But I had another book idea that I came up with driving the other day lol: so basically the corona virus is scaring the fuck out of everyone. So the state of VA decides to conduct a slight experiment just to start reproduction early for the next generation. So high school students in 2020 are forced to get married and have a kids with who they are assigned by different test ect....
