YOU ARE THE RHYTHM OF MY HEART 2!

YOU ARE THE RHYTHM OF MY HEART!GChapter 63 :Looking at Akhil for a moment, Aadhya shifted her gaze to the window, her eyes distant. After a pause, she turned back to him and whispered, her voice steady and unwavering,“I have full faith in Krish, and I’m never going to doubt him”, She assured him calmly before looking out through the window again. Her tone changed slightly as she added,“But I don’t trust Laila. You don’t know what happened there. She did it intentionally. No one saw it… and no one will believe me if I say anything”.Her voice was laced with disappointment, the pain evident in her eyes.Gasping, Akhil moved closer and held her shoulders gently. “Aadu! What are you saying? Is it true?”, he asked, shocked.“I always suspected she was behind my brother, but I never imagined she’d pull such a stunt in front of everyone. How did you figure it out?”, he asked, his voice filled with concern and curiosity.“I don’t want to trouble anyone”, Aadhya began, her voice uncertain. “From the day she met me, Laila has been trying to provoke me—saying things that don’t even make sense. But I didn’t want to cause any trouble, not until the competition ends”.She paused, eyes fixed on the window before continuing, her tone tight with emotion.“This is Krish’s dream… to achieve a hat-trick of victories. And for me… this is my chance to prove that his choice of me as his companion wasn’t wrong. So I’ve been holding back all my anguish just for this competition. But Laila… she’s pushing me too far by pulling these stunts”. Her voice shook with panic as she finished.Squeezing her shoulder gently, Akhil frowned, his tone firm but caring.“Aadu! Why didn’t you tell me earlier? Do you think my brother would turn a blind eye if someone hurt you? Nothing matters more to him than you—not even this competition”, he said, his voice filled with emotion.Aadhya looked down, her voice soft and trembling.“I know... I know he’d go to any extent for my happiness. But I don’t want to be the reason he loses. If anything goes wrong, society will blame him for choosing me. This is a sensitive situation—I have to think of every angle”.“Aadu…”, Akhil called out gently, trying to bring her back from the whirlpool of her emotions.“We should tell brother everything before things get worse. He’ll handle it wisely. He’ll put Laila in her place. Come, let’s go now”, he urged, rising to his feet and trying to pull her up with him.But Aadhya clutched his hand tightly, stopping him. Her grip was firm, her expression resolute.“Akki! Whatever happens, Krish must not know—at least not until the competition ends. We’re at the final moment, and telling him now will burden him mentally. It’ll shake his focus. I can’t let him step down just to dismiss Laila. We don’t have a replacement model at this point”. She looked into his eyes, her plea raw and desperate.“Please! Don’t say anything until the competition is over. Once it's done, I’ll tell him everything myself—and I’ll make sure he throws her out of our lives. Okay?”.Akhil studied her face for a long moment, his heart torn. Then he murmured,“Aadu… I don’t think this is a good idea. You don’t know how far some people will go to achieve their dreams. Laila is a cunning fox. She knows how to play the game in this high-society world. If you stay silent, you’ll be the one who gets hurt”.Aadhya’s eyes blazed with a rare intensity as she replied,“Akki! Do you think I’m the kind of girl who lets people walk all over her?”.Her voice was filled with fire, but her words carried calm determination.“I’m tolerating her only for Krish’s victory. This success will open doors for both of us—it’ll show the world I’m a worthy match for him. People won’t question his decision to marry me”.She looked away, blinking back the sting of unspoken truths.“He never says it, but I feel his pain—of being accused of marrying someone beneath his status. He doesn’t know how to prove to others that I was the right choice. That’s why he’s helping me to achieve something—so that even your mother can see his decision was wise”.She reached out, her hand trembling but firm in her resolve.“Do you want to ruin all that with unnecessary conflict? Can’t you just stay silent until tomorrow evening? Can’t you do this for me?”.“Please, Akki… promise me you’ll stay quiet until the competition is over,” Aadhya whispered, stretching her hand toward him, her eyes pleading for understanding.-  *KRISH*
