Chapter 17: Roller Coaster

Ash's P.O.V

Waking up in the morning Adri's leg was tangled with mine and her arm was over my chest, it was quit cute actually I couldn't help but smile. I quickly snapped a picture which is now my favorite. Looking back to last night I remembered how much I loved being with her.

She moved her leg a little bit and I put my phone down waiting for her to open her eyes. She finally opened her eyes and looked at me with her big blue eyes.

"Morning." I said smiling at her, she smile back and hugged me tighter.

"Hey Ash." She said in a sleepy voice.

"wanna skip school?" She continued. Was this the same Adri?

"What would we do?"

"I have a couple things in mind." She said getting up and getting out of the fort. Those yoga pants though.

"And what would those things be."

"Well if I told you then it wouldn't be as exciting right?" What was Adri up to? I got out I the fort as well and sat on my bed.

"So can I drive your truck?" Was she serious right now?

"No girls drive my truck sorry babe." Did I just call her babe? Oops that slipped.

"Oh come on."

"Do you even know how to drive?"

"I've driven my mom's car before."

No girl has ever driven my truck. I forbid it to ever happen.

"What ever happen to the good girl?"

"Ash, how many times have I told you I'm not your average good girl." She said walking into the bathroom closing the door. I fell back on my bed with my head on my hands. What has happen to my innocent Adri.

I put on some jeans and a white t-shirt and went downstairs but it seemed like everyone had already left for school and work. I decided to do something for Adri while she was getting ready.

Adrianna's P.O.V

I took a quick shower and got dressed pretty fast. I put on some Hollister dark blue shorts on and a lacy white tank top with some black flip flops that had a silky look to them.

I had the greatest idea for me and Ash to do instead of going to school, my head is just filled with amazing ideas! I can't believe I was the one to come up with the idea of skipping.

I walked out of the bathroom and put some perfume on. I put my hair in a pony tale because I knew for what we were gonna do today it was going to get messy.

Ash wasn't in the room so I figured he was downstairs. When I got down stairs my heart wanted to melt and I couldn't believe what I was seeing! It was the most cutest thing ever!

"Made you breakfast!" I brought my hands to cover my mouth and I couldn't keep the smile off my face as Ash was pulling out the chair for me to sit in.

"This is the sweeties most cutest thing anyone has done for me."

"Well you're worth it." I couldn't help but laugh a little because even know Ash made me breakfast it was only lucky charms and a piece of toast with butter on it with a glass of orange juice.

Even know anyone would be able to make breakfast like this I couldn't help but want to hug him because it's the thought that counts. Ash sat down next to me an we both began to eat.

"Thank you Ash."

"Adri, your very welcome." I love this side of Ash so much!

We both finished up and went back up stairs to brush our teeth. I was brushing my teeth normally until Ash grabbed mine and began brushing my teeth for me and I grabbed his mocking him.

So at this point we were brushing each others teeth which sounds weird but the whole time I was laughing so their was tooth paste everywhere. When were finished he kissed me on the cheek getting toothpaste on my cheek.

"Eww! Ash!" I said grabbing a towel whipping my cheek and my mouth as did Ash. We both had fresh breath and white teeth when we finally finished.

I puckered up my lips and gave him an open eye kiss as he did the same thing. It was actually very cute I might add.

Ash put in his shoes on and we both began cleaning up the fort. We finished and went outside towards his truck.

"Okay so i'll drive just tell me where we are going." Ash explained.

"No Ash! I want it to be a surprise! let me drive."

"Adri, I've never let any girl drive my truck before."

"Yeah we'll there's a first time for everything right?" I finally stuck out my bottom lip and gave my the puppy dog eyes, this used to work on my dad so why not try it on Ash.

"Please don't give me that look". He begged. Yes it was working!

"Please Ashy." I begged him.

"Fine! As long as you promise never to call me that again!" So Danielle can call you it but I can't? He tossed me the keys and I smiled.

I hopped into the drivers seat while Ash got into the passengers. I turned on the radio and couldn't believe what song I was hearing.

"Oh my god! I love this song!" It was 'what's luv' by Ashanti.

"Wow this is a major throwback!" Ash said laughing I turned it up pretty loud and rolled down the front windows singing along. I pulled out of the parking lot and began singing the words.

"Last nighhhhtttttt, it should be about us, it should be about trust babe." Ash was laughing at me the whole time cause I knew all the guy parts.

Not my fault I went through an R&B phase. After the song got annoying I finally changed it to main stream music and Ash didn't seem to mind that I was messing with his radio.

Ash's P.O.V

Adri is a surprisingly very good driver not gonna lie. I couldn't help but stare at her while she was driving she looked so good driving my truck.

I really wanted to know where we were going I'm usually the one that makes all the plans!

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise I can't tell you!' I rolled my eyes and put my hand on her knee. I went through my pictures and saw the picture of her snuggling against me this morning. I decided I would keep this to myself I didn't want her to delete it or anything.

We got to a stoplight and I took the opportunity to kiss her on the cheek and snap a quick picture of us. She looked amazing in it. She was looking down and smiling. defiantly a keeper.

"What was that for?" She said blushing.

"I like seeing you blush." I put a filter on the picture and posted it on Instagram, when all the thirsty bitches see it they should back off.

Not even five minutes later I began getting comments on the picture.

'Get it!'

'Aww so cute!'

'So jealous!'

'Adorable!'

'Are you guys together?' I stopped at this comment. Are we? I mean we act like it. We do everything boyfriend and girlfriends do right? I looked back at Adri and then back at the comment. I'm not ready to put a label on anything yet, I'm not ready for a relationship. I don't date!

"It's 11:11 make a wish!" Adri said happily.

"Isn't that only suppose to work at night?"

"It's night somewhere, right?" She got me there, that's so true. We finally arrived to a big amusement park. Smart idea Adri, way better than what I would come up with.

Adrianna's P.O.V

"The fairs in town." I said smiling at Ash looking for a parking space. Even though it was a school day there still was a lot of people.

"This is gonna be a fun day, since you brought me here I'm going to make it worth while." Ash said getting out of the car and coming around to open the drivers seat door. I know it's suppose to be the opposite way but can we just pause for a moment because I can't! This is adorable!

We walked into the fair holding hands and right away Ash bought me some cotton candy, my favorite! Ash took another picture of us eating the cotton candy and me laughing, he sure likes taking pictures. But it's good because a picture is worth a thousand words.

To my surprise there was a lot of couples there and in a way I felt like Ash and I were dating even know I know we're not. I actually don't even know what to call us because we are defiantly more than friends!

"Wanna go in that roller coaster?" Ash asked me pointing at a roller-coaster that went upside down.

"Yeah no thank you, I'm afraid of heights and anything that makes me go upside down." Ash laughed and rolled his eyes.

"Come on, it'll be fun! Nothing bad will happen to you besides I'll be right next to you."

"Ash I'm deathly afraid of heights!"

"Adri just try it I promise you it will be fun!" This was it, my trust in Ash. Do I trust him enough to do this for him? Last time I was on a roller coaster I cried the whole time. I'm not doing it

"Fine, I'll do it." Wait what did I just say?

"You sure?"

No!

"Yes." really? Adrianna! Why am I having a conversation with myself? We walked into a medium sized line to wait are turn.

"You okay?"

No!

"Yeah."

It was finally are turn Ash and I sat in the third set of seats on the coaster and pulled down the safety bars. My heart began to race and I wanted off so bad.

"I change my mind! Can we please get off?"

"Adri it's to late, you'll be fine, I promise I'm right here." Ash comforted me holding my hand. I'm glad he's here.

The roller-coaster began and it was going up a very step part, that meant there was going to be a drop I closed my eyes shut and squeezed Ash's hand.

We went down super fast and my stomach dropped. I did not like that feeling at all! Before I knew it we were almost at the part were it was gonna go upside down. Surprisingly I opened my eyes and was actually enjoying myself. The loop finally came and it was so much fun, I actually got the courage to let my arms dangle.

The ride soon came to an end and I was kind of sad that it did.

"That was so much fun Ash! Thank you for getting me to go on it!"

"Glad you liked it, still afraid of heights?"

"Yes and no." I said giving him a hug as he returned it.

We walked around more and decided to go on the swings. They went pretty high up but I didn't want to be a party pooper so I agreed to go on them. the good part about them is that it was two to a seat.

Ash and I both sat down and the swings and it began to start. The swings were swinging low at first but then they began getting higher and faster.

While I was scared Ash was taking pictures of us and I pretended like I was okay but in all honesty I was terrified. if rather be in the roller coaster. Ash soon caught on of how scared I was because I was gripping the bars to hard.

Ash removed my hands placing them on his cheeks.

"Hey, you're fine. Just look at me." He completely calmed me down when he placed his lips on mine and all I could think about was him.

I forgot how high I was and everything felt like it slowed down. I felt like I was in a movie and they had that slow motion effect. I like Ash so much! I just wish I wasn't afraid to say it to his face but I'm pretty sure he already knows, he likes me right? I mean if he didn't he wouldn't be kissing me right now.
