“Mom.” Lu Manman looked at her. “You don’t have to bother about what I’m doing, just believe me. When the time is right, I will tell you and Dad all about it. Don’t worry.”

He Xiuwen looked at how serious her daughter was, and had no choice but to compromise. “Don’t you hurt yourself. Your dad and I have no one but you. What’s most important is that we stay safe and happy as a family.”

“That’s what I think too.” Lu Manman smiled.

That really was what she thought. And that was why she had to do what she had set out to!
