Chapter 19 Grab the Slim Hope of Survival

Qing He had been locked in the shed for a whole day. As she heard a sound coming through from the door, she got excited at once.

“Third Lady, I…” As the door was opened, Qing He looked over tearfully. Then the look on her face turned panicky at once. Because it was Fourth Lady who was standing by the door with a veil covering her face.

A few days ago, Qing He had still despised Qu Moying a lot. After all, Qing He was the personal maid of Third Lady, the most favored lady in this family and had never taken the Fourth Lady who had been left in the estate seriously. She was afraid that what Fourth Lady had said would come true.

“If you can be of help, maybe I can spare your life or your families’!” Qu Moying stopped and said that coldly without turning around.

“Fourth… Fourth Lady, what should I do?” Qing He knew what she meant and then said that with her teeth gritted. She realized clearly that this was her last chance.

“I’ll take care of your families for you.” Qu Moying still didn’t turn around and walked out straightly. She came here only to give Qing He a warning instead of telling the latter what to do.

Qu Moying would let Qing He get into the Crown Prince’s mansion without raising any suspicion.

Even the people from the Crown Prince’s family wouldn’t dig out anything.

Therefore, she didn’t need to tell Qing He where she would go. When the time was ready, Qu Moying would send someone to contact Qing He.

She was glad that it was Fourth Lady who had said that to her. If the same words came out from Third Lady’s mouth, Qing He would never believe it. When Qu Moying went back to Old Lady Qu’s Kangming House, Yu already lost the patience to wait. If Old Lady Qu hadn’t been watching her closely, she would have sent someone to inquire about what happened.

She assumed that Qu Moying should have already been hurt.

“Okay, I’ll go to see her now.” Yu had been wanting to go long ago. Hearing that, she stood up and bid farewell to Old Lady Qu at once.

After that, she left with her maids and senior housemaids.
