Chapter 32: Misfortunes Never Come Singly

“That’s right, it’s really too bad.” Liu Weiqiu echoed, then turned and left with Miao Miaoqing.

The hateful Big Fat Raccoon Cat was truly like a dog biting Lü Dongbin – he didn’t appreciate kindness.

Under their gaze, the girl walked to the door with her book.

“Alright, let’s continue with the class now.” the Guidance Director said, and the students finally pulled their heads out from their collars.

“We’re screwed, we’re screwed. We didn’t bring Big Fat Raccoon Cat back, and the teacher found out about it. Now we’re both completely finished.” Looking at the message on her phone, Miao Miaoqing now understood what “misfortunes never come singly” meant.

She only hoped that the Guidance Director wouldn’t tell her parents about it, otherwise she would be doomed.

“You two tell me, what did you do instead of attending my class?” the Guidance Director asked after taking them to the corridor, his eyes sweeping over their faces.
