CHAPTER FOUR

TREVOR'S P. O. V

I don't really know what is going on with me,  all day long he has been inside my head.  His eyes,  smile, and even his hands.  I don't really know how this mate thing works but I think am starting to get clear of it.

All we did was a study about Wolf's because my brothers are one.  Which we came to know nothing about their past.  Upon our studies we did, I came across the mating section but we never knew it happens to people too.

Mark and Max did tell me about their strange feelings about the other twins and that their wolves did say something like MATE out loud.

So we have planned on telling Travis about it hoping he might know something about it.

Heading home after school wasn't difficult, cause no one was staring at us anymore.  It looks like we are not new anymore. We didn't stop at Ty's school because Travis already picked him up.

Reaching home and they're not back yet.

"Where are they?" Mark asks getting inside the house.

" They went shopping" Max replies as he is looking at his phone.

" Good, I hope they take ice cream this time" I put my bag on the kitchen counter so I could wash my hands.

" Boys" Max calls for the animals inside.

Silence.

"Well mine is a girl and so is Tyler's maybe that is why they won't respond. You are not being respective". I tell him as I walk towards the basement.

Looking around they are nowhere to be seen.

" They're not here", I call out loud.

Going back upstairs I don't find Mark or Max and the front door is open.

" Max?" I call.

Silence but I hear people talking outside. The voices are familiar but I can't place them.

Walking outside I see Dylan and his friends from school,  besides them are Sally, Kelly, Oxy and Harvey ( our wolves names)

" What's happening?" I ask no one in particular.

" It looks like your pets got out. But no trouble",  One of his friends says.

" We found them roaming around, it looks like they were having fun with the kids around",  Dylan says looking at me which I looked the other way.

" So do you mind telling us who your friends are?" I ask him.

" Well they're my brothers. That's Alex, Jordan, Avery, Nick and Chris".

Alex has a white pale skin tone, brown eyes, his hair has a mixture of grey and white, he looks 5'9" or 5'8".

Jordan has a dark skin tone,  black hair with black eyes, he looks 5'8".

Avery is Asian with blue eyes and brown hairs, he looks 5'6".

Nick and Chris have brown skin tone, light brown hair, hazel eyes and they are 5'9". They're trouble and very identical.

" Nice to meet you all. I'm Trevor and these are my brothers Mark and Max",  I reply.

The tension between the twins, awkward silence between Dylan and I and unknown look amongst the brothers.

" Great we will be leaving now. See you guys to school tomorrow", Dylan says.

"Keep your pets away from people",  Chris says looking directly at Max.

" Or what?" Max takes a step forward almost right on his face.

" Max", I warned.

" I think we will be leaving",  Alex says dragging Chris with him and the rest follows.  Leaving Dylan behind. Max and Mark do the same taking the wolves with them leaving me behind.

Awkward silence between Dylan and I.

" Nice to see you again", he says.

" Me too", I scratch on the back of my head.

" Do you wanna go somewhere with me?" He takes a step closer to me.

" Just got home and we are not done unpacking. Sorry".

" No it's fine,  I just wanted to have some alone time with you",  he takes another step.

" I said I need some time", I take a step back.

" Trevor ",  I hear Mark's voice calling.

" I will be there in a minute ",  I yelled back.

He takes another step that brings him so close to me that I could feel his breath then he whispers into my ear " I will be waiting as long as you want me to" Then he kisses me on the cheek and walks away leaving me out of breath.

DYLAN'S P. O. V

I can't believe I just did that. At least I know one thing for sure that am capable of taking his breath away.

Walking inside our house I find Nick and Avery playing video games,  while Chris is busy with his phone.  Alex is in the kitchen cause I could smell the blood that he is drinking.  Jordan is nowhere to be seen.

So I walk to the kitchen and I did find Alex drinking his blood.

" Is he your mate?" He questions.

" Yes", I reply without even knowing I just did it.

" Why didn't you say anything?" He asks.

" I don't know. He is human and a boy",  I take a seat opposite to him.

" And you are afraid what will Damien say",  Jordan says from behind me.

" Yeah and that too",  I put my head on the table.

" Hey, don't think so hard, he might understand ",  he puts his hand on my shoulder.

" Understand what?" Chris asks. Turning around I see Nick and Avery all there.

No one says anything.

" Well?" Avery asks.

" Trevor is Dylan's mate",  Alex replies.

" Nothing to worry about. His twin brothers are our mates", Nick says taking a seat next to me.

" Which one precisely?" Jordan asks.

" Well Max is Chris's mate and Mark is mine",  Nick replies.

" The thing is that Damien wants me to have a mate who can provide me an heir so I could keep the alpha bloodline flowing". I say getting up.

Without waiting for anyone to say anything I walk to my room.

Taking a quick shower and change into a T-shirt and sweatpants.  Deciding to take a nap before dinner.

More than five hours later.

Waking up I hear birds chirping sounds outside and a very bright light coming from my window. Looking at my phone,  it's almost 7 in the morning.

' oversleeping much'  Luke my wolf says.

' It looks like I was pretty tired ' I say getting up and heading to the bathroom.

' can we see mate before class?' He asks.

' I don't know.  He said.... You know what yes. Let's go get coffee before school with our mate ' I tell him.  Which he just smiles.

Preparing myself as fast as I can.  Taking my backpack and car keys. Without a word to anyone,  I drove off to see my mate.

15minutes drive and am there waiting for him outside their house.  They do have a huge house.

Before I could even decide to knock,  the door opens revealing a small boy around ten years old.

" Hello, you must be Dylan ",  he says coming towards me.  " I'm Tyler but my friends call me Ty".

" Hey Tyler. I'm here to see..... "before I could even finish.

" Uncle Trevor your boyfriend is here". He calls out aloud with a smile on his face.

' what is going on',  I ask Luke.

' I guess he told his family about Us ',  he replies.

" He is not my boyfriend Ty",  he shoves Tyler's shoulder so he could get inside.

" If you say so",  he says before he disappears inside.

" Sorry about that",  he says coming towards me.

" You told your family about me? " I ask him.

" They had to know ",  he blushes. " What are you doing here school is in like an hour to come.

" I wanted us to get coffee, tea, or whatever you prefer before class",  I say.

He just looks at me and smiles without another word he gets inside the house after five minutes he is coming out with his backpack.

" Okay let's go ",  he opens the passenger door and gets inside.

That was easy,  I think to myself.

Getting in the car and I drive us to Forest Hill Diner. Total silence all the way to the diner but not an awkward one this time,  it looks like he is enjoying himself.

Reaching at the diner I ordered coffee to go and he ordered cold juice to go.

"Too early for something cold don't you think?" I had to ask.

" I don't like anything hot in the morning", he says taking a long sip. " Relax it's just juice and not alcohol ".

" People tend to get stomach ache by doing that".

" Good thing am not most people". He smiles taking another sip.

He is full of surprises.

" So what did you have in mind? " He asks as we get inside the car.

" Spending time with you.  If that's okay".

He looks at me as if not sure what you say, " It sounds like a plan ".

Driving us to school was just a matter of minutes.  We did not have the same class this morning but we definitely have after the lunch break. Parking the car at the same spot,  I noticed that my brothers are already here.

Walking down the hallways. I found them right at their lockers.

" So you ditched us today for him?" Jordan asks.

" It looks like being more important than you ",  Trevor answers which we're all surprised.

"Ooh... He can talk",  Chris says.

" He never said he was dumb",  Max says out of nowhere.

Tension is built among them. It is a very difficult mate combination.

" Okay,  I believe I have a class with you two",  I say taking Avery and Jordan with me. " Please keep an eye on him for me",  I tell Alex,  which he only shrugged.

Because today the two sets of twins have classes together.

And the bell rings.
