It's Called Life
I be looking back and seeing mistakes, nobody was gone tell me nunð. Y'all fakeð!
Anyways I was supposed to update the other day but I wasn't feeling good so ima upload today. (and no I don't have ms.Rona)
FEW WEEKS LATER:
"I had a dream bout fish." Keyonna announced looking at her 4 children. They all looked at her blankly and went back to what they were doing.
"First game of the season." Rayna smiled putting her team shoes in her game bag and stepping into her slides. "Hand me a Powerade." She told Ray who was getting one for himself.
He threw it to her and she caught it making sure to say thank you. Then he threw one to the rest of them.
"Ready?" Keyonna asked and they all said yeah.
On the way out Rayna spotted Ramir's bag and grabbed it knowing he'd forgotten it.
They got in the car and she gave him his bag and he thanked her.
They pulled up to the game, the girls played first but the gym was still full. The girls team was really good and won often, so Rayna wasn't surprised people actually showed up to the game.
Rayna quickly changed her shoes and ran on the court since she was late. She stretched, then started warming up with the team.
"My bad." She apologized bumping into the cheer captain during her suicides.
"It's good."
"I like your hair, gotta go." She said taking off running and Mariah laughed turning around instructing the cheer team.
(Mariahs the MC from my other book. I'm gonna publish it again once I finish this one, which only has a few chapters left. Hehe self promo anyways #carryon)
The game started and Rayna was in the starting lineup as a shooting guard. The 3 point line was her favorite place on the court.
By the end of the game she had put up a good 12 points by herself.
It was the end of the game and Rayna had made a 3 pointer and got fouled, she was on the free throw line and which would secure their win. She put up 3 points on the line, making the final score 33-27 since the other team had no time to come back. The whole game her family and friends cheered her on.
At the end of the game she put her slides back on and went into the locker room, when that was finished she came out and sat by her mom and friends to watch Ramir, Ramon, Ray, and Teezy play.
Ray played power forward which is a defensive position, he gets rebounds and guards players mostly. If he's going to shoot he's usually near the center of the court.
Ramon was a shooting guard, like Rayna. Pretty self explanatory he's shoots the ball. He typically stays on the outside.
Ramir was a point guard, great at ball handling, and knowing when it was best to past or shoot. He could play shooting guard too, but he was his best at point guard.
Teezy was a small forward, they score, defend, and usually help with rebounding. He played offense and defense.
When they finished warming up the boys were on offense, so Ramir, Teezy, and Ramon started. Once they switched to defense, Ray would go in.
When their game started more people started coming. The boys won their game as well but it was more of a blowout. Combined they put up over 30 points. The final score was 65-21.
"I'm hungry." Ramir complained to Ryan.
"Me too, let's go eat out." He agreed.
They talked to their friends for a little while, then left out.
"Let's go to golden corral." Ramon suggested and everyone agreed.
"Damn, it's lowkey stink in here." Rayna mumbled sniffing the restaurant.
They got their table and took off their separate ways coming back with full plates. They were firm believers in getting their money's worth at a buffet. They ate trying multiple things then ate desert. Once they were done they went home going their separate ways to shower.
"Get it bihhh bald head hoe shxt, bald head hoe shxt." Rayna sang going down the stairs grabbing her keys to go by Teezy.

"You think heaven is like it is on supernatural? Like you relive your happiest moments?"
"I don't know, I kinda hope reincarnation is real. Your spirit gets to live on, you could make different choices, become a better person, who knows. But then again sometimes life is painful and I wouldn't want keep living over and over." Teezy responded and she nodded thinking about it.
"Imagine it's just nothing. Like a peaceful sleep forever."
"Maybe we just disappear, our bodies die and our minds and soul do too. Just gone."
"That sounds worse than sleep."
"I hope we could watch over our families, just check up and see everybody doing good."
"Eww I don't want see my family when I die." Rayna joked hitting his side. "I'm just playin."
He laughed and shook his head. "Nahh but forreal tho, i don't want see nobody crying over me or something. Id rather watch everybody happy."
"True, don't want be at peace and look down and see everybody sad. That's a good way to ruin peace." She agreed.
"But then again it's normal to be sad when you lose someone, so they could be sad just not for a long time."
"Yeah." They drifted into a comfortable silence both of them in their own heads. "But let's stop thinking about death, that's depressing. Hopefully we have entire lifetimes left."
"Hopefully."

Meanwhile...
"Bruh can you stop sighing." Ramir asked Myla.
"No, no I can not but thanks for asking."
"aggravating" he tried mumbling but she heard him.
"Well go home if I'm so aggravating."
"Gladly."
He slid on his slides and left, turning around once he realized he left his keys.
*BOOM BOOM BOOM* he knocked.
"WHAT?" Myla asked through the door.
"I left my keys."
"Too bad, better walk."
He sucked his teeth. "Mane stop playin."
She started mumbling opening the door. He just mugged her walking by to grab his keys. He got them and went back out leaving.
"See ya later." He mumbled trying to be civil.

"I don't get why you let other people's opinions get to you." Ray told Ari. They had ran into her bullies. "And why they so persistent, sum happened?"
"Dated one of them, we broke up, and they haven't left me alone since. And I don't know, I guess, hearing shit constantly makes it hard not to believe."
"I get that, but your beautiful shouldn't let people tell you otherwise."
"I don't feel it."
"I wish you saw what I see."
They both went silent in their own heads.
"If you could have one superpower what would it be?" Ari randomly asked breaking the silence.
"Teleportation, could be anywhere. You?"
"Flying, seems so free."
.
.
"Stop it. I'm tryna do my homework, you agg." Rayna laughed hitting Teezy's hands.
He ignored her poking her nose.
"You act like an overgrown child."
"Everybody needs a childish side. Unless your boring and who want be boring?"
"Maybe you should try being boring for a few minutes while I do this."
"Nahh, I could never be boring."
"Boy bye, cause you do be boring sometimes."
"Cap. I'm only boring if I'm tired, I'm the most interesting mf you ever met."
"Yup one of them."
"Not one of them. THE MOST."
"Whatever you sayyy."
"Gimmie kiss." He said puckering his lips and she gave him a peck, making him suck his teeth. She laughed at the look on his face then gave him a real one.
"I'm bouta focus forreal forreal." She pulled apart grabbing her laptop.
"Ight, imma cool out." He said grabbing the tv remote unpausing the movie.
