Ending their argument, Shwet said, "Stop it, both of you. Am I some kind of football that you're passing around?"

Hearing Shwet's words, both fell silent, but the exchange of glares continued. Then Shwet said, "Masi Maa, I'm hungry."

Swati replied, "Okay, wait a little while. I'm almost done with my work, then I'll take you to eat something."

Shivaay looked at the store manager, and understanding his gaze, the manager approached Swati and said, "Swati, there's nothing urgent in the store right now, so if you want, you can leave."

Swati was a bit surprised and started to ask, "But sir, my work isn't finished yet..." As she was saying this, she noticed that Shivaay was looking at her. She understood that this was all because of Shivaay.

After thinking for a moment, Swati said, "Okay, if you say so." Then she said to Shwet, "Will you wait for two minutes? I'll go change." Saying this, she headed towards the changing room.

When Swati came out after changing, two store staff members were waiting for her outside. Seeing them, Swati rolled her eyes, as if she already knew why they were there. Her guess was correct.

The first girl crossed her arms and looked Swati up and down, saying, "We underestimated you, Swati. You turned out to be quite clever, managed to snag Shivaay Parimal."

The second girl added in the same tone, "Yes, and look how sharp you are. You even used your child. And that child is so cunning too, straight..."

The girl couldn't say anything more because Swati silenced her with a hard slap. Pointing her finger angrily, Swati said, "If you say a single word about my child, remember, job will be the least of my worries; I'll make sure you're not fit for any job anywhere." Then, pointing at the first girl, she said, "And you, what were you saying? So what if I've snagged Shivaay Parimal, what does it matter to you? If you like it so much, why don't you go grab a rich guy yourself? Who's stopping you? But...," Swati laughed and continued, "Who am I even talking to? You neither have the looks nor the status to trap anyone or make someone fall for you. So before interfering in someone else's life, focus on fixing your own. Otherwise, you'll end up like a stray dog—neither belonging here nor there." Saying this, Swati walked away.

She didn't know that Shivaay, standing a little distance away, had heard everything she and those two girls had said. As soon as Swati left, Shivaay stood in front of those two girls. Seeing him, they were startled. One of them stammered, "Sir... you..."

Looking at the first girl, Shivaay said in a very calm tone, "You know, I can hit women also."

Hearing this, the girls were confused. Then, in the next moment, Shivaay slapped the first girl so hard that she fell to the ground.

Bending down on one knee in front of her, Shivaay said, "Swati forgot to slap you, so I did it to remind you to think before you speak next time." Then he glared at the second girl and asked, "And you? Tell me, did Swati's slap hurt or not? If not, I can give you one too. I won't have any problem."

Hearing Shivaay, the second girl stepped back in fear. Shivaay, glaring at both of them, said, "Let me clear your misunderstanding. Swati isn't with me; I'm trying to be with her. If she wants, she can become Swati Parimal right now and buy this entire store, making thousands of people like you work under her. But she's not like that, which is why this Shivaay Parimal's heart beats for her. If I see either of you near Shwet or Swati again, you won't be seen in this world. Find another job and get out of here." Saying this, Shivaay walked away.

When Swati returned to the store, she saw Shwet sitting alone on the sofa and asked, "Why are you sitting here alone? Where is your Shivaay Uncle? Just now, he was saying that Shwet is with him, and now he's left you alone. Come with me." Swati took Shwet's hand, lifted him from the sofa, and started walking.

Behind them, Shivaay stood with his arms crossed, watching her. Shivaay said, "By mistake, you were born a human, Swati. You should have been a volcano, constantly spewing fire." Saying this, he turned away, and a smile appeared on Shwet's lips. Meanwhile, Swati's face turned serious as she followed behind him.

When Shwet, Swati, and Shivaay reached the food court area, Swati started to head towards the fast food corner with Shwet. Meanwhile, Shivaay's steps moved towards an expensive restaurant. When Shivaay saw Swati going the other way, he stopped her and said, "Swati, wait, where are you going?"

Swati pointed towards the fast food corner and said, "To eat, where else?"

Shivaay glanced there and said, "There's no need to eat fast food. Come directly here." Shivaay pointed towards the restaurant.

Swati looked at the restaurant and said, "Go eat at this restaurant? If I eat here, it'll cost me three months' salary. I don't need such expensive food."

Irritated, Shivaay said, "Who said you have to pay? I'm paying, right?"

Swati very bluntly said, "Why? Why would you pay? Neither are you our family, nor are we yours. So why would you pay?"

Swati's words hurt Shivaay deeply. He clenched his eyes shut and took out his phone from his pocket, calling someone.

Soon, the restaurant manager came running out and stood in front of Shivaay. Shivaay pointed towards Shwet and said, "Take Shwet with you and make sure he's taken care of until I come." Then he went to Shwet and said, "Shwet, son, go with Manager Uncle. Masi Maa and I will join you shortly. Okay?"

Shwet nodded in agreement and went with the manager. As soon as he left, Shivaay grabbed Swati's hand tightly and led her to a corner. Pressing her against the wall, with his hands on either side of her, close to her face, he said, "Why are you doing this? What problem do you have? What have I done to you that you're behaving like this and saying these things? Tell me, what exactly is the problem?"

Swati angrily replied, "You are the problem, Shivaay. You coming close to me is the problem, and you coming close to Shwet is also a problem. You're getting close to Shwet, he's getting attached to you, and I can't tolerate that. I don't want Shwet to get attached to you. His family is just me and Shweta. There's no one else, and you're trying to become someone, which I don't like. So stay away from him." Saying this, Swati pushed Shivaay away.

Her words deeply hurt Shivaay, and those very words brought tears to his eyes. He nodded his head and said, "Fine, if that's what you want, then so be it." Saying this, he once again grabbed Swati's hand and led her towards the restaurant.

Meanwhile, Rohit was pacing back and forth on a wooden bridge over a river, as if he were waiting for someone to arrive. Just then, a car pulled up, and Ruhi stepped out.

When Rohit saw her, he couldn't take his eyes off her. In a green crop top, denim shorts, and a cream-colored full-length jacket, Ruhi looked incredibly beautiful and sexy, hot even. Ruhi walked towards the bridge and stood in front of Rohit, but he was still staring at her.

"Why did you call me here?" Ruhi asked. Her voice snapped Rohit back to his senses, and he said, "Because I need to talk to you. I'm not getting a chance to talk to you, and you're not giving me one either."

"But what do you need to talk about? I don't think there's anything between us that we need to talk about," Ruhi said.

So Rohit replied, "Why isn't there? We have our childhood, Ruhi. I know you're still angry with me, very upset, but what was I supposed to do? Ruhi, I was a kid. I thought that if I stopped talking to you, if I stayed away from you, then my friends would stay away from you too. I didn't like it when they talked about you like that, so I did what I did. And pushing you wasn't my intention; it happened by mistake. And I came back to say sorry, Ruhi, but you had gone so far away that I never saw you again. To this day, I apologize to you, Ruhi, not just once but a thousand times for that incident. Please forgive me. You tell me, if you were in my place, what would you have done?"

After hearing Rohit's words, Ruhi remained silent for a moment. Then she said calmly, "Maybe you're right, Rohit. Yes, it was childhood. You did what you did as a child. Fine, I'll forget it all, and you should too. Let's end this here, okay?" Saying this, Ruhi started to leave, but Rohit grabbed her hand, pulling her close and said, " Let it go, end this matter. It was childhood. What I did to you was a part of that childhood, Ruhi, but what was between us was childhood love."

"Love? Childhood love?" Ruhi laughed while saying this, but suddenly anger flashed across her face. She glared at him and said, "Childhood love, my foot. I don't want to remember childhood, nor do I want to remember any childhood love. So it's better that you drop this topic right here because if you keep clinging to it, yes, it definitely was your childhood. So leave me and leave it." Ruhi ruthlessly removed his hand from her.

Her words hurt Rohit. As Ruhi started to leave, Rohit stopped her once more, "One minute, Ruhi, don't you remember anything? Isn't it okay for you to remember anything?" Saying this, he left. Ruhi watched him leave, and suddenly tears welled up in her eyes. She said to herself, "Childhood love? You just realized this now, Rohit. I knew it for a long time, but that childhood love was only for me, never for you." Maybe you only care about your pain, but what about mine? What I endured, I also remembered you a lot. But now that you’ve accepted that it was our childhood love, you expect me to forgive you just like that? No, Rohit, I don't have such a big heart." Saying this, she wiped her tears and turned her gaze away.

Rohit came back holding the same doll and showed it to Ruhi, saying, "You can forget everything, Ruhi, but you can't forget this. This is the last thing you left for me. You can't forget it. You gave it to me as a memory, which I've kept safe till today. So now you tell me, Ruhi, if this wasn't love, then what was it?"

Just then, Rohit returned holding the same doll in his hands and showed it to Ruhi, saying, "You may forget everything, Ruhi, but you can't forget this. This was the last thing you left for me. You can't possibly forget this. You gave it to me as a memory, which I have kept safe till today. So now, you tell me, Ruhi, if this wasn't love, then what was it?"

At the restaurant,

the manager had seated Shwet in the room that was often reserved for Shivaay. Upon entering the room, Shivaay let go of Swati's hand and approached Shwet, saying, "Shwet beta, make sure you eat well. Shivaay Uncle has some urgent work, so he has to leave."

"But why, Uncle? Aren't you going to eat?"

"No, but you eat my share. Okay? I have some very important work, so I must go urgently." Saying this, Shivaay turned and left, not giving Shwet a chance to say anything.

Shivaay's face had turned very sad. The hurt caused by Swati's words was evident in his eyes, which even Swati could see, but she averted her gaze.

Shwet alternated between watching Shivaay leave and looking at Swati. After a moment's thought, Shwet said to Swati, "I'll just go to the washroom." Swati responded, "Alright, I'll come with you."

"No, I'll ask Manager Uncle and go, you stay here," Shwet said and quickly left the room, heading straight outside the restaurant.

He looked around and saw Shivaay standing a short distance away. He shouted, "Shivaay Uncle!" Hearing Shwet's voice, Shivaay stopped in his tracks and tightly closed his eyes.

On the other side,

as Ruhi looked at the doll, all the old memories came flooding back, and tears filled her eyes. She took the doll in her hand and gently touched its face with love.

Rohit smiled and said, "You still love me, Ruhi. I know this. You're very angry, that's why you're not admitting it, but I will calm your anger, I will apologize, and I will win back your love."

Just then, Ruhi tightened her grip on the doll, looked at Rohit with her reddened eyes, and said, "Mr. Rohit Shergill, I told you, I don't want to remember my childhood, nor the love of my childhood. This doll was precious to me back then, but it holds no value for me now." Saying this, she threw the doll into the river.

As soon as the doll was thrown, Rohit shouted, "No!" and in the next moment, Rohit jumped into the river after the doll.

"Rohit!" Ruhi screamed loudly. She had no idea that Rohit would jump into the river like this for the doll. She moved towards the edge of the bridge, but Rohit's guards grabbed her hand.

With teary eyes, Ruhi looked down, where Rohit was trying to find the doll. Crying, Ruhi said, "Rohit, Rohit, please, please come up. Please, I'm sorry, forgive me, but please come up, Rohit."

But Rohit wasn't listening to her and kept diving under the water, trying to find the doll. Meanwhile, Ruhi, trying to free herself from the two bodyguards, said, "Don't hold me, go grab him. Get him out of there."

"Ma'am, Sir knows how to swim," one of the bodyguards explained to Ruhi, who was still crying.

In the mall,

Shwet quickly ran towards him and grabbed his hand from behind. Shivaay looked down at him, knelt on one knee, held his hand, and asked, "What happened, and why did you come outside?"

"Did you and Maasi Ma fight again?" Shwet asked innocently, to which Shivaay smiled and said, "No Baba, I told you I have very important work, that's why I have to go."

But this time, Shwet didn't say anything, he just quietly stared at Shivaay. Shivaay could see some questions in his eyes. He asked, "What happened? Do you want to ask something?"

At his prompting, Shwet asked, "Shivaay Uncle, is that uncle really my Papa?"

Hearing Shwet's words, Shivaay understood that he was talking about Abhinav. He asked, "How do you know?"

"Shivaay Uncle, Maasi Ma hates that person very much, who is my Papa. Maasi Ma never talked about him, and that day I saw Maasi Ma get angry at that uncle, so I understood." Shwet said innocently.

Hearing this, Shivaay thought for a moment and asked, "If he is your Papa, aren't you happy? You'll get your Papa."

But Shwet immediately shook his head in disagreement. Seeing this, Shivaay's eyes narrowed. He asked, "Why? What happened? Didn't you want a Papa? Didn't you feel the absence of a Papa?"

Shwet placed his other hand on Shivaay's hand and said, "Shivaay Uncle, you know, no one ever gave me fatherly love, but the first time I met you, you gave me water, wiped my face with your shirt. I felt very good, it felt just like a Papa. Then I thought, if you marry Maasi Ma, you'd become my Papa. So I thought, I'll get you married to Maasi Ma, then you'd be my Papa. Because you seem just like a Papa, because you act just like a Papa, you take care of me, you keep me happy. I don't know if that uncle is my Papa or not, but now whenever I think about a Papa, I think of you." Saying this, Shwet's eyes filled with tears.

Shivaay was stunned, words turned into shock. He hadn't expected that Shwet had placed him in his heart as a father. Yes, he also liked Shwet very much. He also thought that he would marry Swati and make Shwet his son, giving him all the love of a father. But now, Shwet's real parents have entered his life, so how can this all happen now?

Seeing his teary eyes, Shivaay hugged Shwet and stroked his hair. He worriedly said to himself, "Maybe Swati was right. I agree, I like Shwet very much, but I shouldn't have gotten so attached to him. He's become attached to me. He's even given me the place of a father in his heart. I really should stay away from Shwet." Saying this, he closed his eyes.

Meanwhile, Swati, who had been watching them from a distance, was also in tears. She knew that Shwet would have run to Shivaay, so she had followed him, and hearing Shwet's words brought tears to her eyes.

She also thought to herself, "What I feared has happened. Shwet has made Shivaay his Papa in his heart. What will I do now, Shivaay? I don't know what to say to you. You used to take care of Shwet, and I liked it too, but I didn't realize that Shwet would get so attached to you so quickly. Now I don't know how we'll change Shwet's mind."

Shivaay separated from Shwet, held his face in his hands, and said, "Shwet beta, I like you, and you like me too, but I'm not your Papa. Now your real Papa has entered your life, and trust me, he loves you very much too. When you live with him, you'll start liking him too. And he won't just be like a Papa, he'll be your real Papa. My Shwet is very smart, so don't tell your Maasi Ma or Shweta Ma about this, they'll feel very bad."

"I won't tell, but promise me you'll keep talking to me, you'll come to see me."

Saying this, Shwet extended his small hand, which made Shivaay think deeply. He had just told Swati that he would stay away from Shwet, so now this promise? But he couldn't break the heart of a child standing before him with tears in his eyes. So he placed his hand on Shwet's and said, "Alright, I'll keep coming to see you. Now turn that sad face into a happy one and go eat quickly."

"Okay." Saying this, Shwet nodded and kissed Shivaay on the cheek before walking away. Shivaay watched him go with a smile, then took a deep breath and said, "I hope Abhinav and Shweta come together soon, and Shwet gets his family. I would have made you my son, Shwet, and to be honest, I do consider you like my son. But fate has something else in store."

Then he left with his sad face. And after he left, Swati went back to Shwet.

On other side,

Rohit was still searching for the doll, and Ruhi was crying her heart out. Just then, Ruhi saw Rohit find the doll and walk towards the riverbank from the other side. She ran towards him.

Rohit, completely soaked and dripping wet, emerged from the river and sat on the ground, breathing heavily. Ruhi ran to him, knelt down, and hugged him, crying, "Have you gone mad?"
