advika came downstairs it's 6:49 pm.

she comes inside the kitchen feeling dozy,she starts to make herself some herbal tea for relaxation.

she sits on a stool placing her elbow on the counter and resting her face on her palm,stirring the tea with the help of spoon.

she keep her palm on her mouth as she yawns.she drinks it sip by sip as it was hot,after she was finished drinking the tea she puts the cup aside and again rest her face on her palms,she slowly close her eyes feeling really sleepy.

her head was about to touch the cold hard counter to disturb her sleep but two palms held her head before it could it the hard counter.

inaaya's hand was holding advika's head and Ahaan's hand was placed beneath her hand.

their eyes met,they held a intense eye contact.

inaaya could feel her heart beating against her chest.he was staring deeply at her with his cold gaze,she gulps nervously,his gaze was making her feel weak,she breaks the eye contact feeling butterflies as his hand was placed on hers.

she slowly removes her hand away and steps back a bit.

Ahaan:you can go I'll handle her.

he said in a icy tone while still staring at her,his tone gave her pain somewhere in her heart she looks at him for a second and she hurriedly nods and left.

the next day..

inaaya was peacefully having her breakfast alone as she woke up late.she was sitting on a couch in the living area as she ate her cereal while watching TV,her one hand held bow and other held a spoon

Tristan was walking torward the couch his eyes stuck on his phone.

Tristan: F**K AGHH.

he screamed when his toe hits the table corner,inaaya chokes on her cereal as she laughed out,she felt sorry for him but the way he was too focused on his phone it was his fault too.

inaaya:a-are you o-ok.

she asks him still laughing holding her stomach.

inaaya:oh my g-god I'm so sorry.

she quickly keeps her bowl aside, getting up quickly  she went to him to help him.

Tristan: stupid table.

he says as he kicks the table only to get hurt again.

inaaya couldn't help herself and start laughing again at his dumb action. he groans in pain .

she forward her hand torwards him indicating for him to hold it,he holds her hand being grumpy,she helps him to walk and made him sit on the couch before sitting beside him.

inaaya:are you ok.

she asks him knowing how much it hurts,he stares at her in disbelieve before saying.

Tristan: do I look like I am ok inaaya

he said,she pressed her lips together controlling her laugh.

inaaya:I'll g-go and get ointment ,stay here.

she said and quickly left to bring ointment.she came back with the ointment and sat beside him.

inaaya:keep your leg here.

she said as she pats on the couch so she could apply the ointment.

Tristan: I can do it by myself, girls don't touch feet.

she smiles and pass him the ointment.

inaaya:vid where is advi.

inaaya asks vidyut who was on his phone.

vidyut: I saw her in the gym last time.did something happened.

inaaya nods as no before saying.

inaaya:Nothing I went to jer room and didn't saw her there,I'll go now.

she said and left to go to the gym to find advika.

she enters the gym and saw advika laid on the floor,she quickly rushed to her  and kneeled down calling her name.

inaaya:advika,advika.

advika opens her eyes and looks at her in confusion seeing her worried.

advika: what happened are you ok.

she said as she got up.advika who just finished her workout was resting by laying on the floor with her eyes closed and inaaya misunderstood it and thought that she fainted.

inaaya:are you alright.

advika nods and says.

advika:yes I am,what will happen to me.

inaaya keeps her hand on her chest letting out a breath.

inaaya:because you were laying like that on the floor I thought that you fainted.

she said getting up from the floor.

advika chuckles before saying.

advika:it's nothing like that I was just tired after the workout so I laid down on the floor,come on let's go.

they left the gym and was walking torward advika's room,just when they reached her room advika turned to inaaya and said.

advika: you know what let's watch a movie tonight hmm,can you call  everyone in the living room while I go and change.

inaaya nods and walked away while advika went to change her clothes which were drenched in sweat.

inaaya went to call vidyut and then everyone in the living room.

advika:so what are we watching.

she said as she said between inaaya and vidyut.

Tristan: horror movie.

inaaya eyes widened hearing him ,horror movie it was a "oh hell nah" from inaaya.but seeing everyone agree she didn't say anything but held advika's arm for mental support.

inaaya accidentally held Ahaan's hand who was sitting beside her gripping his hand as a scary ghost scene appeared.

feeling someone hold his hand Ahaan looks at his hand and saw inaaya hand gripping his tightly he didn't mind it as she looked really scared he again focused on the movie.

inaaya quickly closed her eyes keeping her hand over her mouth to prevent herself from screaming when a jump scare suddenly appeared on the screen.

Ahaan noticed it and kept his hand over her making her look at him,he clearly noticed the fear in her eyes.

Ahaan:relax everyone is here no need to be scared,its just a movie.

he said trying his best to speak in a soft tone as she was already scared,she said nothing but just nod her head,Ahaan didn't notice but he was still holding her hand in his.

vidyut: woh that was one scary and amazing movie.

said vidyut, the movie was finally finished and the whole time inaaya was gripping Ahaan's hand,it was a torture for her to watch it.

inaaya:never again you are gonna watch a scary movie inaaya.

she whispered to herself.

she was feeling scared,really scared .

inaaya: advi.

she called advika when she was about to leave,advika turns to her and says.

advika:yeah.

inaaya: can you come with me.

inaaya said as she gulps her saliva.

advika nods and she and inaaya start to walk torward inaaya's room.

advika:was the movie too scary for you.

advika asked noticing that inaaya looked a bit scared and uncomfortable.

inaaya: just a bit.

she lied,that movie freaked her out badly.

soon when they reached to inaaya's room.

advika:if you feel too scared just come in my room ok I'll probably be awake.

she said before hugging her.

advika:good night.

she said and walked away.

inaaya clutched her blanket tightly staring at the sealing, the air was cold the light of her room were open as she was already really scared and didn't wanna risk closing the lights.

the jump scare and the scary scene from the movie was appearing in her mind again and again, making her more scared than she already was.

advika:if you feel too scared just come in my room ok I'll probably be awak

she remember what advika said to her and got up taking her pillow with her, she decided to go to advika's room as she was feeling way to scared and anxious to sleep alone.

she was walking in the hallway going to advika's room clutching her pillow tightly.

she froze when she felt someone behind her,she turned around and saw noone,thinking it as a hallucination she continued to walk.

inaaya:AAAHHHHHHHHH.

she screamed out loudly when two men appeared in front of her looking ugly and scary with blood on their face  and clothes making weird scary noise.

she froze when she saw them coming close to her.

she was struggling to breath properly,the scary mask was removed by the "ghost " themselves revealing vidyut and Tristan.

seeing her struggling to breath they quickly removed their mask.

Ahaan:what the hell is happening here.

Ahaan who came running after hearing a loud scream asked them seeing them holding a scary looking mask.

he looks at the trembling figure who was standing there not being able to breath properly.

he quickly went to her and was shock looking at her.

Ahaan:inaaya,inaaya,hey.

he calls her name while patting her cheek seeing her froze and struggling to breath.

Ahaan:INAAYA.

he yells making her flinch badly,tears made their way down her cheeks.she quickly hugs the person in front not caring who it was.

her breaths were shaky tearsfalling down her face as she was sobbing hardly while burying her face into him clutching his shirt tightly.

vidyut and Tristan were genuinely worried they just wanted to pull a little prank they meant no harm,it wasn't their intention to scare her this much.

Ahaan:what the hell did you guys do.

Ahaan asked them turning around as he caressed her back to calm her.

vidyut: Ahaan we just wanted to pull a little prank.

vidyut said.

Tristan: we didn't knew that it would get this serious.

Ahaan:go to your rooms now we will talk about this in the morning and you better have a good explanation.

he said in a cold tone. they left from there feeling really guilty for scaring her like that.

Ahaan:inaaya.

he calls her name really softly for the first time.

Ahaan:it's okay everything is alright there is no ghost or anything it's alright.

he said as he gently caressed her hair to calm her,his fingers were warm and comforting as they moved through her hair,

he leaned in as he whispered.

Ahaan:it's okay hmm you don't need to be scared.

her sobs slowly disappeared.

after a few minutes she finally calms down and slowly breaks the hug.

her face was covered in tears,her eyes were red from crying, her long lashes were drenched in her tears.

she wipes her tears with her shaky hands.

Ahaan:come with me.

he said and grabs her hand gently taking her downstairs to the kitchen.

He fills up a glass with water and pass it to her and she drinks it calming herself down.

Inaaya:I want to go to advi.

She said In low tone,Ahaan nods and said.

Ahaan:I'll drop you to her room no need to go alone.

He said thinking that she will be scared to go alone.

He takes her hand and they walked away from the kitchen to advika's room.

Ahaan opens the door and saw advika with headphones on probably the reason she couldn't hear inaaya's screams.

feeling someone's presence Advika removes her headphones and looks up.

She gets down from her bed seeing Ahaan and a very depressed looking inaaya.

advika:bhai what happened is everything alright,inaaya are you ok

She said looking at inaaya

Ahaan:it's a long story a-

Inaaya interrupts him and says

inaaya:can I sleep here.

advika:of course come in

Inaaya without saying a word went and laid on the bed hugging her pillow covering herself with duvet.

Ahaan: Tristan and vidyut pulled a really bad prank on her and she got really scared cause of it and wanted to come here to you

Advika:oh God I'll take care of her you should go now and make sure to scold them in the morning for pranking her.

He nods and left

advika went and sat beside inaaya who was facing her.

advika: don't be scared I'm here ok you can sleep.

she said as she gently strokes inaaya's hair

she took out some sleeping pills and had them In one go with water,she lays beside her covering herself with duvet facing the sealing

inaaya slowly moves closer to advika hugging her from the side,resting her head on advika's shoulder.

advika smiles warmly and rest her head on inaaya's.

advika:good night inaaya.

she whispered.

inaaya: good nigh.

she whispered and both of them eventually fell asleep.
