Chapter 49

Jiang Tingzhou arrived at Mingzhu KTV, Xiao Zhan was already there. He was a lot younger, and his closest friend was Xiao Zhan.

Xiao Zhan hurriedly stood up and said hello, “Zhou, l was waiting for you. You are making me suffer.”

In KTV, the light was dim and blurred, and the music was loud and deafening. As he came in, the person who was singing stopped. Jiang Tingzhou ignored Xiao Zhan’s tricks, and just replied casually, “I had something to do.” As he spoke, his eyes swept the entire room roughly.

There were a lot of people in that private room. In addition to his brothers, there were also a few faces he had never seen before. Those new faces were all girls, and when they saw him come in, they were excited. Jiang Tingzhou had long been accustomed to such kind of reactions, so he didn’t move and didn’t react.

Xiao Zhan laughed and grabbed Jiang Tingzhou’s shoulders, “Jiang brother is so cool. You finished a bottle without spilling a drop.”

Jiang Tingzhou’s other friend, Xiao Ning Jun, interjected with a smile, “That unique skill with a bottle of beer in three seconds makes me feel tired as I saw it so many times.”

The lights in KTV were too dim, so Xiao Zhan didn’t see the tattoo on Jiang Tingzhou’s arm clearly.

He leaned down in surprise and looked at Jiang Tingzhou’s arm carefully, “Zhou, when did you get the tattoo? Your arm is tattooed…” Xiao Zhan stopped talking as he was so astonished that he didn’t even finish his words.  He discovered that Jiang Tingzhou had  tattooed a girl on his arm! Ning Jun naturally noticed Xiao Zhan’s surprised face. He opened his mouth and pointed to the tattoo on Jiang Tingzhou’s arm, “This…who?”

Jiang Tingzhou lazily sat down on the sofa, opened another bottle of beer, and took a slow sip as he thought of the squeamish kid, he chuckled lightly and said, “Ahh…a girl who loves to act like a baby.”

Xiao Zhan glanced in the direction of the group of girls, then asked with a complicated expression, “Do you know her?”

Jiang Tingzhou raised his eyebrows and asked lazily, “Of course”

After Jiang Tingzhou found that some people’s expressions were a little strange, he glanced at Ning Jun beside him calmly. Although Ning Jun grew up with them, his temperament was completely different from them. He was innocent and couldn’t hide words in his heart. Whatever was in his heart was reflected on his face. At that moment, Ning Jun looked embarrassed and surprised.

Xiao Zhan looked at Qiao Yao who was in a white dress in the distance with surprise. It was Qiao Yao’s birthday.

“Didn’t she plan to confess to Jiang Tingzhou on this special day?” Whispered the girls to each other. The candles, cakes, balloons, and flowers were all ready, in the box next door. And all of them present were there to witness the moment.

“Everything was planned long ago. Why did she change her mind? Is it because she didn’t know whose tattoo was on Jiang Tingzhou’s arm?”

Jiang Tingzhou heard those words. The atmosphere was silent for a while, and then the others continued to party as if nothing happened.

KTV bars are places where people can do karaoke. Karaoke is an activity where people sing famous songs. The words to the songs are displayed on a TV screen and people sing them out loud. Karaoke was invented in Japan in the 1980s and became popular around the world in the 1990s
