Anokhi looked around the mall and then bit her finger, her forehead wrinkling. She squinted her eyes and started looking everywhere.

Seeing her expressions, Vikram asked, "What happened, Princess? Why are you looking around as if you've seen a ghost?"

Anokhi replied, "Bhaiya, I haven’t seen a ghost, but I surely will."

Everyone was confused by her words. Omkar asked, "What do you mean?"

Anokhi said, "There’s no one in the mall."

After thinking for a moment, she asked Praveen, "Praveen Bhaiya, is there a curfew today?"

Hearing this, Praveen laughed and pointed toward Rishabh, saying, "Anokhi, there’s no curfew, but it's been imposed only in the shopping mall."

Shweta asked, "What do you mean?"

Abhinav placed a hand on her shoulder and said, "It means that the entire family came here for shopping together, so security had to be arranged. That's why Sir booked the whole mall. It’s just us here."

Anokhi and Shweta exclaimed loudly together, "What!"

Everyone except the two of them knew about Rishabh’s protective nature toward his family. Everyone knew how protective he was, but booking the whole mall and not allowing anyone else inside was a shock to Anokhi and Shweta.

Anokhi looked at Rishabh in amazement and asked, "Rishabh Ji, can you really do something like this?"

Rishabh replied, "Your husband can do anything. Now come on, let’s go shopping. You’re wasting time here."

Rishabh said this without any expression and moved ahead.

Anokhi, making a face, said, "There’s no hope for him. He does whatever he wants. Unbelievable!"

Saying this, she stomped her feet and followed him, and the rest smiled and followed them.

As soon as Rishabh arrived, the mall's higher authorities appeared. They provided everyone with a staff member to help with their shopping, except for one.

Shivaay had already instructed that Swati be appointed for him, and despite her reluctance, she started helping him with his shopping.

Whenever she spoke to him in a loud or irritated voice, Shivaay would give her a look and say, "At this moment, you’re an employee, and I’m your customer, and the customer is God."

Because of this, Swati was forced to keep a professional smile on her lips. Everyone was busy with their shopping, so no one noticed that two people were missing. Those two were Riya and Omkar.

Omkar had taken Riya by the hand and led her near the stairs, where few people usually lingered.

Riya asked him, "Omkar, have you gone mad? Why did you bring me here?"

"Oh, come on! First, you disappear like this, and when I want to spend time with you, you call me mad. Yes, I’ve gone mad. My wife left me right after marriage, so yes, I’ve gone crazy." Saying this, he started moving closer to Riya.

A smile appeared on Riya's lips. She slowly placed her hand around Omkar’s neck and said, "Oh come on, it’s not like I’ve disappeared for years. It’s just a matter of a few days, right? Once marriage will over, I’ll come back. Think of it as a slightly longer parting before the wedding."

"Longer, indeed! You’ve only done it to me; nobody else. Ruhi’s with her husband, Shweta’s with hers, and even my sister is with her husband. And you? You’re not even talking about coming back."

Omkar looked at her with frustration.

Riya gave him a kiss on the cheek and said, "Alright, Baba, calm down."

"This kiss won’t be enough. I need more."

Saying this, he started moving closer to her lips.

Riya put her hand on his lips and said, "Omkar, don’t act crazy. We’re outside, not at home."

"I don’t care. I want it now."

Saying this, he placed his lips on hers and kissed her.

Meanwhile, Anokhi was confused while looking at the clothes.

There were so many dresses in front of her, but she couldn’t decide.

She looked at Rishabh, who was sitting beside her, engrossed in his phone. Seeing him busy, Anokhi made a face and started glaring at him. When Rishabh noticed her staring, he lifted his eyes from the phone and looked at Anokhi. Seeing her like that, Rishabh gestured with his eyes, "What happened?"

Anokhi, pouting, said, "You’ve changed, Rishabh Ji."

Rishabh, a bit surprised, asked, "What?"

Anokhi said, "Yes, you’ve changed. Do you remember the last time we came, you helped me pick a dress? And today... Today you’re just sitting there, busy on your phone, not even helping me choose a dress."

Hearing this, Rishabh recalled the day he had taken Anokhi to the mall for shopping and bought her a beautiful red dress for Valentine's Day.

After thinking for a moment, he leaned towards Anokhi and said softly, "By the way, that day you were also sitting on my lap, so come, sit, and I’ll help you choose a dress too."

"Chhii !" Anokhi exclaimed a bit loudly, causing the mall staff and the rest of the family to look at her.

"What happened, Anu?" Archana asked.

Embarrassed, Anokhi said, "Nothing, Mumma, I was about to sneeze, but it didn’t happen, so the word just came out."

In her flustered state, she said whatever came to her mind. Hearing this, everyone gave her strange looks, while Rishabh turned his face away to hide his laughter. Then, everyone resumed their shopping, and Rishabh also started looking at some dresses to appease his upset wife.

On the other side, Vikram and Preeti were shopping with Shalini and Sanjay. Vikram told the staff, "Look, my wife’s wedding lehenga has to be pink. So show us the best pink wedding lehengas and outfits."

"Okay, sir," the staff said with a smile and went away.

After the staff left, Preeti looked at Vikram and said, "Just lehengas? So does that mean I’ll wear a lehenga on the wedding day and you’ll wear track pants and a T-shirt?"

"What do you mean?" Vikram asked, a bit confused. Preeti replied, "Because you only asked for a lehenga, not your sherwani, so I thought maybe you wanted to start a new fashion trend." Preeti smiled as she spoke, and hearing her, Sanjay and Shalini also smiled.

Vikram glared at the three of them and said, "No need to smile so much, I’m not an idiot. I know I need a sherwani too, but first, you choose your lehenga, and then I’ll select my sherwani to match."

"Alright, that’s fine," Preeti nodded with a smile.

Vikram leaned close to her ear and whispered, "You seem to be in a playful mood, teasing me like this. Let’s continue this fun—if you have the courage, come to the changing room."

Preeti widened her eyes in shock and said, "Vikram!" This time, Vikram burst out laughing.

On the other side, Rohit and Ajay were sitting quietly with their arms folded. Meanwhile, Ruhi and Surekha, the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo, had piled up a mountain of clothes.

Neither of them could find anything they liked. Ruhi picked up a sari and placed it against Surekha, but after looking at it, she made a face and put it back, saying, "No, Maa, this doesn’t suit you."

Surekha also picked up a lehenga and placed its dupatta on Ruhi, saying, "This color doesn’t suit you at all either." Saying this, she put the dupatta aside.

Ajay and Rohit were getting frustrated.

Rohit, annoyed, said, "Mom, will your shopping ever end? You both haven’t finalized a single dress in all this time, just opened a heap of clothes."

Hearing this, Ruhi replied, "Well, if we don’t like the clothes, we’ll reject them, won’t we? Why should we buy unnecessary dresses?"

Supporting Ruhi, Surekha said, "Yes, yes, exactly! Neither I nor my daughter-in-law are interested in buying unnecessary clothes. And anyway, why are you in such a hurry?"

Ajay added, "Because we need to shop too! What, should we show up at weddings in nightwear?"

Hearing this, Surekha said, "Then go ahead and shop! We haven’t seized your credit card. Go shop on your own, and hurry, or else I’ll complain to Papa ji about you."

Ajay and Rohit facepalmed at this.

Among all this, the most troubled was Swati, as Shivaay had completely exhausted her.

He kept taking her from one shop to another. Sometimes he said he needed a suit, sometimes shoes, sometimes something else. In this way, he had dragged her around the entire mall.

Finally, Swati was tired. Walking so much with him had made her both hungry and thirsty.

She said irritably, "Stop it, Shivaay! How much shopping do you do? Even girls don’t shop this much. My God, you are so fussy. I don't know how will I tolerate..." Swati stopped mid-sentence.

Shivaay, meanwhile, looked at her with joy and surprise. He said, "What? What were you saying? Complete your sentence."

"I was saying that I don’t know how Parimal uncle and Shivika tolerate you!" she said, turning her face away angrily.

Shivaay made a face, and when he looked ahead, there was a food court. He grabbed Swati's hand and brought her there.

Swati, pulling her hand away, said, "What are you doing? If you are my customer, behave like one."

"I’ve taken a break from the customer role for now. Right now, I am your crazy, passionate lover Shivaay. After the break, I’ll go back to being a customer," Shivaay said with a smile.

Shivaay made her sit on a chair, and Swati glared at him angrily. Ignoring her furious gaze, Shivaay went and got some food.

Swati saw that it was fast food – burgers, French fries, and Coke.

Seeing this, Swati raised her eyebrows and sarcastically said, "Shivaay Parimal is eating fast food! Since when did this happen?" Saying this, she started drinking the Coke. She was very thirsty.

While eating French fries, Shivaay said, "The thing is, my future wife loves burgers, so I’m getting used to them too. Now when I take her on a date, she will only demand burgers, and if she eats them alone, it won’t feel right. So, I’ll have to get used to eating them little by little too."

Hearing this, Swati, who was drinking Coke, choked, and started coughing.

"Hey, hey, be careful! I know you're thirsty, but why are you drinking so fast?" Shivaay said, slightly worried. Swati put the glass back on the table and, looking at him, said, "Stop your nonsense! I didn't choke because I was drinking fast; it's because of your nonsense. What were you blabbering about?"

"Shivaay, I've already told you, I'm not going to marry you! Stay away from me! Yet, you're still dreaming up scenarios in your head!"

Shivaay smiled and said, "Hey, why are you getting so worked up? I didn’t even mention Swati Tiwari in my conversation, did I? I was just talking about my future wife. Now, if you consider yourself my future wife in your mind, how is that my fault? By the way, I’m really glad to know that, deep down, you see me as your husband."

As he smiled mischievously and looked at her, Swati was left speechless. He was right—he hadn't mentioned any names. So, what could she say? She couldn't think of anything.

Annoyed, she stood up from the chair to leave, but Shivaay grabbed her hand, stopped her, and made her sit back down. "Okay, okay, sorry! I won't bother you, I won't say a word. Just finish your meal first, then you can leave."

Hearing this and seeing his promise, Swati stayed and began eating quickly. She was really hungry, and her favorite burger was right in front of her. While eating the burger, she asked Shivaay, "Why did you bring this burger? How did you know it was my favorite?"

However, Shivaay couldn’t understand anything because Swati was speaking with her mouth full of burger, so not a single word made sense. Shivaay said, "Finish eating first, then speak! I'm not going anywhere, and I’m definitely not leaving you."

He said the last sentence quietly because, if Swati heard it, she would surely get up and leave.

Swati swallowed her food and said, "I was asking..." But then she thought for a moment and stayed silent, continuing to eat her burger quietly.

Shivaay also remained silent. He had promised, though it was very difficult for him to sit quietly in front of Swati without teasing or bothering her. Still, he sat silently.

Meanwhile, Hardik had taken Shivika by the hand, secretly bringing her to the entrance of a ladies shop. Shivika glared at him, but Hardik ignored her looks and pointed through the glass door towards a  mannequin inside the shop. When Shivika looked, her eyes widened in surprise at the dress on the mannequin. The mannequin was wearing a black nighty, full of netting, barely covering certain parts of the body. The dress revealed more than it concealed. Shivika stared at it with wide eyes.

Just then, Hardik leaned in and whispered in her ear, "I’m going to give you this dress, and you have to wear it on our honeymoon."

"What?" Shivika exclaimed in shock and turned to look at him. Hardik, smiling with his hands in his pockets, said, "Yes, will you wear it?"

His question flustered Shivika. Her tongue trembled, and her face turned red with embarrassment.

"Ha ha…" were the only sounds coming from her mouth when Hardik said, "Yes, you're saying yes. I knew you wouldn’t refuse your Hardik."

"Don't be ridiculous, Hardik! I wasn't saying yes. I was about to say hardik. And what other crazy ideas do you have in that head of yours? You just didn't say anything!"

As Shivika began to walk away, Hardik grabbed her hand and pulled her behind a pillar. Coming close to her face, with his hand around her waist, he said, "Why? What’s so crazy about it? We're going to get married, we’ll go on our honeymoon, and I want to see you in these clothes in the honeymoon suite. What’s wrong with that? I’m not asking for it now, but after we’re married. After all, once I’m your husband, I’ll have the right, won’t I? Not just to see you in those clothes, but for much more."

As he said this, Hardik kissed her ear softly, making Shivika shiver inside. His words sent a chill down her spine, and her breath quickened.

She tried to push him back by placing her hands on his chest, but she felt powerless. Seeing how much he affected her, Hardik smiled broadly. He grabbed her chin and, coming close to her face, said, "Now, all that's left is to wait for our wedding. Be fully prepared to become mine."

Saying this, he kissed her lips and quickly pulled away. Shivika stood against the pillar, while Hardik smiled, watching her.

It was a good thing they were behind the pillar, out of the view of the CCTV. Otherwise, the person monitoring the cameras would’ve been in trouble, seeing their actions. The poor guy might have had to turn off the cameras.

In the food court, Swati finished all the food in front of her and sat back in her chair with a smile on her face and a satisfied stomach. Shivaay was smiling as he watched her.

Shivaay rested his hand on the table and propped his face on it. His eyes were fixed on Swati, who was calmly sipping the remaining Coke.

After a while, Shivaay said, "Madam, have you finished your meal yet? Are you forgetting you're still on the job? What are you doing, passing time? Finish quickly; I still have shopping to do."

Hearing this, Swati, who was in a relaxed mood, suddenly got annoyed and glared at Shivaay. Seeing her irritated face, Shivaay couldn’t help but laugh. He loved teasing her, and he never missed a chance to do so.

Swati finished her meal, placed it on the table, and said, "I never asked you to bring me here, feed me, or make me sit down. You dragged me here against my will, and by the way, I can file a complaint against you for grabbing my hand without my permission and bringing me here. And as for shopping, you’ll have to do it yourself. I’m not doing any more shopping for you, understand? Yes, or else!"

Saying this, Swati stood up to leave.

Shivaay quickly grabbed his phone and followed her, saying, "You ate happily, and instead of thanking me, you're leaving me all alone? Won’t even help me with the shopping? I'll file a complaint with your manager."

"Go ahead, I don’t care," Swati said as she walked ahead, with Shivaay following behind her.

Then, Swati’s steps stopped at a kids' clothing store. There was a mannequin dressed in an adorable yellow shirt and jeans. Seeing it, Swati smiled.

She moved closer and, looking at it, said, "Shwet's birthday is coming up. I should buy these clothes for him. He’ll look so good in them, and he’ll be so happy to see them. He’ll say, ‘Masi Maa, I’ll wear these clothes on my birthday.’" She smiled to herself, thinking.

Standing behind her, Shivaay also smiled, hearing her thoughts.

Swati quickly went inside the store, with Shivaay following behind. A little while later, they both came out.

Swati held a bag in her hand and was smiling as she looked at it.

"You have a great taste in clothes," Shivaay said as they walked together.

Swati replied, "I know, that's why I work in a clothing store."

Just then, they spotted Abhinav and Shweta, who were heading into another store that also sold children's clothes. When Shweta noticed Swati, she waved her over.

The two walked over to them, and Shweta showed a three-piece suit in light pink, asking, "Swati, how will this suit look on Shwet? Actually, when I told Abhinav that Shwet’s birthday is coming up, Abhinav chose this for him."

Hearing this, Shivaay glanced at Swati, whose face had lost a bit of its joy. Swati looked at the suit and then at the bag in her hand. She touched the suit and said, "It’s beautiful. Our little Chiku will look amazing in this."

Hearing this, Abhinav and Shweta smiled. Just then, someone wrapped themselves around Swati’s legs. Swati bent down and saw it was Shwet, still in his school uniform. Seeing him, Swati's faded smile returned. She happily said, "Chiku, you're here?"

"Yes, I told the driver to bring him straight here from school," Abhinav said.

Swati smiled. Then, Shwet took the bag from Swati’s hand and, opening it, said, "What did you buy? Show me, Masi Maa, what did you get?"

As he pulled out the clothes from the bag, he happily exclaimed, "Wow, Masi Maa, these are so nice!" Then, thinking for a moment, he looked at Swati with joy and said, "Oh yeah, my birthday is coming up, so you bought these clothes for me. They’re so good! I’ll wear them on my birthday."

Hearing this, Abhinav and Shweta looked at Swati, who felt a bit uncomfortable. Swati pointed to the suit and said, "Chiku, look, Mom and Dad have picked out such nice clothes for your birthday."

Shwet looked at the suit, but then declined and said, "Yes, it's nice, Masi Maa, I'll wear it at Vikram Uncle's wedding, but on my birthday, I'll wear this outfit."

Hearing him, Swati looked at Shweta and Abhinav. Abhinav said, "It's okay, Swati. If Shwet wants to wear the clothes you brought, let him wear them. Besides, Shwet's idea isn't bad. Vikram has kept the wedding theme pink because his wife likes pink. So, Shwet can wear this pink suit at Vikram's wedding."

Saying this, Abhinav laughed, and the rest also smiled. But even though Swati was smiling, something began to bother her mind.

She said to Shweta, "You two handle the shopping, Shivaay Sir has to buy some more stuff, so we both will go."

"I want to come too, Masi Maa, for shopping with you?" Shwet asked.

Swati smiled, placed her hand on his head, and said, "No, beta, not now. For now, you try that suit, okay?"

Saying this, she held Shivaay's hand and took him away from there. Meanwhile, the three of them watched Swati leaving. Abhinav didn't understand anything, Shwet became a little sad, and Shweta was thinking about something entirely different.
