Chapter 278
Sorry ex You'll Never Win Me Back
Chapter 278 Blurred Boundary of Her Private Life And Work.
As the woman got off from the car, she didnât look or move toward Henry, instead, she turned her head
away from hist
direction. Wearing knitted eyebrows, the woman still pleased the eye in appearance. Henry got out of the
car as well to see
what was going on.
It seemed that the speeding car behind hers was the real culprit. The car hit her car and then made her
car coast forward
until it crashed into the back of Henryâs car.
The speeding carâs driver finally got off and waddled closer to Nova with his fat belly and eyes bulging in
unconscionable
anger. He was going to bluster at Nova before he saw clearly her astonishingly beautiful face. âA beauty
is always forgivable though she jammed on the brakes in panic.â He produced an unsightly smirk, trying
to be kind on the surface.
âExcuse me? It is obviously a rearâend crash caused by you Itâs not my fault at all.â
âOh come on! Itâs clear that you hit the car before and then your car slid backward to strike my car under
the work of recoil. My car and the car before you all carry a hefty price and are indeed beyond the reach
of you, who can only afford a little BMW. How about you go out with me tonight? Then Iâll pay all the bills
for you.
Henry instantly shot a murderous glare at the middleâaged fat man. His eyes were so searing that the
man felt it immediately. He then met Henryâs freezing look as he was finding where the overwhelming
aura. âItâs a great honor to meet you here today, Mr. King. Iâm Rex who belongs to the Sears Rark Group.
Iâve heard a lot about you before.â The fat man Rex, barely freaking out at the sight of Henry, smiled and
bowed obsequiously to Henry.
While Nova stiffened with shock. Henry?
She subconsciously looked back to check who was Henry. Yes, that Henry. Novaâs face was occupied by
surprise and
disbelief.
She was driving behind him on the road all the time but she didnât realize that this would be Henryâs car
because she took no notice of the license plate number. However, it was his car, as it happened.
Nova scrunched her face. Oh, Dear God! Why so much for the ridiculous coincidences?
For the endlessly distressing coincidence?
Henryâs eyebrows shot up so high they almost merged with his hairline as he glared at Rex. He simply
ignored Rexâs greeting and flattery Averting his gaze, Henry seethed silently with irritation.
The dress in her is not a gift from him.
Much to her embarrassment Nova recalled the kiss with Henry that day. She then averted her eyes and
took out her phone to call the traffic police. As she was going to call, a police came to them. Nova said
immediately, âHello, officer, my car is equipped with Car DVR which could help you to define the
responsibility for the accident. Thanks a lot.ââ
The officer gave an approving nod at her, checked the video in the recorder, and drew a conclusion
soon.
The lewd Rex had to take full responsibility for what happened.
Who, fixing Nova with his obscene look, seemed totally unconscious of what they were talking about.
The woman in such
good shape is really seductive. Sooner or later, heâll possess her! He must have her!
He was still lost in his fantasy until Henry landed his impatient eyes on him again. âWell, I see. Iâll take it
all.â Rex said as soon
as he sensed Henryâs impatience. âI know itâs my fault now, I admit it.â
If it wasnât for Henryâs presence, he would leave no stone unturned to fit her up since he thought the
compensation of his car
was totally beyond her. Then he could have her in his pocket.
After the division of responsibility, they then pulled over their own car and called the insurance company
respectively.
Nova was ready to hail a taxi to her destination, but her phone rang just right.
âWhere are you now?â Roryâs voice was as soft as the breeze in spring.
âWhatâs up?â Nova didnât answer his question.
âIâve got a trouble. my company gets involved in a lawsuit. Iâd like to talk more in detail about the lawsuit
if you are interested.â
Novaâs eyes gleamed under the daylight. She was just avoiding him deliberately, which didnât mean she
had a blurred boundary between her private life and work.
