===================================

Three Days Later—

Yesterday, everyone had returned, and from today, everyone's daily routine life had started again. and today, Hardik and Shivaay had also shifted to Khurana Mansion, where Alia performed the Griha Pravesh ceremony for shivika. Mr. Khurana also arranged a small prayer ritual.

Abhinav's House

"Papa, why are you suddenly saying this? Everything is going fine right now, isn't it?" Abhinav asked, a little surprised.

At that moment, Raghav told Abhinav about the conversation he had with that man at the wedding. Hearing this, Abhinav's face filled with anger.

Bharti also tried to explain to him, "beta, that's exactly why... that's why we want Shweta to come with us for some time. To leave India for a while. Everything will be fine after some time."

"But Maa, Shweta won't agree. And even if she does, she won’t accept it from the heart. She won’t feel right about it. She doesn't want to be away from Swati. We don’t want to separate Shwet from Swati. She always says she will never come between Swati and Shwet. And leaving India like this will be very difficult for all three of them."

"But beta, we are saying this to prevent anything bad from happening. This will be good for both Shweta and Shwet. Just think about it—if Shweta accidentally meets that man, or if someone else recognizes her in the future, how difficult will it be for her? And the same goes for Shwet... How will he feel seeing his mother in such a tough situation? And as for Swati, yes, we agree—it will be very unfair to her. But she is a smart girl. If we explain, she will understand the circumstances," Bharti’s father said.

Abhinav sat on the sofa and covered his face with his hands.

"You should talk to Shweta, Abhinav," Bharti said, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Abhinav looked at them, then stood up and said, "Alright, I’ll talk to her... but not right now. In a few days."

"That's fine," Bharti’s father said.

After that, Abhinav left. The three of them watched him go, took a deep breath, and then Bharti turned to her father and said, "And Papa, what about you? I'm telling you, you should come with me too!"

"No, I'm not coming. If I leave too, the college work will come to a complete stop," her father replied.

"So you'll stay here alone?" Bharti asked.

Her father smiled, cupped her cheek, and said, "No, I won’t be alone. Ved is coming to stay with me!"

"What? Ved is coming to India? When? And when did you talk to him?" Bharti asked, a little surprised.

Ved is, Bharti’s elder brother and sister-in-law’s son. Her brother worked abroad, and they had been living in London for many years.

Her father said, "Yes, yes! I spoke to him a few days ago. And during our conversation, I mentioned that you all were leaving, and he immediately said, 'I’m coming to India! I’ll stay with you now and complete my studies from India itself.'"

"What about Bhaiya and Bhabhi?" Bharti asked.

Her father gave a sad smile and said, "I asked him the same thing. And his response was, 'Even if I go to India, it won’t make any difference to them. They hardly care! Whether their son stays with them or not, what difference does it make?'"

Hearing her father’s words, Bharti felt sad.

On the Other Side—

After leaving, Abhinav went to his room. He saw Shwet sitting on the bed, buttoning his night suit.

Abhinav sat beside him and said, "Give it to me, I’ll help," and started buttoning Shwet’s night suit.

Just then, Shweta entered the room with a glass of milk. She handed the glass to Shwet and said, "You have to finish it all this time!"

"But Maa..."

"No buts!"

"Alright... but why did you put turmeric in it? You know I don’t like turmeric milk!"

"I know! But you have a slight cold, so I added turmeric to the milk."

Abhinav jokingly added, "Ha bilkul, agar bhagani hai apni sardi jaldi, to piyo doodh me milaa kar khub saari haldi." ( Yes, that’s right! If you want to get rid of your cold quickly, drink milk mixed with lots of turmeric! )

Abhinav's boring joke made Shweta and Shwet glare at him, and then they both said together, "What a ridiculous line!"

Hearing them, Abhinav started laughing, and soon Shwet and Shweta joined in.

Abhinav ruffled Shwet's hair and asked, "So, did you have a great time with your Maasi Maa?"

"Yes, I had so much fun," Shwet said and began telling Abhinav and Shweta about the moments he spent with Swati. He described everything, and Abhinav and Shweta listened with smiles.

Then, Abhinav, lost in thought, said, "So, why don’t we... Do you want to go on a picnic with your Maasi Maa again?"

"Really, Dad?" Shwet asked, surprised.

Abhinav nodded. "Yes! This time, let's all go on a picnic—you, Swati, Shweta, Maa-Papa, Nanaji... We will have a family picnic together!"

"That would be so much fun! I'm so happy!" Shwet exclaimed, jumping with excitement.

Shweta, who was sitting nearby, said, "Yeah, yeah, fine, but for now, go to sleep. You have school tomorrow!"

Saying this, she laid Shwet down on the bed and lay beside him. She gently patted him, and after a while, Shwet fell asleep.

Meanwhile, Abhinav lay down with his hands behind his head, staring at the ceiling, lost in thought. Once Shwet was in deep sleep, Shweta asked Abhinav, "Abhinav, is something wrong?"

"No, why do you ask?" Abhinav deflected.

Shweta said, "You spoke to Maa-Papa and have been looking worried ever since. Did something happen?"

"No, nothing happened... And yes, there is something, but I’ll tell you soon. Don't worry about it for now, okay?" Abhinav said.

Then he got up, kissed the foreheads of both Shweta and Shwet, tucked them in properly, and said, "Go to sleep."

"Alright, tell me when you feel ready," Shweta said, and after some time, she too fell asleep. But sleep eluded Abhinav.

Two days later...

It was Sunday, and as Abhinav had planned, they all went on a picnic.

Meanwhile, at Shergill Mansion, since it was Sunday, everyone was relaxing and enjoying a pakora party. Just then, Dada Ji asked Anokhi, "Anokhi, you said Shivaay would be back in two or three days, but he still hasn’t arrived. Hasn’t he stayed in Gujarat for too long?"

Anokhi, whose mouth was full of pakoras, quickly swallowed and said, "Dadaji, Shivaay Bhaiya told me he’d be back in two or three days, but I don’t know why he hasn’t returned yet. Maybe Praful Uncle’s health has worsened again, so he stayed a little longer."

Hearing this, Dadaji sighed and said, "Yes, that makes sense... A father feels the pain of his daughter's departure, especially when she’s alone."

Ajay then said, "But, Papa, how do you know what it feels like when a daughter leaves? You only had two sons—you never had a daughter!"

Dadaji lightly tapped Ajay’s knee with his cane and said, "So what if I don’t have a daughter? I have a granddaughter! I have sent her off, and as a father, I can understand another father's pain. But you wouldn’t understand... because you are a fool!"

Everyone laughed as Ajay got scolded.

Just then, Shobha noticed Shanaya. Her face looked tired, with light sweat and visible discomfort.

Concerned, Shobha asked, "Shanaya beta, are you okay?"

Shanaya gave a faint smile and nodded. "Yes, Badi Maa, I'm fine. Just feeling a little anxious."

"If you're feeling anxious, go rest in your room, or if you prefer, sit in the garden," Dhanraj Ji suggested.

Shanaya nodded. She was about to get up when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She clutched her belly with a cry and sat back down.

Seeing her in pain, everyone panicked.

"Shanaya!" Praveen rushed to her side.

Another wave of pain hit Shanaya, stronger this time. Tears filled her eyes as she screamed.

Shobha quickly told Rishabh, "Rishabh, start the car!" Then she turned to Praveen, "Praveen, we need to take Shanaya to the hospital right now. I think she’s in labor!"

Hearing this, Praveen quickly lifted Shanaya in his arms and ran outside.

Rishabh, who had already started the car, was waiting.

"Rishabh, hurry up!"

Rishabh swiftly opened the back door, and Praveen gently placed Shanaya inside. Shobha got into the passenger seat while Rishabh drove off at full speed.

Meanwhile, back at the mansion, Dhanraj Ji told Alok and Ajay, "Alok, Ajay beta, you both go too. Surekha, you as well."

"Alright, Papa, you all come later," Alok said as he was about to leave.

Just then, Anokhi grabbed his hand and said, "Papa, take me along too!"

"Alright, come," Alok agreed.

Alok, Ajay, Surekha, and Anokhi got into another car and sped off.

Meanwhile, as news spread that Shanaya had gone into labor and was being rushed to the hospital, Rohit called Omkar and Riya, while Ruhi informed Vikram. Soon, they too left for the hospital.

In Rishabh's car, Shanaya's pain was intensifying. Tears streamed down her face. Praveen, watching her struggle, was terrified. He kept rubbing her back and massaging her hands, whispering, "Jaan, just a little longer... We’re almost at the hospital!"

Shobha turned to Shanaya and reassured her, "Shanaya, just a little longer, beta... We’re almost there! Stay strong! The moment is near—your baby is about to arrive! Praveen, don’t panic. Everything will be fine!"

Rishabh kept glancing at Shanaya through the rearview mirror. As her pain worsened, his grip on the steering wheel tightened, revealing his anxiety. He told Shobha, "Maa, call Hardik!"

Shobha immediately dialed Hardik and put the call on speaker. As soon as he picked up, Rishabh said, "Hardik, Shanaya is in labor, and we’ll reach the hospital in five minutes!"

"Okay, okay! Come quickly, I'll have everything ready here!" Hardik's worried voice came from the other end before he disconnected.

Within five minutes, they reached the hospital. Hardik was already waiting outside with some staff and a stretcher.

As soon as the car stopped, Rishabh jumped out and opened the back door. Praveen carefully lifted Shanaya and placed her on the stretcher. They all hurried inside towards the labor room.

Crying out in pain, Shanaya clutched Praveen’s hand tightly. "Praveen... Praveen... it hurts so much!"

Praveen kissed her hand and reassured her, "Jaan, please... just a little longer! Everything will be okay! You’re my brave wife... and a doctor too! Our baby is about to arrive, Shanaya!"

Soon, Shanaya was taken into the labor room, and Praveen was left outside, anxiously pacing. The sound of Shanaya's painful screams reached everyone’s ears.

Alok came and patted Praveen’s shoulder, saying, "Praveen, everything will be fine!"

Praveen hugged Alok tightly, his voice shaking. "Bade Papa, I’m so scared! Hearing her painful cries is breaking my heart!"

Alok comforted him. "Praveen, a mother is the strongest person in this world. Stay strong. Soon, you’ll hear good news."

Anokhi, stood there stiffly. Her eyes were also fixed on the door of the labor room. When Rishabh sensed something unusual, he turned to look at Anokhi. There was a strange fear in her eyes, and her hands were drenched in sweat. Seeing her like this, Rishabh glanced at everyone else and quietly took Anokhi away from there.

He led her outside to the garden area and, after sitting her down on a bench, Then, sitting beside her, he gently turned her face toward him and asked, “Cupcake, what’s wrong? What’s making you so nervous?”

“N-No, it’s nothing… Rishabh ji,” Anokhi replied, trying to brush it off.

But Rishabh wasn’t convinced. “You won’t tell me?” he asked softly.

At this, Anokhi hesitated before finally voicing her thoughts. “It’s just that… Mumma… Mumma also… when she gave birth to me… after my birth…”

She couldn’t even complete her sentence when Rishabh placed his thumb on her lips and said, “No! Don’t even finish that sentence, Cupcake. Mom and Shanaya’s situations are completely different. Shanaya is having a normal delivery, the baby is healthy, and nothing will happen to her, okay?”

“But… hearing Shanaya Di scream like that is scaring me…”

“Cupcake, this is normal in a natural delivery. Don’t worry, nothing will happen.”

Saying this, Rishabh pulled Anokhi into a comforting hug and gently rubbed her back. As she started to calm down, he took her back inside.

A while later, the cries from inside stopped. Then, a baby's cry echoed through the corridor.

Everyone stood up.

Alok hugged Praveen, "Congratulations, you’re a father !"

But he was still staring at the room in shock. Just then, Hardik pulled him into a hug and said, “Come on, man, smile! You’re a father now!”

Hardik shook Praveen’s face slightly to bring him back to his senses. As soon as Praveen snapped out of his daze, a smile appeared on his face.

“But… Shanaya…” As soon as these words left Praveen’s mouth, Hardik patted his shoulder reassuringly and said, “Don’t worry, she’ll be perfectly fine too. All her reports were normal. Nothing has happened to her, trust me.”

Hardik was still speaking when the doctor stepped out, holding a tiny baby in her hands. The moment everyone saw her, they surrounded her in excitement. Seeing so many people at once, the doctor got nervous and instinctively tried to shield the baby.

That’s when Rohit spoke up. “Doctor, this is our baby! Why are you hiding baby?”

The doctor replied, “Because baby is a newborn! There are too many people here, and there is a chance to get infection. No one is allowed to crowd. Step back, all of you!”

She scolded Rohit a little and firmly instructed everyone to move away. Hearing this, Rohit pouted but still stepped back along with the others.

But Praveen remained standing right there, gazing at his tiny baby. His baby… his and Shanaya’s baby!

Just then, the doctor walked up to him, gently placing the tiny baby in his hands, and said, "Congratulations, Mr. Praveen! You have a daughter, and both your wife and daughter are healthy!"

"Thank you, doctor! Thank you so much!" Praveen said emotionally, his voice trembling with gratitude. He then looked down at his tiny daughter, who was peacefully asleep in his arms, unaware of just how much joy she had brought to her father. Tears welled up in Praveen’s eyes, streaming down his cheeks as he gazed at her with overwhelming love.

Shobha quickly took some kajal from her own eyes and gently dabbed it behind the baby’s ear, whispering, "May God protect her from all evil."

Praveen turned to Shobha with a choked voice and said, "Badi Maa… Badi Maa, my daughter! My family is complete now, Badi Maa!"

Shobha smiled warmly and patted his cheek. She knew how much Praveen had longed for his own family. And today, that longing had finally ended—his family was whole.

Praveen softly placed a kiss on his daughter’s forehead. Just then, Anokhi’s voice came from behind, "Hurry up! We also want to meet the baby!"
