Mu Siyin raised an eyebrow and laughed. “Do you think you would have gotten to be part of such a harmonious harem if not for me? You should be grateful to me.”

“You can do whatever you like. I’ve got nothing to hide anyway, but I do know that people are more interested in your sex tape with Gu Yifan.”

Mu Xingyu was furious. If murder was not a crime, she would have killed Mu Siyin a hundred times already.

Mu Siyin had just gone upstairs when Li Tongzhi came out of her room.

Her eyes landed on the sight of Mu Xingyu glaring at nothing in the living room. Li Tongzhi could not help but frown and said, “What’s going on, Xingyu?”

Mu Xingyu came back to her senses and puffed furiously. “Mu Siyin, that wr*tch! I can’t take it anymore! Not even a day!”

The frown on Li Tongzhi’s face deepened. “Is she back?”

Mu Xingyu grunted coldly. “She just went upstairs!”

Li Tongzhi would get mad whenever they talked about Mu Siyin as well. However, there was nothing she could do since the company was reliant on Mu Siyin now.

“Don’t worry about it, Xingyu. Your dad and your grandma will never ever stand for her impudicity. She will become useless once the company becomes financially stable, and there will be nothing she can do about it!”

Mu Xingyu was still fuming. “But what about Yifan and I? Are we supposed to go out in secret all the time?”

Li Tongzhi consoled her daughter. “It hasn’t been long since your scandal. Just give it some time before you break up with Yihan. Then, you can go public with your relationship with Yifan.”

Mu Xingyu frowned and said conflictingly, “But Yifan might not even want to date me if I don’t agree to save Gu Corporation.”

At that, Li Tongzhi became exasperated. “Gu Yifan, that lowlife! You’ve already given him your body. What else does he want? A free pass?”

Mu Xingyu said embarrassedly, “What are you talking about, mom? I wanted it too…”

“You! There’s so much fish in the sea. Why do you have to pick him?”

“I don’t care. Just help me mention it to dad and grandma when they get back later. Get them to come up with a plan to help Gu Corporation out.”

After getting back to her room, Mu Siyin started to compile the materials that she needed to use at the company tomorrow.

Yet, Mu Xingyu mocked her for being an inexperienced graduate.

After taking a quick shower, Mu Siyin laid down on the bed to check her phone.

Her eyes widened the moment she looked at it.

There were eleven missed calls.

There were also countless messages.

She opened the notification, and as expected, they were all from Shi Beiyu.

“He must have gone mad…”

She sent him a message after she muttered to herself. [What’s up, uncle?]

Shi Beiyu’s caller ID lit up on her phone two seconds after she texted him.

She blinked and paused for a while before she answered the call. “Hi…”

“Where are you?” Shi Beiyu’s voice was so cold that it could freeze her room. He was obviously mad.

Mu Siyin coughed guilty, then whispered, “At home.”

“Why didn’t you answer the phone?” Shi Beiyu questioned her coldly. If he could, he really wanted to hold her down on the bed and teach her a lesson!
