Author note----

This is my new year first update....Hope you are guys doing well...

I'm a little bit sick but couldn't make you all wait more....

So, here is the update...

Arjun's pov-

I returned home after an important meeting with my gang...It took quite long...when I returned it was afternoon...

"SHE MUST BE HUNGRY..."

I spoke in my mind...

I hurriedly entered the house and started to go to upstairs...But ami gaze went to the opened door which leads to the lake...I quietly made my way towards the door...

My breath hitched...I don't know how to react or how to control the feelings that I'm feeling now....

She was sitting there on the edge of the wooden floor...She was wearing a maroon coloured saree...Her smooth long hair was opened...I couldn't see her face as her back was faced to me...

I started to take small steps without any sound and sat beside her...I experienced one of the most mesmerising sites before me...I forgot to blank my eyes...She was also lost in her world as she didn't notice my presence...She was looking like an Angel...I sat with her and enjoying the view... Almost half an hour later I spoke to her...

'HOW LONG DID YOU PLAN TO SIT HERE?.."

My sudden voice made Janvi shocked and she almost jumped on her place....she was almost falling into the lake but I held her arm in the right time and saved her from falling ...She is so delicate..

"Whe .....when did you com...come back...?

Janvi asked putting one hand on her chest... I was looking at Janvi...

Now I'm having full view of her...I never knew that anyone could look that beautiful without any touch of makeup...Her nuptial chain was resting on her bosom...After the party I have never seen her wearing nuptial chain...

She was asked to keep this marriage secret maybe that's why she didn't wore...She didn't put sindoor...Her lips are naturally pink...I feel like to kiss them...

Janvi's movements brought me back to reality...

"ALMOST HALF AN HOUR AGO..."

I replied to Janvi...Janvi was staring at me...

"I didn't even realise..."

Janvi whispered but I heard her...I smirked at her confession...

"YOU WERE LOST IN YOUR FANTASY, SWEETHEART..."

Janvi looked away from me...Her cheeks turned red as she was embarrassed...

"I WILL MAKE SOMETHING FOR THE LUNCH..."

I was about to go to the kitchen...

"Umm...I made rajma chawal...I don't know what you like..."

"DIDN'T I TOLD YOU NOT TO WORK?.."

I cut Janvi in middle and questioned her....I felt rage was blooming inside me...I didn't bring her here to do household chores...I can't let her work with her injured hand...I'm heartless but not that much for her....She is exceptional...

"It...waaa....was late...I...I... thought...to...."

Janvi shattered...I know she is scared of me now...I went to her and held her injured hand to scan if she had hurt her more or not...

"It was nothing like that yo....you are thinking... I'm used to this...I am used to doing all the house works even in worst situation...You are....."

Something clicked in my mind...They made her work at their house...But her uncle told me another thing...I was missing something for sure...

"THEY MADE YOU DO ALL THE HOUSE WORK?"

I asked Janvi to confirm my doubt...

"Umm....Not really..."

Janvi looked here and there as she was finding words....

"LEAVE IT...I GOT THE ANSWER... DID YOU EAT?"

She is a bad lier....I got my answer...So I changed the topic...I don't want to make her uncomfortable...

"No...I was waiting for you..."

Janvi answered looking down...

"I WILL GET FRESH FIRST AND THEN HAVE LUNCH TOGETHER...IS IT OKAY?"

I tried to be polite to her...She agreed to my offer...

Then I went upstairs and get fresh... Then called Musa....

"START TO WORK ON PLAN B...THEY ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE SAME MISTAKE LIKE YESTERDAY..."

I went to the balcony....

"MATCH THE FINGERPRINTS AND CHECK THE SHOE SIZE ALSO....WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME..."

Musa was giving me all the updates...

"SHE IS WORKING HERE AS A TRAP FOR THEM... I'M USING HER BUT I WON'T TAKE ANY RISK OF HER LIFE..."

Thinking about a scratch on her made my blood boil...Here they tried to attack her last night to kill her... I'm not going to leave them who have planned to kill her...

Last night when I came to her after listening to her screaming....She was very scared...She said there was someone...She was right...I didn't want her to be more afraid that's why I made up a story...

When she told me to stay with her I couldn't deny as she was so scared...After laying on bed I felt she needs some comfort but she couldn't ask for it....Then I hugged her maybe she was in need for that...In sleeping state she snuggled in my arms and hugged me back...I felt so peaceful...

When I went downstairs I saw Janvi setted the table already and was waiting for me...I sat beside her...She was going to serve me...But I stopped her and served both of us...

When I took one spoon of Rajma chawal it felt heavenly...After ages I was eating homemade food....I have eaten in many reputed restaurant but no one could match this taste...Janvi reminding me of HER...

Suddenly some food stuck in my throat and I started to cough...

"Have some water..."

Janvi gave me a glass of water and started to pat on my back worriedly...

"Maybe I made it too spicy...I don't know your likings.... I'm..s.. sorry...I didn't do it purposely..."

Janvi started to panicked...

"RELAX.... I'M FINE...YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL BAD FOR IT..."

I tried to make her understand that it was not her fault...

"I....I didn't know..."

"IT'S OK.... ACCIDENTALLY SOME FOOD STUCK IN MY THROAT AND IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT YOUR FAULT..."

Janvi was looking at me with her big eyes as she was trying to understand the situation...

"FINISH YOUR FOOD NOW..."

I ordered her and started to enjoy my meal...

"YOU COOKED WELL...GO TO THE ROOM... I'LL DO THE DISHES..."

Janvi's eyes shines after the complement and she smiles at me...

Then I collected the dishes and went to the kitchen...Janvi went to the bedroom...

Janvi's pov-

I came to the room happily... First time someone praised my cook...He made me happy.... Arjun came to the room after sometimes...

"COME HERE, SWEETHEART..."

Arjun ordered me standing before the dressing table...I went to him taking slow steps...He opened dressing table drawer...It was full of cosmetics and makeup products...Why do he have these?.... Oh...For his LADY...I was feeling little jealous now...

"I'M SURE YOU DIDN'T FIND THESE..."

Arjun was right...I didn't open the drawer....I forgot that he might have arranged everything for "HER".... How lucky she is having Arjun!!...He has arranged everything for her...I didn't born with that fortune...

Arjun snaped his fingers in front my eyes...

"COME BACK TO THIS WORLD,LADY..."

I looked at Arjun...I was in my thoughts...He is the most fearing person in this country... Everyone is afraid of him... How can be someone this sweet and daring at the same time?...I feel intimidated and scared of him...But I feel also secured around him....

I felt something on my forehead....I instantly looked up and find Arjun already looking at me... Arjun hold me by my shoulder and make me stand Infront of the mirror...

"NOW YOU'RE LOOKING PERFECT...I WANT YOU TO GET READY LIKE THIS WHENEVER YOU WILL BE WITH ME...GOT IT?..."

I was too stunned by his action...I just nodded my head....

"WORDS, WIFEY..."

Arjun told coldly....I instantly replied to him..

"Ye....yes..."

I always shattered Infront of him...

"GOOD....AND ONE MORE THING..."

I looked up at him...

"I HAVE ARRANGED EVERYTHING FOR YOU NOT FOR ANY OTHER WOMAN... STOP BOTHERING YOUR LITTLE BRAIN..."

He tricked me...Made me joker infront of him... Such a stupid I am!...

"STOP BEING JEALOUS OF SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T EVEN EXIST..."

His stupid smirk was playing on his lips... I'm feeling like to punch on his face...

"GET READY....WE ARE GOING OUT... I'M WAITING DOWNSTAIRS..."

He went downstairs leaving a dumbstruck me...He made me fool... It's not a new thing but how could he?..

Whatever it is I'm feeling so relaxed....The heavyness left my heart....I looked at the mirror... I'm looking like a newly wedded... Arjun put sindoor on my hair partition and a little bit on my forehead...I touched my nuptial chain...They are glowing on me....

I opened the drawers and those left my mouth open... Different drawer has different products....One has makeup products...Other one is full of lipsticks and nail polish... Another one is full of bangles... I'm getting late...I will check them later....

I put a bindi and put nude lipstick...After combining my hair I arranged my saree a little bit...I left my hair open....I wore some glass bangles...

I don't want to make him wait more...So, I went downstairs quickly...
