started to close his eyes, giving in to death.

Immediately, someone pulled him up, quickly. "Are you okay?" the blue haired boy asked.

Jackson was embarrassed. "Yes. My name is Jackson Yvie; who are you?"

The boy smiled, "Dan Senti. Pleasure to meet you, Jacky." Jackson looked deep into Dan's eyes. He saw both of them die from a spiky red-haired boy.

"By the way, I'm new to high school. I'm a freshman, and my brother, Zak, is a sophomore."

"Oh. So am I! Maybe since you're so smart, they can bump you up a grade!" suggested Jackson.

"Well that does sound cool, Jackson, and I'll maybe talk to my parents about it, but the bell could ring any second! We gotta move!"

"Well, uh, bye"

"What do you mean? We're walking together!" Dan told him.

Jackson had never been so happy in his life. He now had an actual friend, and now he was developing a crush on Dan! As they were walking, Jackson turned his head to kiss Dan, but quickly decided not to show his infamous rainbows to the whole high school, including Greg.
