Chapter 3108
The First Heir
âEmperor Kaiâs underground palace?â Aria was full of confusion and asked, âWhat will you do there?â
Philip said, âI canât tell you yet.â
Aria frowned but did not ask further.
She then said, âSince you and your father wonât say anything, we wonât ask either. Emperor Kaiâs
underground palace is now guarded by the Imperial Palace. If you want to enter, you need a pass.â
Philip frowned. âA pass from the Imperial Palace?â
Aria nodded and said, âBut donât worry, I can get this pass for you.â
Philip said, âOkayâ¦â
Then, he suddenly said, âThird Mother, do you know where the door of the Clarke family is?â
Hearing this, Ariaâs expression immediately became tense and solemn. She asked, âWhy are you
asking this?â
âI want to take a look,â Philip said.
Aria frowned, looked at the other two ladies, and said to Philip, âWe canât approach the Clarke familyâs
door at all. Only the bloodline of the Clarke family can. It should be in the underground hall of the
ancestral hall.â
âThe ancestral hall?â
Philip nodded and left the white castle, ready to go to the ancestral hall.
In the hall, Aria looked at Philipâs departing back with worry in her eyes.
Hazel walked over and asked, âThird Sister, will he be alright? The old master isnât here now. Is it too
early for Philip to approach the Clarke familyâs stargate?â
Aria pondered briefly and said, âThatâs his choice and the Clarke familyâs fate.â
With that said, Aria left the castle.
On Philipâs side, he arrived at the ancestral hall and looked at the memorial plaques of his forefathers.
Especially when he saw the memorial plaque of the grandmaster, Philip knelt, bowed, and said,
âGrandmaster, Little Monkey is here to see youâ¦â
After kneeling for a while, Philip got up and walked to the back of the ancestral hall.
It was a fairly large yard surrounded by green plants with a stone gate. The main familyâs guards
standing nearby.
Seeing Philip, the guards knelt on one knee and said, âWelcome, Young Patriarch.â
Philip nodded, motioned them to get up, and said, âOpen the stone gate.â
Hearing that, the guards immediately opened the stone gate.
A guard stepped forward, took out a wooden box, handed it to Philip, and said, âYoung Patriarch, the
patriarch told us to hand this to you. He said youâd definitely be hereâ¦â
Philip took the wooden box with a frown and wondered what his father had given him.
Without delay, Philip opened the wooden box, which contained a test tube with blood and a short note.
[Phil, I knew youâd come here to see for yourself one day. This is something I prepared for you. Take it
with you, go down, and have a look. Pour the blood in the test tube onto the stone slate of the
stargate.]
The content was very brief. Philip frowned, thought for a while, and walked down the stone steps
behind the stone gate. The stone steps were long and deep.
After walking for a long time, Philip finally saw the end.
It was an underground hall surrounded by eternal lights, which looked very secluded.
Eight large pillars were supporting the top of the main hall, and each large pillar was engraved with
extraterrestrial beasts and patterns that should not appear in this world. The pillars exuded an ancient
vibe as if they had traveled through the ages.
Philip walked along the middle through the stone pillars and arrived at the most central area, which was
a high square altar. It was surrounded by four golden dragons made of pure gold with their heads
guarding the altar.
A broken stone slate was found on the altar, which was full of obscure lines and patterns. The slate
was dark red.
With one glance, Philip felt an unprecedented and a powerful vibe!
This slate was made of the same material as the stargate below Cochly Mountain, but the aura was
obviously stronger. Moreover, various power of rules hovered around, forming circles of dark red light
surrounding the slate.
When Philip approached, he found that the circles of light surrounding the slate turned out to be
obscure symbols and characters.
Philip was amazed and reached out to touch those symbols, but his hand passed through them.
