Chapter 1: Sexy Six

"Adrianna! Get up or you're going to be late for school again!" My mom yelled as I heard her footsteps walking upstairs to my bedroom door.

"Ughh!" I moaned as I pulled the blankets over my head, not even a second later they were yanked off of my body and the light from the morning sun made it hard to open my eyes.

"Adrianna get up! If you're late again you'll get Saturday school!"

"But mom." I said whining.

"No buts now get up!" she said walking out of my bedroom.

My mom was right if I didn't get up now I was going to have Saturday school for the fifth time, oops! But I have a very good reason of why I'm late so much... I have to walk to school because my parents don't want me having a car, they're afraid I'll get into a car accident or something like that.

I rolled out of bed slowly walking to my bathroom, I got to the mirror and saw how disgusting I looked in the morning. I brushed my brown long hair before washing my face. My blue eyes looked so tired this morning. I took a shower last night to save time in the morning since I have trouble getting out of bed but what teenager doesn't?

After brushing my teeth I put on some make-up before walking to my closet. Since it was Monday I decided to wear my medium washed Hollister skinny jeans with rips in them and paired it with a maroon top.

I live in a small city in California, It's not known like Los Angelos is, oh how I wish I lived there. Don't get me wrong I love it here but it gets a little lonely going to the same school with kids I've known since kindergarten. There's not a lot of things to do for teenagers on the weekends but go to house parties or the movies.

"I'm leaving for work your dad should be home by 9:00 tonight but if not you can order some pizza!" Mom yelled from downstairs. She's a nurse so she works late and my dad is a Lawyer so he's always at his office and doesn't really come home which means I get pizza for dinner tonight...again. My parents don't really spend time with me so most days I'm home alone. I try not to complain because I know they're providing for our family.

"Okay bye." I said as I heard the door slam. "I love you." I sighed as I know she didn't hear that at all. I grab my white vans, slipped them on and grabbed my backpack before headed out the door. I'm not really a breakfast kind of person so I usually skip it.

Walking to school I put my earphones in listening to my favorite song at the moment "Say You Like Me" by We the Kings. The spring air was so nice as it hit my face walking to school.

Blasting my music blocking the sounds from the cars passing by and anyone else walking past me I pretended like I was in a music video because who doesn't?

"If you like meeee then say you like meeee!" Accidentally singing the words out loud I covered my mouth and looked around making sure no one heard me. As soon as I turned around a group about six guys were laughing. I blushed in embarrassment and was about to turn back around and speed walk until I heard one of the guys speak.

"You should audition for American Idol." He said sarcastically.

That's when I realized these guys went to my school, other wise known as the "Sexy Six."

I slowly turned my feet and started walking towards my school again replacing my earphones in my ears.

Being a sophomore in high school and them being upper class-men meant I was a nobody. Which is probably a good thing cause if they tell people about what happen they won't know who I am. The sexy six contain the hottest most popular guys in school, they are also a little bit of bad boys....

Jared, Brock, Blake, Chad, Hayden, and Ash. Ash is the most mysterious and the hottest one in my eyes. Basically my town is so small almost everyone knows everyone. New people don't ever move here often unless they want to fall off the face of the earth. Everyone calls the guys The Sexy Six because well they're sexy and there are six of them. Yes they're also brothers.

I finally got to school and was to afraid to look behind me to see if the guys were in their usual spot so I just continued to walk. I'm not popular at all in my sophomore class but I would say people know of me I guess. I don't really have any close friends for the exception of my best friend Kylie. So usually I was a loner in the morning if she wasn't at school yet.

"Adrianna!" Kylie said walking over to me.

"Kylie!" I said mocking her.

"Oh my gosh you're actually here on time!" She said with sarcasm.

"Ha Ha Ha very funny." I said being sarcastic.

"Hahaha, Come on lets go to class!" She said pulling me.

"Ughhh can't we just ditch?" I said pleading.

"Adrianna! You can't ditch just because you're lazy!"

"You sound like my mother!"

We finally got seated in world history while Ms. Jones was going over WW1. As usually I was daydreaming about how I wish I had a interesting life like high school movies but in real life high school is nothing like the movies at all. Finally fourth period rolled around and I had P.E, the only reason I was happy about this class was because I have this class with Ash.

Basically every girl just looks at him the whole time, I pretend he's not there. I changed into my black shorts and P.E shirt then hurried to the track while putting my hair in a high ponytail. As I waited for the Mr. Grey to tell us what we were doing I couldn't help but notice a pair of eyes watching me finished tying off my ponytail. I knew exactly who it was and couldn't help but awkwardly place my arms by my side & quickly cross them of my chest. He was still looking and I fidget when I'm nervous so I brought my hand up to put my hair behind my ears only to realize I just put it up in a ponytail. I would give myself a facepalm right now if I wasn't in public. I began listening to Mr. Grey's directing and turns out it was running day, yay...NOT! I absolutely hate running with a passion!

As soon as we got to the track everyone started run and of course Ash looked so hot running that's its hard not to keep my eyes off him. How awkward would it be if he caught me looking at him. He threw off his shirt and all that I could look at was his abs. Oh what I would do... stop thinking like that Adrianna! Once I was able to focus again and finish the mile I noticed all the girls ran up to Ash touching his arms and abs. It kind of made me feel jealous that I wasn't brave enough to do that but then again it would only grow his ego.

"Something you like?" I heard Ash say looking at me with a smirk on his face. Shit I defiantly just made his ego grow.

I just stood there. Was he talking to me? Oh no he caught me looking at his abs! I quickly turned away and started walking fast to the locker rooms. It's like I swallow my tongue when he speaks to me! I quickly changed into my regular clothes and I could hear girls from across the locker room giggle.

"Oh my god Ash is so hot I can't believe I got to touch his abs!" I heard one of the many sluts at my school say. Not trying to be mean or anything they literally call each other sluts.

"You're so lucky!" I heard another girl say.

I just laughed and rolled my eyes as they continued their conversation. When I got out of the locker rooms I realized it was finally lunch time.

Kylie and I met at the tree we usually meet for lunch to eat and talk. I was so glad to get out of my classes I hate the people here so much!

For a little bit Kylie and I just made small talk until she almost made me jump from screaming.

"Oh my gosh! " Kylie said almost jumping out of her skin.

"What!?" I said questioning.

"Why is Ash staring at you!? Dont look!"

I quickly turned my head to see the direction Kylie was looking towards and sure enough Ash was looking at me with a smirk on his face or at least I think he was.

"I said don't look!" Kylie repeated.

I quickly looked away and planted on Kylie's face was a big grin.

"You guys had a moment!" She said with excitement.

"no we didn't, he wasn't even looking at me." I lied.

"okay suree Adrianna." She knew I was lying to her, but why on earth would Ash be looking at me?

"He wasn't!" I said jokingly smacking her shoulder as she started to laugh.

"Yum!" Kylie said taking one of my chocolate chip cookies from my lunch.

"hey! I was going to save that!"

"yeah but then it would get all disgusting." she replied.

Lunch was pretty boring but it always is. I mean if I had a lot of friends I'm sure it would be fun but sitting with the same person everyday gets a little bit boring. Don't get me wrong I love hanging out with Kylie, I just wish I had more friends.

After lunch had ended I couldn't stop thinking about Ash, I've liked him since seventh grade yet never have said a word to him not even "Hi," how embarrassing.

I'm just way to shy and I get really nervous around him and pretend I don't see him when he's walking down the halls with all his friends. Can I be anymore pathetic? But who am I kidding a guy like Ash would never in a million years go for a girl like me.

The day finally came to an end and I was able to go to my favorite music store. While I was paying for the records I picked out and about to leave I noticed Ash leaving as well. I've never seen him in here before and trust me I come a lot. Before I could look away we made eye contact that felt like it lasted forever but I'm sure it was only a couple of seconds. I looked down not wanting to blush as he made his way outside.

Now sitting on my bed only covered in a towel from taking a shower scrolling down tumblr. I couldn't stop thinking about seeing Ash at the music store and the eye contact we made. He actually knows I exist now but it's not like he thinks I'm cute or anything probably just trying to mess with the lonely weird girl. I walked over to my dresser to get a bra and thong quickly put them on and walked by my window to grab my pajamas that were in a different dresser. I paused for a second hearing faint whistling. I looked up and saw four boys in the neighbors window just staring at me I quickly ducked down in embarrassment and shut my curtains.

I didn't even realize people lived next door! Is this really happening?! Bunch of perverts!

"REALLY!?" I moaned in anger.

I can not believe a bunch of guys just saw me half naked! What if they took a picture? Then posted it on the internet! My life would be ruined! I hope I never see them again. Quickly I put on a big baggy shirt and some shorts and sat on my bed very annoyed if I'm being honest.

Forgetting that my mom and dad weren't going to be home early tonight I quickly ordered a domino's pizza with a coke, still not being able to forget about the boys next door.

Not soon after the pizza finally came and pigged out. I stayed up a little later than usual waiting for my mom and dad to get home but they didn't so I just got on my laptop and started to watch some Vampire Diaries on Netflix. I couldn't help but think how embarrassing It was for me today. It was like I was almost embarrassing myself on purpose. Hopefully tomorrow won't be as bad... Or maybe it will be worse...

All of the sudden I heard a knock on my door, I looked at my phone and it was 11:00pm.

"What the hell?" I said to myself. I ran down stairs hearing someone nonstop knock on my front door. I looked through the peep hole to see Kylie's bubbly face and swung the door open.

"Adrianna!" she said happily.

"Hey! what's up, What are you doing here?"

"We are going to Erica's party tonight get dressed!" She said pulling me upstairs towards my bedroom. Erica is one of the most bitchiest girls in school but I hear her parties were pretty cool to go to.

"What? I don't have anything to wear, and its a school night!"

"Its a pool party you have plenty of swim suits!" she said going through my dresser. I watched her as she was freaking out about it.

"This one!" It was a navy blue two piece swim suit that was super cheeky. Kylie was wearing an all black one that showed way to much cleavage.

"Okay let me changed." I said walking in my bathroom closing the door.

"Okay! hurry!" she said breathless. Putting it on I felt a little self conscious I mean my butt was gonna be on display for all to see and that made me nervous. I wanted to change but Kylie was already in the state of rushing me.

"So why are you dragging me to this party?" I yelled through the bathroom door.

"Because Jared is going to be there and so is the rest of the sexy six!"

"That's why you want to go?" I said questioning.

"That's not the only reason its just we never go to parties!" She replied.

"That's because I hate parties! And how do you know the guys are going?" I pointed out.

"They're always at every party."

"That's true." I replied.

I finished getting ready and pulled over a black summer dress and brushed my hair. Well I guess this will be the last pool party since it will get chilly in a couple weeks. I grab my phone and flip flops heading out the door with Kylie. Tonight should be interesting and to be honest I didn't even want to go out tonight. I mean who has a party on a school night?...At least I don't have to worry about my parents since it doesn't look like they'll be home tonight.
