Chapter 698 - 698 No One to Call for Help

Soon, Tong Sanlang arrived, driving a bullock cart.

Her words were met with silence in the courtyard.

Zhu Hongyun and matriarch Zhang’s plan to harm Qiao Zhaodi and Qiao Yindi had been utterly shocking.

Then he came out of the room, stood in the courtyard, and again pointed to the ox cart, saying to Zhu Hongyun, “Sister-in-law, get in the cart.”

Zhu Hongyun’s complexion was shifting between white and red. She looked at Tong Tiehu for help.

In the dusk, Tong Tiehu stood silently with his hands behind his back.

Tong Xingda, too, stood still with both eyebrows knitted together.

Tong Dalang and Li Rou stood together holding Tong Xiaoxing, and didn’t even glance at her.

From this family of five men, the only one who could help her and was willing to support her was Tong Erlang, and he had been knocked out.

She had no one left to turn to…
