HISTORY REPEATING AGAIN

Situ's POV

I arrived at the airport and switched on my phone. I saw 30 missed calls from Aarya, 30 from Vikram and Arjun,35 from my family. I'm doomed.

"Situ" I heard someone calling as soon as I came out of the airport to hail a cab. I turned back and saw my saviours- Arjun and Vikram.

I ran to them and hugged tightly to which even they reciprocated back.

"Get inside the car, faster," said Vikram impatiently. I nodded and got into the car. Vikram started driving while Arjun sat in the passenger seat and I sat in the back seat biting my nails.

"Today, Hitler is on fire," said Arjun chuckling. He is addressing my grandfather as Hitler. Vikram too chuckled.

"Don't make fun of my grandfather?" I said with fake sternness.

"Ok, mam" they mocked.

"BTW, What are you both doing at the airport?" I asked wriggling my eyebrows.

"Since you weren't lifting the calls, we tracked your number and found it is switched off lastly at the airport, so we were waiting for you since afternoon," said Arjun.

"We guessed you must have gone to meet him...sorry...meeting his family" added Arjun.

That's my friends, even though I try to hide or don't open up they understand everything damn thing. Am lucky to have them. I nodded my head.

"Vindhya aunty( Viraj's mother) got admitted in hospital, Ishaan and Samaira were crying their guts out through the phone. So, I immediately fled to Mumbai" I said.

"You should've told us, Situ," said Arjun with hurt lacing in his voice.

"I didn't get time to react anything, Jun. Anyways from next time, I will inform you guys' I said. He nodded rolling his eyes.

"For your safety, let me tell you Aarya is gonna kill you today," said Arjun.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because you didn't lift her calls," said Arjun.

"She will understand me, it's okay," I said.

"Vikram why aren't you speaking anything?" I asked as he was driving without paying heed to us.

"You both didn't let me speak and am thinking how to make you sneak into your mansion," he said.

"God!! Today my grandfather gonna burn me alive with his glaring" I said burying my face in my palms. They chuckled.

"Don't laugh" I warned them.

"Thatha is the only one you are afraid of, Situ. We never get this kind of golden chance to see your panic-stricken face" said Arjun laughing. Vikram joined him.

"Very funny," I said mocking.

"Vikram, ride faster, still only 10 minutes are leftover," I said to Vikram smacking his head from the back.

"Ouch... Stupid woman!! It's not possible Situ but I'll try my level best" said Vikram. I nodded my head giggling.

At 7:10 we reached our mansion. I saw security guards waiting for me in front of the gate.

"Vikram let's jump off the wall, go and stop your car in the backyard," I said. He nodded and parked his car in the backyard. We got down the car. Vikram jumped first.

"Whose cars are those?" Asked Vikram as Arjun lifted me to make me jump.

"Today it's Siru akka's bride seeing, maybe those cars belong to Groom's," I said and jumped.

"Ouch.."I hissed as I fell on my knees. Arjun jumped and both useless best friends of mine started laughing their asses out.

"Stop laughing and let's go" I whisper-yelled. They nodded. We were tiptoeing and suddenly we heard guards shouting at us.

"Ayyo devuda!! Chooshindu security uncle" I said.

(Oh my god!! Security uncle saw us)

''Eppudu em cheddham?" asked Vikram

(What shall we do now?)

"Inkem undhi urukudham" said Arjun. I nodded.

(What's there to think, let's run)

We started running whilst security guards were following us. They stood at the back door. We smirked and started running back and unknowingly we entered from the entrance.

"Mam, stop right there. Your grandfather strictly prohibited you from entering if you are coming late" said the security guard. I turned back to him laughing.

"Uncle, to catch me first try to reduce that pot you have grown in front," I said referring to his obese belly while laughing.

"Situ" whispered Arjun and Vikram poking my arms. I looked at them asking what. They gestured me to look at my right side. I slowly turned my head only to meet many pairs of eyes looking at me. My grandfather was glaring at me, I just want the earth to open up and swallow me.

I smiled nervously and joined my palms as a sign of respect. None of them reacted. I saw Aarya.

What is she doing here? Did she really plan to kill me? I thought.

"Aarya" I shrieked running to her. She to hugged me tightly. Pulling back she started laughing followed by everyone.

"Situ babe, your advice was hilarious," she said between her laughs. I too joined her laughing nervously seeing my grandfather glaring at me though he was faking his laugh.

"Ramu, you can leave," said Daddy to security uncle.

"Ramu uncle" I called him. He turned to me. "Am sorry for making fun of you, uncle" I said holding my ears. He smiled patting my head lovingly and left. I turned to Aarya.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"You both knew each other?" Asked Aarya's mom, Sakshi aunty.

"Mummy, didn't you recognise her? She is the same girl with piggy tails who used to beat boys to a pulp" said Aarya. I stomped on her foot.

"Sitaara!!" Said aunty with twinkling eyes.

"Yes, aunty," I said.

"Oh my god, you have grown into a beautiful lady'' said aunty hugging me. I hugged back smiling.

"How are you, aunty?' I asked.

"Fine, beta. How are you?" She asked.

"Fine to beat even hulky goons," I said chuckling. She laughed

"You didn't change at all," she said. I smiled nodding my head.

"Aarya, you didn't answer me, why are you here?" I asked again.

"Am here to kill you" she said gritting her teeth.

"Am sorry, darling. I left to Mum....Muktha's house" I lied.

"Muktha?" She asked confused.

"Arey!! Girl, Muktha, our Riaan's girlfriend" said Arjun hinting her to play along.

"Yeah..Muktha...Riaan's girlfriend" she said smiling nervously.

"Yes, her mother is I'll so I went to meet her", I said.

"You should've told me, Situ, I would've joined you' said Aarya pouting.

"Sorry aaru, I'll inform you next time for sure", I said.

"Where were you all these years, Situ?" Asked Sakshi aunty.

"Sitaara started hiding her identity after 5th grade as she doesn't like to be the centre of attraction," said Aarya linking her arm with mine. I smiled.

"Madam, will you do your honours recognising our presence?" Vikram asked dramatically. Aarya rolled her eyes.

''My family know you both donkeys so don't need to introduce" said Aarya.

" Then we will introduce ourselves," said Arjun.

"Everyone, we 4 are best friends since childhood and inseparable. There is one more monkey in our gang but he is handling his father's business in Australia" said Arjun. They all nodded.

"Anyways sorry for disturbing you, we will join you in 10 min," I said. They nodded. I followed my 3 best friends went my room.

"Care to explain?" Asked Aarya closing the door behind her. I nodded and explained everything. In the end, my voice became heavy but I didn't cry. I stopped crying in front of everyone long back. I cry to myself when am alone.

They hugged me tightly. "Let it out, Situ. We are humans, we can't bottle up emotions for a longer time. Until you cry, you can't get over it" said Aarya.

"If I've to cry just get over it, then it's impossible Aarya because my tears aren't sufficient to describe my pain or reduce it," I said and got up. I went to the washroom and had a shower. I went to the closet and wore a white short top paired with denim jeans and left my hair open and applied lipgloss.

"Shall we join them?" I asked.

"Look stunning babe," said Aarya kissing my cheek. I smiled blushing. We went downstairs.

Abi's POV:

I entered Shetty's mansion. It's beautiful and huge like mine. My family already arrived. At 7:00, I got down the car. I covered my wounds properly or else my mother would turn this world upside down.

I went backyard to receive a call. It's Anish. I was talking to him, I heard a few whispers and I turned to the Source. I saw Vikram standing inside the compound wall and Situ was jumping followed by Arjun.

What is she doing here? Is this her mansion? Again superwoman!! She was supposed to be in Mumbai..right!! How come she is here? Why the hell she is jumping?

But I felt history repeating.

Flashback, 4years back

It was the day I took up the CEO position. Dev(sitaara's father) uncle was throwing a party for cracking a deal. We were also invited as we are business partners. The party was held in their garden itself. I came to the backyard to receive a call. After the call, I hung it and was about to go but I heard a girl cursing and whispering something. Her sound felt soothing to me. I turned to the source and saw the most beautiful girl I came across so far.

"Guys, I hate parties in the first place and above that, it's a businesses party. Gross!!" She said to someone on phone.

"Am waiting in the backyard, please come fast and save my ass from these boring people" she said. I chuckled silently.

"Yay!! Thank you!! thank you!! come fast. I'll be waiting" she said jumping. Realising that someone might hear her, she cursed herself slapping her forehead with her phone.

I stood there mesmerized by her nature. Within minutes, a boy jumped off the compound wall. She ran into his arms and hugged tightly as if her life is dependent on it. The boy was about to fall back Arjun and Vikram held him.

"Come let's go," said the boy who came first. She nodded. They went to the compound wall. Arjun and Vikram jumped off. The boy bent on his knees, the girl stepped on his shoulders and jumped outside.

'Are you fine, Taara?" Asked the boy.

"Yes, Raj. Come fast" she yelled. The boy was off the compound walls. I heard the giggling of girls and bike roaring sound indicating that they rode away.

I chuckled at her cute little stunt and joined others. By the end of the party, we came to know that she is the youngest daughter of Dev uncle and she hates parties, these kinds of things are not new to her. Meanwhile, Rishi proposed a marriage proposal asking Adhira's hand, Dev uncle's elder daughter to which they agreed without a second thought.

I smiled remembering past incidents.

Gosh!! You smiled again, Abhi. Why do you smile whenever you see this girl? Better you stay away from her I thought and entered the mansion.

Shetty's and I shared pleasantries. Sid is a good friend of mine as he is Rishi's bil. I sat beside Naman. I looked at the bride, she is beautiful but not more than Situ.

Don't go there Abhi!! Don't!!

There was a commotion at the entrance making all of us snap our entrance towards the source. Situ along with Arjun and Vikram were chased by Security. Situ was laughing, jumping. Maybe she didn't recognise our presence.

"Uncle to catch me first try to decrease that pot you've built," she said referring to the guard obese belly.

I stiffened my laugh at her comparison. When Arjun and Vikram gave a hint to her she smiled awkwardly. Even though she was nervous she folded her hands as a sign of respect. I am impressed with her nature. I came to know that she is Aarya's best friend. Excusing herself she went upstairs followed by her 3 best friends. Till now she didn't even spare a glance at me whereas am the centre of attraction here.

"She is always like this," said her grandmother.

"Why Guards were chasing her?" Asked my grandmother.

"She intentionally avoids parties or any family meets by coming late. So, I entrusted a few guards not to allow her if she comes late. But seems like she fooled them again as she is born mischievous" said her grandfather with a faint smile.

I was observing the mansion. Her cousins seem like best friends to each other. There are many pics of them. Sitaara was giving her breathtaking smile. Strangely I felt peace looking at her smile. Her smile was adding more beauty to her. I came back from my trance as I heard my mom.

"I think it's good to let children talk in private," said mom. Though her grandfather seemed not pleased with the decision but nodded. He signalled bride. She nodded and stood up. She gestured me to follow her, I started following her. She took me to the lawn in the backyard.

I took my seats as she took hers. She wasn't talking nor was I.

"Miss Shetty" I called her as I don't know her name. My mother sent me her details but I didn't care to go through them.

"Sisira, call me Sisira," she said. I nodded.

"Ok, I don't beat around the bush. Let me come to the point directly''. I said took a deep breath and continued "I don't want to get married...I mean...am not interested in marriage at all. Even if it some other person I would deny it. Can you say no to the alliance?" I asked.

"I can't avoid this marriage. It's not that I want to associate with your family but we are bound to our grandfather decisions. So, avoid it from your side" she said

"I tried my level best sisira, but I couldn't ignore my mom's pleadings. Please if you have hopes of successful marriage say no to it" I said.

"It's yes from my side," she said stubbornly. I ran fingers in my hair standing up.

"Then don't expect anything from me Sisira. Am not husband material and I'll divorce you after six months. Till then we will be wife and husband on papers and in front of the family" I whisper-yelled at her.

"Still you have a chance Sisira. You will have a successful life if you avoid this wedding. I am warning you Sisira, say no to them or else get ready to spoil your life" I said calmly and joined others.

My mother looked at me questioning. I nodded at her. Sisira too joined us.

"It's a yes from us," said mom.

"It's a yes from us too," said Dev uncle.

Everyone started congratulating each other. Sitaara came down looking beautiful along with the trio. She hugged Sisira knowing about the decision. Sisira faked a smile.

I felt bad for her because my selfish reasons am putting her life in trouble. She is a doctor and has a good future ahead. She can get the best groom than me. Then, why is she clinging to me? Bloody gold digger.

"Who is the groom?" Asked sitaara making everyone shock.

Damn this girl why does she bruise my ego again and again? Girls run behind me, drool over me but here this girl full of attitude doesn't spare a glance at me. Stupid girl.

"He is your brother in law, Situ," Said Sid's wife, Navya I guess. Sitaara smiled at me but I being an egoistic bastard gave a curt nod.

Later, at the dining table sitaara sat beside me. She is smelling like vanilla-strawberry flavours. She wasn't eating like other girls taking small bites. Everyone was talking, actually, Sitaara was entertaining with her talks and everyone was laughing, smiling. Even my cousin's mingled with her more than Sisira. I didn't utter a single word even though Sitaara tried to talk to me. I was just giving curt nods. Before we go out mom and aunt Sitaara first talked something, then to Sisira. I sat in my car. I felt sisira's gaze but I didn't look at her so that her hopes don't get high. Then, we came to our home.
