Dad I can't go because of my anxiety she lied it wasn't because of her anxiety but because her family always had something to say.

She didn't like being around them because every time she was this one person always found something to say about how she couldn't ever find love because she's broken and nobody wants that.

The funny part was that she didn't even care about them telling her that she was broken it was just how much they told her, she was sick and tired of hearing that shit over and over again it made her feel like she didn't belong.

She felt like if you didn't had nothing good ta say to her then don't say that shi at all.

Aphoria I know you don't feel like going but your mom and your brother will be there her dad said knowing how much she loved them.

And you don't even have to stay for the whole thing.Okay i'll go Aphoria said hoping they wouldn't start anything.

She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion as she walked out of his room before going downstairs to his office where he played the game.

Sincere shouted at the screen, Sincere Aphoria called out his name, she felt butterflies in her stomach as she saw his eyes lit up as he looked up from the screen at her.

They both looked down trying to hide their heated faces laughing a little.

Umm my family is having this cookout and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me Aphoria spoke fiddling with her fingers.

Well it starts at eleven but we can go at one,so imma go and get ready she getting up.

Unt unt where you going he said pulling her bye her waist, I just told you I'm going to get ready she giggled as he sat her back down on his lap.

Phoria it's 10:45 we ain't going till one you trying tell me it takes yo ass three hours ta get ready he scrunched up his face honestly concerned.

Yes because I have to do an everything shower plus I have to curl my hair which is an hour and I have to do my makeup plus pick out my outfit,it just makes sense.

Sincere opened the bathroom door smirking before attacking her with tickles Aphoria laughed uncontrollably as he tickled her Sincere non stop Sincereee she called out, she was laughing to a point where she couldn't even breathe properly.

Okay imma stop if you give me a kiss baby he smiled genuinely, he loved seeing her happy so much.

Aphoria puckered her lips before Sincere placed multiple kisses on her lips she giggled softly at the feeling.

Okay get out so I can get ready Aphoria said before putting her hands on his chest pushing him out the bathroom. Sincere smacked his lips before holding both of her hands that were on his chest kissing her one more time before walking out the bathroom to take an hour nap.

Aphoria stood in front of the mirror taking a couple of pictures since she looked cute.

Sincere come here so I could take your pictures Aphoria spoke making Sincere get up walking up to the bathroom.

Okay how you want me ta pose he asking asked smiling a little bit, he loved how whenever they were going somewhere she would forced him take pictures.

Okay turn around and look straight in the mirror with your arms crossed,Sincere did as he was told posing as she took his photos hyping him up.

My man is so foineee Aphoria dragged out swiping her hands under her chin.

And is he spoke rolling his neck Aphoria laughed at him copying her.

Okay let me get my purse so we can go.

Move nigga damn Sincere said out in annoyance hitting the steering wheel because someone took his parking spot.

Sin calm down you can always find another parking spot Aphoria said looking around for an empty spot.

You know what am just bout ta park on the side befo I beat that nigga ass fa that parking spot.

Aight phoria you gone be straight cause there's a lot of people out here.

Mhm she mumbled looking down fiddling around with her bracelets on her wrist.

Stop looking down mama you to pretty fa that,don't matter what they try and say to you walk with your head high don't let that crown fall aight he said before lifting her head up with his index finger she smiled softly okay she said and he nodded.

He got out of the car before going to her side and opening the door, he held her by her waist walking to where her family and friends was.

Aphoria smiled seeing her dad,step mom and her brother sitting with some family members that she liked.

You know just living life baby,ouuu who's this handsome fella Ms.Biggie said smiling up at Sincere who tried his hardest not scrunch up his face because he didn't want to come off as rude but she had no business eyeing him like that.

This is my boyfriend Sincere, Sincere meet my dad Andrew, my step mom and my little brother who you already met and our cousin Ms.Biggie.

A loud of the front door slammed closed as our cousin Lisa came through the door.

Anger radiated off of Lisa as she eyed Aphoria

Aphoria didn't pay her any mind even though something felt off.

Sin am ready to go, something feels a bit off Aphoria said tugging on his shirt.

Ight let's go then Sincere then pulled up his pants up little and puts his hand out for her to hold onto.

Y'all going already Aphoria dad asked in a disappointed tone.

Mhm later y'all Aphoria waved,later handsome boy Ms.Biggie said smiling at him, later Ms.Biggie Sincere chuckled softly.

What y'all don't want me to make y'all a plate to go her stepmom asked

Ye- Nah we good Sincere spoke cutting Aphoria off and she side eyed him as they walked off.

Sincere why you do that I wanted that food she said as he opened the car door for her, you'll be aight he chuckled softly while she mumbled a bunch of  curses under her breath.

Aight let's go get you something to eat Sincere said after putting on his seat belt and then hers.

Out of nowhere multiple shots went off and the only thing that could be heard where loud screams.
