Chapter 7

Sab pov-

“No thanks, I choose life,” and said in her Sid voice and I giggled.

I looked over to Anna and she was smiling, staring at the screen. Her smile is so perfect. She was like a little kid. She watched the screen intently even though I’m sure she has seen this a million times.

“You’re so cu- funny,” I stuttered. Oh. My. God. Did I almost just call her cute. Stop catching feelings. Anna probably doesn’t even like you.

“Thank you, I have a lot of pride in my Sid impression,” she responded. “Also, you should stop staring at me,” she turned her head to look at me, “you’re missing the movie.” I stared into her eyes and watched as she glanced down to my lips and bit her bottom lip after licking her lips. She looked back to my eyes and smiled.

“I’m going to go make some popcorn, and grab a Red Bull,” she said standing up ruining the moment. She walked over to our mini fridge and opened it grabbing herself a Redbull. She then made her way to the microwave and started to cook a bag of popcorn.

Anna pov-

After I put the bag of popcorn in the microwave, I walked back over to my bed and layed back down next to Sab. I pulled the tab of my Red Bull to open it and take a sip. She quickly antched it from me before my mouth could touch the rim. She took a small sip, “Mmmm, that’s good.” I turned to her. “ Wait, you can’t tell me you have never had a Red Bull!” She shrugged her shoulders and responded, “I just never was eager to try one, but you seem to like them so much I thought I would try one.” I stared at her in shock. I can’t believe that that was her first ever sip.

The microwave beeped breaking the silence and signalling that the popcorn was done. I got up and put the popcorn in a bowl and went back to the mini fridge. I opened it grabbing another Red Bull. “You’re having two?” Sab questioned. “Not today Sabrina, only one.” She frustratedly looked at me and took another sip of the Red Bull I gave her.

I climbed back into bed and continued watching the movie while eating the popcorn.

The movie was almost over so I turned to Sab and asked her if she wanted the last of the popcorn. She didn’t move. I looked at her and grabbed the empty Red Bull can from her hand. How on Earth did she fall asleep after drinking a Red Bull. The girl is crazy.

I heard her let out a small snore, so I slowly stood up and picked her up bridal style. I carried her over to her bed bending down to pull her blankets open. She stirred and wrapped her arms around my neck and hugged me tightly. I gently set her down and tucked her in. I leaned down and kissed her forehead. “Goodnight Sab,” I whispered as I walked away.

I shut off my laptop and crawled into my bed. I layed there on my phone until I fell asleep.

Sab pov-

The movie was almost over and I didn’t want to go over to my bed. I wanted to stay with Anna and just sleep here. So that is exactly what I pretended to do. “Do you want the last of the popcorn?” Anna asked. I ignored her so she would think I was sleeping. There was a small moment of pause before I felt Anna grab the empty Red Bull can from my hand and she set it on the table next to her.

She picked me up and carried me over to my bed. Darn it Anna. Take a hint. She leaned down to open up my blankets. I felt my body slipping from her arms so I put my arms around her shoulders and hugged her pulling myself closer to her.

She Set my on my bed and tucked me in. She leaned in closer to my face. “Goodnight Sab,” she whispered walking away. She walked back over to her bed and shut off her laptop. I heard her go on her phone. She must not have been tired.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. I looked over to Anna’s bed and she wasn’t there. I heard the water turn on in the bathroom. A few minutes later Anna walked out still in her pajamas. “I see someone is finally awake,” she said looking at me. I got up and walked over to her and hugged her. “I’m nervous,” I said. “For?” “School today, I feel like I am not going to make any friends,” I responded.

She stepped out of the hug and looked at me, “Am I your friend?” she asked. “Well, yeah,” I responded with a funny look. “Well then you are already off to a great start,” she smiled.

I pulled her back into a hug and thanked her for making me feel better. We both got dressed and got ready to leave. We shared the same class together today so we started making our way there.

We walked through the doors into our classroom and said hello to our professor. We sat down at a two person table and waited for class to begin. People started flowing in. Our professor started taking attendance because the class had begun. I listened for my names when Anna interrupted my focus.

“You have to be kidding me,” Anna sounded frustrated. “Hey Anna,” “Hi…

Haha, I left you on a cliff hanger.

Also, sorry. This chapter is a little bit shorter than the past few.
