While sitting in the car, Omkara said, "Everything happened so quickly."

"No, it took a long time. Chipsy has been here for so many days," I said.

Moon asked, "Moon, you seem very worried. Are you in love with Geet?"

Earth interrupted Moon and said, "Moon, she is worried. Why are you asking silly questions?"

"Why are you being so casual? Earth"

"What do you want? Shouldn't I even consider you a friend anymore?"

"Really? A friend?"

Omkara told them to calm down, "Stop fighting like love birds."

Moon, with a scowl, asked, "Who are you calling love birds?"

Earth looked at Moon and said, "Don't overact. Omkara is right. We're fighting like children. We should be a bit more responsible."

Earth spoke gently, then quietly looked out the window. Moon listened silently without saying anything.

Omkara said, "Guys, I'm not in a hurry, but I have fallen in love."

Moon lightly smacked his head and said, "Since when did you become so filmy? Love at first sight?"

Omkara replied, "She is exactly how I always wanted."

"You're crazy! She's just a normal girl." Moon said.

"How do I explain it? (with a big smile) She is special."

I was looking out the window, overhearing Omkara's words faintly. Time passed, and finally, night came and it was around 4 AM when we reached the hospital directly.

There were some bodyguards there, mostly female bodyguards. As we got out of the car, Moon went straight to the counter to ask where Geet was. We all went inside, and as soon as we entered and saw the bloodsucker, Moon hugged the bloodsucker who led us to the ICU room. We saw Geet, who hadn't regained consciousness.

We all went and sat in another room. The bloodsucker, who was wearing a mask to conceal their identity, started to explain.

"I got information that someone was going to kill Geet. There had been many attempts on her life before. By the time I reached to save her, her entire body was soaked in blood, as if someone had bathed her in red. Someone had called her on the pretext of her uncle. They were looking for Chance. Geet was in a village at first, so they couldn't find out about her easily as her company was also under watch."

Moon said, "These attacks have been happening for years. She always took bodyguards with her, but one day she got a call from a girl saying she was going to a wedding, an old friend's call. I told her many times not to go alone, but she didn't listen. She went to the wedding, and that's where she was attacked in Paris, so I told her to come back."

The bloodsucker said, "That girl was Payal."

"Do you know who it was?" Omkara asked.

The bloodsucker said, "I will tell moon, but promise me you won't get angry."

Moon angrily said, "Are you joking? Look at what they've done to Geet. How many bullets did she take, and you want me to let it go?"

The bloodsucker warned, "I'll handle it with the police, but make sure you don't go out without security. Payal, you could be next. Moon, you too."

"You know the name, right?"

"I don't know the name or the face. He was wearing a mask from the Godfather movie."

Omkara said, "He was wearing the mask of that old man from the movie. The killer is crazy."

The bloodsucker said, "I am sending you all to a safe place where he won't have any idea. remember, Geet's life is in danger if you're not careful."

Moon said, "You mean you're sending us to your home?"

"Yes! I have a house in Paris. You will stay there. It's completely secure. I have full confidence."

Omkara asked, "Do I have to stay as well?"

The bloodsucker laughed and said, "Listen, cute boy, you can go. Earth, you too. Only Moon and Payal will go."

Moon looked at Earth, "So Earth?"

The bloodsucker nodded. Earth looked at Moon, her eyes sad.

Moon asked, "When do we have to go?"

"As soon as possible! Geet is not safe here. There is a crazy killer on the loose."

My life is full of troubles. Omkara was about to leave. "So, guys, I'm heading out. Take care of Geet."

The bloodsucker warned, "Don't call, Omkara. It could cause big problems."

Omkara nodded.

Moon asked, "Geet hasn't regained consciousness yet?"

I asked, "Do we have to wait for her to wake up, right?"

"No! If you do, her life could be in danger."

I went near Geet and looked outside the ICU from a distance. The sound of the beeping was making me cry. What will happen if Geet doesn't make it? I can't stop my tears. When she wasn't around, I never feared losing anyone. I never worried about anyone but look what has happened to me. I'm stuck here alone in this pain, as if I'm in someone's prison. I can't breathe, and I can't take my eyes off that door. My breath stops when I see her lying on that blue bed. This bloody machine that is helping her breathe is only increasing my fear. I tried to be strong, but I can't. I feel like going back in time and stopping Geet. Don't go to meet your uncle. I would have held her hands tightly. I could hug her tightly. Please do not go! Please do not go! I would have stopped her, Please Bappa! Just let me go back to that moment one more time.

"Geet! You said you would save me from every trouble. Where are you! Come and save me, I am drowning."

Sunlight is falling on her, and she is smiling.

I am trying to move my mouth, they forcefully try to shut it. I am trying hard to remove everyone's hands. The room suddenly closes in, their hands are on me, and my breath is stopping. "Payal! Payal!" Geet is calling me. Her voice is echoing. She is standing at the door. Again, that sunlight is shining directly on her. She is sparkling and I took a deep breath, like coming back to life after being dead.

I opened my eyes! I touched my face, looked around, and there was no one. I am in the hospital. I can't breathe properly, and I coughed several times. I took a long deep breath, as if it was my last. My body was soaked in sweat. Moon was in front of me.
