YOU ARE THE RHYTHM OF MY HEART!Chapter 28 :Aadhya and Parasuram gazed at them their heartfull of contentment.Snapping out of their family drama, Yeshwanth glanced at the onlookers and swiftly alerted the children to focus on Aadhya’s family.He then looked at Parasuram, who understood his intentions and took the lead in introducing Yeshwanth to his family members.After getting introduced to everyone and learning that they were visiting the temple, Yeshwanth and his family decided to join them. Together, they all headed towards the temple.On the way, Yeshwanth pleaded with Seetha Ramaiah to convince Aadhya to accept his gift, as it was his first present to her after their marriage. He hoped it would help him reconcile with her.Amused by Yeshwanth’s eagerness to get into Aadhya’s good books, Seetha Ramaiah chuckled and promised to grant his wish after they completed their temple visit and rituals.Upon reaching the temple, Aadhya and Nandhu performed their rituals as instructed by Seetha Ramaiah and Janaki, following the priest’s guidance with devotion.After completing the ceremonies, they sought blessings from the elders before settling down in the temple mandap.Seetha Ramaiah observed Aadhya for a moment before turning to Nandhu and instructing, his voice both gentle and firm,“Nandu! Place the necklace around Aadhya’s neck. It was given by your father”.Both Aadhya and Nandhu looked at Seetha Ramaiah in surprise. Before Aadhya could protest, Nandhu pouted,“Grandpa! Aadhya is refusing to take it”. his tone laced with mock accusation.Aadhya widened her eyes at Nandhu before complaining,“Did you even look at it? It’s so expensive! How can I handle such costly jewelry?”.Placing a comforting hand on Aadhya’s head, Seetha Ramaiah gently implored,“Aadu! it may be expensive, but this is the first gift your father-in-law has chosen for you after your marriage. You shouldn’t hurt his feelings. If the cost worries you, just wear it now to show your acceptance. Later, you can give it to Nandhu to keep it safe. Don’t be childish”.Aadhya hesitated, glancing at her grandfather before shifting her gaze to Parasuram, silently seeking his approval. Seeing her unspoken question, Parasuram smiled warmly and nodded in encouragement.Noticing this, Nandhu grinned triumphantly. “Uncle is my friend! Of course, he’ll support me. How could you even think he’d say no?”. he teased, his voice filled with playful mock fury.Watching their bickering, Yeshwanth approached them and gently placed his hand on Aadhya’s head.With a warm yet firm tone, he reprimanded Nandu,“Don’t tease my daughter-in-law. You should be proud of your wife, who never loses herself for wealth”.Turning to Aadhya, he continued with sincerity,“I am truly proud to have you as my daughter-in-law. I deeply regret my actions at the party. I was merely trying to reassure myself. Please forgive me for that day”, he apologized, his voice genuine.“Sir!” Aadhya exclaimed, her eyes widening in shock. “What are you saying? You, as an elder, should never ask forgiveness from the younger ones. I am the one who should apologize for causing you trouble”, she said, her voice laced with genuine remorse.Smiling warmly, Yeshwanth replied,“You have such a kind heart, Aadhya, and I truly thank God for sending an angel like you to my Nandu. He is lucky to have someone who gives him pure love”. He caressed her head gently before gesturing for Nandu to adorn her with the necklace.Beaming with excitement, Nandu carefully placed the diamond necklace around Aadhya’s neck. As he gazed at her, mesmerized by how the necklace accentuated her beauty, Aadhya felt shy under his intense gaze. Lowering her head, her cheeks flushed a soft pink.-  *KRISH*
