CHAPTER TWENTY NINE

TRAVIS'S P.O.V

Having one baby in the house is a handful but having two of them is a disaster. They sometimes cry without a reason okay maybe they do have a reason but none of us speak baby. They sometimes get mad and throw things everywhere and start to scream. But sometimes they can be little angels who laugh, play and agree with everything you tell them.

At least I had that experience before with Mark, Max and Trevor and over again with Tyler but Damien here is all new to him cause he experienced leaving with Dylan when he was a little older than this two sweet little people.

Reaching at the babies room,  I find Damien asleep on the swinging chair with Daizy and Devyn on each of his arms.  They look peaceful and adorable. After a minute just watching them,  I hear the entrance door opens and closes almost the same time.

Walking downstairs,I hear shuffling at the kitchen. So I decide to follow and there stands Tyler at the fridge taking a bottle of water.

" Where were you? ",  I ask him.

" Out with Maxine ",  He replies without facing me.

" I thought I told you that you're not supposed to go anywhere".

" Yes I remember, but I don't really care". He says as he passes me.

" Don't you walk away while am talking to you",  I yell at him.

" Whatever ",  he continues to walk.

" Tyler! ",  I shout.

Ooh.. He is really getting me on my nerves.

" Tyler ",  I call again. But before I could call again I hear him shutting the door.

" Hey what was all that? ",  Damien asks quietly as he comes to where am standing.

I just look at him and felt very bad as we might have woken him from his peaceful sleep.

" I am sorry I woke you ",  I say as I kiss his cheek while he seats on one of the stools.

" Is Tyler okay? ",  He asks as he takes me to his lap.

" I don't even know what is wrong with him",  I sigh

" Do you want me to talk to him?".

" I don't think he is listening to anyone right now ".

" I can try,  you never know".

" If you insist",  I smile at him.

Cries erupts from the nursery,  and before we could even think of standing up from this position they both go quiet.

That's strange.

" I will go check on them",  I stand and go to the nursery. Reaching there I find Tyler on the swinging chair with both of them on his arms singing slowly to them.

He only looks up to look at me then he goes on singing to the kids.  So I just smile and go back to where I left Damien.

Damien decided to make dinner and I went back sitting to where he was seating earlier and watch him cook.

Since he retired, Damien spends most of his time at home with the kids as he wants to spend most of his time with them before he goes back to work. He wants to open a restaurant outside the pack's boarder so both humans and werewolves can both get something to eat. It is not like his a great chef or something but he only wants something to keep him busy for the day, so he has to hire a chef and some other staff members but he will be the one responsible with everything( manager).

Dinner is ready, so we eat and leave some for Ty cause he did not want to come down and eat with us. When we were done, I clean up the kitchen and we decided to call it a day but before we went to bed Damien decided to go and have a little chat with Tyler and I decide to go to the girls room.

DAMIEN'S P.O.V

I knock at his door which he did not respond, so I decide to open the door and peek. Finding him busy with his phone texting.

" Hey bud. Can I come in?"  I ask as he looks up at me.

" Yeah sure", He replies as he scoots alittle to give me space to seat which I gladly take it.

" So whats going on with you?"

" Nothing really why?"

I just look at him as he tries to play dumb with me, " You know you can talk to me right?"

He doesn't say anything as he plays with his fingers and I decide not to push him until he is ready. I know I may not be his biological father but he is my son. The son that I will always love and protect him from any danger to come.

The first time I saw him I was shocked cause I did not expect my mate to have a child. But the good thing is that my wolf did accept him very fast which I was glide and made me love him even more. Just like instinct and we both came to know eachother better and we came really close. And the first time he called me papa, I was thrilled and it was the most happiest day of my life. Well we have two more and I love my family.

" The thing is that I am afraid of hurting people", He starts.

" Hurting people how?"

" Sometimes I feel like someone is taking over my body and force me to do things that I don't want. I didn't mean to threaten that boy at school, or to yell at Uncle Trev or to walk out on Dad. It just happens that I get really mad and I don't know what to do".

" Uncle Trev was trying to get you through this stage". I tell him.

" I know and I yelled at him". He says defeated. " And I didn't apologies for that".

" He knows you didn't mean to".

" Really?" He asks hopefully.

" Yes but you have to say your sorry to him and Max and your dad". I point out.

" What did I do to Uncle Max?" He asks.

" You defined his orders for you to stay in the office during the attack".  I remind him.

" I was with Maxine, I didn't do anything wrong". He protest.

" You made him worry cause he thought something bad had happen to you and angry because you didn't listen to him when he told you to stay in the office"

" But I ...."

" No buts Tyler, you did something wrong so you need to apologies".

" Okay I will".

" Good" I say. " Now I have to talk to your teachers about your transitioning and the moment Trev comes back you need to finish whatever he was teaching you so you could be back to my good little lovable boy. Okay?"

" Yes, papa". He says as he leans to put his head on my chest. " And am sorry for being a mean a boy".

" Its okay bud, but you have to tell that to your dad". I say patting his head.

" I will".

And we continue staying like that for a while until his breath changes and becomes slowly meaning he is asleep. Travis walks in as the door was already open, he kisses Tyler's head.

" Lets go to bed big guy".

So I place Ty on the bed slowly and cover him with the blanket, placing a kiss on his forehead I switch of the light and off we are gone.

Reaching to our bed, we strip remaining with only our boxers we put ourselves to bed as we cuddle.

" Goodnight Love". Travis whispers.

" Goodnight babe".
