Henry discarded his feeling of sympathy and guilt for Nova wrathfully!

“Ummm… maybe another day. Don’t mention it, just treat me to lunch on the day we take the crown. I

Henry could guess with ease what the caller had said according to Nova’s words. And his eyes got

blazing with fury at the sight of the smile touching the corners of Nova’s mouth!

abusive language.

her once more after their divorce? How could he didn’t take a blind bit of guilt of his doing and wrongly

accused her of two–timing!

Anger was surging inside Nova but she didn’t mean to argue with him. Suppressing her anger

she sneered. “What’s the problem? I just did what you inflicted on me.”

Fury prevailed and Henry uttered a stream of profanities, “Nova, I don’t expect you are such a cheap

woman!”

Nova burst out laughing at Henry’s obscene remark. “The pot calling the kettle black? Don’t be

ridiculous! ”

Henry was staggered by her tough side. He must have been blind not to get her number before!

Look at how shrewd she is now! she is a natural lawyer indeed!

Even her remarks could deeply wound!

“Good! You’re good! Nova.” After a pause, Henry gave out a few words sullenly.

Nova didn’t want to wrangle with him anymore though she was curious about what he was

coming for. Nova had run out of her patience. “Henry, we have divorced already, please don’t disturb my

life again. Just think about what you did during our marriage, you are in no position to pass judgment on

my behavior. I have decided not to pursue this matter so just let’s call it a

But Henry beat her to her car in strides and grabbed her arm swiftly.

Nova kept struggling out of his grip but her attempt ended in a failure. “What the hell are you

doing? Where is your grace?” She lashed him with an awful face.

“What kind of grace do you deserve?” Henry retorted.

Nova was brought up short. “As you like.” Soon she regained her composure and laughed

sarcastically.

She said casually as if she minded him in the slightest. So ruthless, so hurt! “Nova, I don’t want

to care who you are aiming at except the Kings. You’d better involve none of my family and not set your

foot on the house of King for even once because on once except my grandma would like to see you

again! Keep your distance from us!” The words burst from her in an angry rush for Henry couldn’t stand

being slighted by someone who loved him dearly.
