He is looking at her eagerly with flowers in his hand.He is peering into her eyes trying to read them, find an answer to his proposal.Manasi stood there with tears gushing from her eyes, It has been six months since these people met each other in the university campus, they got connected to each other instantly the very moment they met.Manasi got enrolled in a short term course in university and met Viraj there on a special day.Their friendship blossomed and turned into love."Viraj..." Manasi finally opened her mouth, letting Viraj gasp some air."I didn't expect this...." She sighed and tears are flowing over her cheek."Yes or no..., I am dying darling..." Viraj is impatiently waiting for her answer."Will you accept my proposal?Angel?" He asked so enthusiastically and cheerfully."Yes..." Manasi took those flowers in his hands and nodded shyly."Oh my god" Viraj stood up and started jumping, Shouting out of joy."She said yes, She loves me..." He kept stuttering it like a hymn.Manasi stood there lowering her head gazing here and there, with shy and simper on her face.Viraj lowered her head and tried to capture the blush on her face.He is on cloud nine for a few minutes after she agreed to his proposal, he doesn't know how to express his joy."Love you Viraj. I love you" Manasi coed after few minutes.Viraj didn't believe it for a second.She said those three magical words finally, for which he is longing for months to hear."Manasi" Viraj sat looking at Manasi in utter admiration and appreciation."Viraj." Manasi took some time to open her mouth and talk with the guy in front of her."I love you" She spoke blushing a bit."I love you too dear" Viraj clasped his hand with her hand and gave a gentle peck.Manasi felt butterflies in her stomach, his touch, she could feel tiny electric jolts hitting her palm.She blushed and looked into his eyes trying to convey her worry to him."Is everything okay?Sweetheart?" He asked peeping into her black orbs."No.." She pouted keeping a sulky face making him worry at her expression."What?" He quickly cupped her face and asked trying to wipe a tear at the corner of her eyes."I am... I am worried "She murmured pursing her lips."Why? What's the problem Manasi?" Viraj is dying to know the reason behind her sulky face."I am afraid...I am afraid of my dad" She gulped audibly."Dad....? Why, ...?"Viraj asked trying to wipe those sweat beads formed on her forehead with his handkerchief."Dad, My Dad is against love, He hates love marriages," She said with a pale face.Viraj's face fell instantly, it turned grumpy soon."It took two years for him to accept My sister and My brother in law's marriage," She said crying profusely."I don't think he will accept our marriage.." She is crying bitterly making the situation tough for him."We are just 22/23 Manasi we have so much time for marriage." Viraj got confused for a second.He knows well no father will jump and offer her daughter's hand to a guy like him. He is from an upper-middle-class family, not yet finished his education.He knows he definitely needs some time, to prove himself, to show what he is to the world.Manasi has to wait until then, and he feels they are too young for marriage."Yes, I agree but we need to let our family members know about us right before they bring some stranger for us in the name of marriage." She expressed her opinion.He can't say no to her, What she is saying is a fact. They have to admit their feeling for each other to their families one day or another, He agreed."Yes, .." He whispered."What to do now?" She moved to him and asked placing her head on his shoulder.He smiled broadly at her cute gesture."What to do now? Tell me?"She asked playing with his fingers.He didn't speak for a second, he sat there enjoying the moment and thinking about her question."What do you think? Who will support us, our relationship in your family?" Viraj asked quickly?"Swapna, My sister will definitely understand us, our love" Manasi said smiling widely with hope.Viraj felt happy for a second, At least there is a single person in her family who supports her, her opinions."Swapna di will definitely help us."Manasi couldn't restrain her smile."
