Thirster 2467: 19.

"He's not just a vampire Lee." Marilyn says to the woman who raised her. They walk in silence to Agent Doloman's office.

"He is only a vampire and that can't change." They don't look at each other but stare straight ahead. Marilyn sighs while shaking her head.

"You saw how he acted around me. He cares about me, a human for crying out loud."

"Have you thought for one second that maybe he's doing this so he can get to you? So he can escape with your help?" Lee exclaims pausing from walking and jolting Marilyn to a stop. "Don't you think that sometimes?"

Marilyn has thought about it but vaguely. Most of the things Pierce has done around her doesn't show that he's just using her. He's protecting her in Marilyn's eyes. Most of us he definitely has feelings for her from kissing her lips and holding her tightly...

"No I haven't actually." She lies and Lee stares into her brilliantly dazed eyes. They shine brighter from the overhead lights hanging above them and even though she's feeling rejected, they still make her seem strong.

"I'm not saying he is Marilyn. I did see the way the vampire acted around you. However I was wondering if this is all just a game of his because all my life I've never seen a vampire act like this." Marilyn shrugs and runs her hands over her thighs because they start to moist.

"If he is than it's all my fault and I deserve what's going to come ahead." Lee slightly shakes her head in disappointment and they both start walking once again. Marilyn didn't talk at all and Lee didn't spill a word. They both kept everything to themselves but in the back of Marilyn's head she just couldn't stop thinking about Pierce.

Although as a final thought she wondered maybe he's using his controlling powers on her? She shakes her head to herself. Soon they arrive to Agent Doloman's office and Lee softly knocks on the door. A voice from inside says that they can come in and Lee opens the door.

Marilyn heads in first and looks around the large room. There stood leaning up against the wall was Dr. Sammis and sitting at his desk was Agent Doloman. They stop talking when Marilyn stands in the middle of the room frightened.

"Lee I would appreciate it if you leave it to us to talk privately with Marilyn." Agent Doloman firmly says to Lee who is standing besides the opened door.

"I think it's better if I stay here as a guardian of Marilyn."

"She's old enough to handle things alone." He quickly replies back, glaring at her straight ahead. Marilyn turns to Lee and gives her a slight nod to show her that she's okay. Lee purses her lips into a thin line before walking out of the office and closing the door behind her.

"How are you Marilyn?" Agent Doloman asks her and she sarcastically laughs.

"Oh well everything is doing great. Being locked up with an electric band around my ankle and getting a painful shock." She nods her head. "Everything is wonderful." She turns her head to Dr. Sammis who is chuckling under his breath.

"I take the blame. The whole electric volt idea was mine." She crosses her arms over her chest and rolls her eyes.

"Take it off of me." Marilyn demands and Dr. Sammis pushes himself off from leaning on the wall.

"You don't deserve to get out of this easy."

"Sammis enough." Agent Doloman shuts him up while he sighs impatiently. Marilyn stands there waiting for him to talk. She also wonders about Pierce and if they brought her here just so they can kill him back there.

"So why am I here?"

"Marilyn you've caused many problems in here." Her heart starts to race when he pauses. "Many of the scientists are very angry. You helped many humans suffer a terrible death from vampires just to save one."

"He was mine and you guys were going to kill him."

"They're bloodthirsty demons who are after all of us." He snaps to shut Marilyn up. "After all these years of hating them how can one vampire change all your senses?"

"Because I've realized that not all of them are the same."

"Marilyn they're ruthless. They killed your entire family." She pauses in utter shock before barking back at him, denying that her family was killed by a monster that Pierce is.

"Didn't you see him protect me? Thirster 2467 isn't the same. Trust me I'll get him to open to you guys I promise." Marilyn's voice rattles in fright and her lips start to tremble. She's scared that they'll split them apart and they're old enough to do that to her. Even though she's a woman they still treat her like a child because she's the youngest.

"I'm sorry it's too late for that because of your recent actions." He stands up and walks up to Dr. Sammis. "Hand me the key." Dr. Sammis obeys and scavenges for the key, handing it to him. Agent Doloman walks towards Marilyn and kneels down. He puts the key into the small lock of the band and unlocks it. It pops open and he takes it off of her.

"Thank you." Marilyn says with a nasty attitude as he places it on his desk.

"Marilyn Hurley, I -Agent Doloman- have decided to take away your assigned vampire, Thirster 2467." Her mouth drops and she glances over his shoulder towards Dr. Sammis. He has a long devilish smile along his lips.

"What? No!" She begs.

"And I also have come to terms that taking you out of Area 75 will be the best for you and everyone else working here." It's as if her heart stopped beating. The place she was raised in is rejecting her.

"You can't do that!" She cries, her hands shaking in fear. "You can't kick me out."

"As authority, yes I can."

"It'll be better without you here." Dr. Sammis adds and Marilyn grows furious and starts to walk towards him.

"You manipulated him into doing this!" When she reached him she brings her hand into the air, bringing it towards his face. A loud smack echos in the small room when her hand connects with his cheek. His head snaps sideways from the force but doesn't express any physical pain from his face. Agent Doloman races towards her and grabs her by the waist, turning her away from Dr. Sammis. "You did this! It's all your fault!" She screams but Agent Doloman opens his office door and shoves her out.

From the force she falls forward and collapses onto the concrete ground. Lee stood against the wall waiting for her but suddenly shocked from her fall. She races towards her to pick Marilyn up but she was too angry to get help from someone. She pushes Lee's gesturing hand away and gets up herself.

"I'm sorry Marilyn but don't worry we'll provide you an apartment and a good steady job-"

"I don't give a fuck about that I'd rather be homeless than have your help." She viciously cuts him off and Agent Doloman just takes in her words. He nods his way through until she was done with her angry spurs.

"As I was saying, everything will be okay. We'll keep in touch with you and see how you're doing."

"You can't do this."

"And we'll take care of Thirster 2467 ourselves." Marilyn bites the inside of her cheek so she doesn't explode and Lee stands there besides her confused at what is happening. A thick fog of silence runs between everyone and Marilyn glares at Dr. Sammis that stood there with a smirk on his lips.

"Agent Doloman I'll fix my actions please give me one more chance."

"I did Marilyn and nothing changed. I'm sorry this has to happen but it does. I want you packed and gone by tomorrow morning." Tears slowly fill her eyes when he says that he wants her gone by tomorrow. She slowly shakes her head wondering if this is all just a joke. "If you don't leave the soldiers will forcibly take you out." He turns to his office and shuts the door, vanishing back in with Dr. Sammis.

Marilyn stood in the middle of the hall with a distraught look on her face. A lump forms in her throat and Lee silently brings her hand on her shoulder but Marilyn brushes it off. She tires to talk but somehow she can't form words. The place she called home is kicking her out. The people she called family aren't standing besides her. Everyone is opposing her and making her seem like the bad guy.

"Marilyn I'll talk to him. He's probably angry that's all." Lee whispers in her ear but Marilyn turns away.

"It's not going to do anything. He's made up his mind and he isn't going to change it." She starts to walk down the dimmed hall and away from Lee. If they want to play this game then Marilyn isn't going to give up. Especially if it means getting Pierce the hell out of there she'll sacrifice everything because she knows what they'll do to him.

Inside the office Agent Doloman went back to his seat. Dr. Sammis silently watches him and crosses his arms over his chest.

"That was the final choice you can't take it back." Dr. Sammis starts and Agent Doloman sighs.

"I know and I'm not going to take her back."

"You know she isn't going to stop especially with that vampire with her." His voice is laced with venom when he thinks about the vampire.

"We'll take care of him don't worry." He looks down at Marilyn's thick file. It's filled with her life and school activities, growing up and becoming one of them. "If she comes back I'll take of her too." He finishes while tossing her file into the garbage bin besides his desk.

Okay I'm so sorry. I have to take important exams for High School next week so I'm piled up with school work and it's so stressful. I also think of college and I want to cry.
