CHAPTER TEN

Hospital Building.

TREVOR'S P. O. V

I couldn't continue asking questions to what has happened or what is happening cause as humanly as I am I can't share mindlink to any pack member yet so I can't even get the right information on how they were found.

I can't even comprehend by the term they cause I don't know who Alex is with.

It only took ten minutes from Dylan's home to the hospital by the way he is driving.  I get it that he is eager to see his brother but that won't happen if he kills us first,  or me for that matter.

Screeching sound is heard has Dylan hits the breaks at the front of the hospital entrance without really caring if its not the parking lot. Getting off as fast as we can dashing into the hospital looking for Travis,  Damien, or any pack member so we could get more information.

Reaching the waiting area I see Max and Mark in distress which got me worried,  it's not like they were so close to Alex like I was. According to their faces, something is going on. Reaching to where they are standing.

" Hey, how is Alex doing", I ask no one in particular as Dylan decided to go and find his brothers.

" He is hurt pretty bad but he will be fine", Mark says as he looks at me. It is there when I notice his puffy eyes. Was he crying? and Why?

" Is something else you want to tell me", I ask him directly this time as Max never wanted to look at me.

" There was someone else with him when they found them",  Max says in a quiet tone.

But before they could say any further someone approaches from behind me.

" Hey",  He says. Deep voice but familiar as if I have heard somewhere.

Turning to see who the person is. Black hair,  muscled and broad chest,  forest green eyes,  5'10" Or 2-3inches more than the twins. But he looks exactly like the twins.

I couldn't seem to find a word for him or for anyone for that matter.

" Trevor,  I know this is a lot to take in.  But I promise to tell you everything ". He says again.

He even knows my name.  Where was this guy all the time?

" I'm Matthew by the way. But you can call me Matt",  he offers his hand which I shake but still puzzled by every single detail about him because he is Max and also he is Mark but with a different name and a lot of scares.

" Are you okay?" Is all I could come up with. I don't know what else to say to him. Cause I have a lot of questions that are running in my head right now and that is all I could come up with.

" Woah",  I could hear Dylan's surprise when he sees Matt. " There are three of you? " He says looking from Max to Mark to Matt.

" Dylan right? ",  Matt says looking at him.

" You also know my name ",  Dylan looks alarmed. " How do you know my name?"

" He seems to know all of our names",  Damien approaches looking defensive,  " And I want to know why".

" It looks like none of you will get that now",  Travis says coming out from a room that he was treating Alex. " Cause right now Alex needs blood". He says the last part looking at me.

" Why me? " I ask.

" Cause I have to give my blood to Myron ".

" Myron?  As in Alex's cousin? ",  Dylan asks in anger.

" Like I said there a lot of things I need to tell you ". Matt says this time.

" I can't wait", I say still observing him closely.

It wasn't easy for me to get inside the room as Dylan was all in a protective mode that I might get hurt when he drinks a lot from me,  so the only way is for him to be next to me. Sometimes I envy Travis and Damien's relationship cause they know how to reason to one another without being all over one another.

Entering the room I see blood everywhere, on their bodies, clothes, gauze, and even on the bedsheets. They look bad like really bad. What happened to them must be worse I don't even know how Matt survived this without a scratch.

" Why is there a lot of blood on the floor? " Dylan asks confused as we see blood bags everywhere.

" There body is rejecting the blood.  I think they need warm blood first until they heal". Travis says as he looks at the bags on the floor with a hurt written all over his face.

" Which they do not have much time",  Jordan shouts from where he is standing.

Jordan has been keeping them stable for a while with his magic but by the looks of it,  I don't think it is working.

Getting closer to where Alex is,  " What happened to you",  I whisper almost to my self.

Lifting my arm up so he could drink from my wrist.

" Not the wrist Trevor.  Neck",  Jordan instructs.

" What? ",  I ask not sure what he is trying to say.

" He could kill him",  Dylan gets in front of me. Him being protective again.

" He can control himself ",  Jordan said.

" Look at him. Does he look like he can control anything right now? " Dylan yells at his brother. Maybe he is a point there.

" That's the reason I am here",  Jordan stands still as he stops doing what he was doing. I am not sure if I can trust magic with my life right now.

" You must be kidding me ",  Dylan scoffs. Which made me look at his angry face and he is angry.

" Are you willing to bet Alex's life for your mate? " Jordan shouts at Dylan. Did he just say that?

" What did you say to me? " Dylan's voice change and becomes deep indicating that Luke is there. Great cause Luke is not the one to be reasoned easily.

" He is your brother. Our brother ",  Jordan says pointing at almost unconscious/dying Alex.

" He is my mate",  Dylan/Luke takes a step towards Jordan. This is going too far.

" STOP! ",  I yelled at both of them. " Stop both of you". It looks like I got their attention.

I walk to where Dylan is standing taking his hands into mine, " I will be fine,  I promise. So no more yelling we need to save your brother.  And you",  I say pointing at Jordan "you better keep us alive". Because I am not sure if am ready to die yet but I have to trust both Alex and Jordan to keep me alive.

" You don't have to do this Trev", Alex speaks to me as his voice can barely be heard.

" It is okay. I need you to survive this. Dylan needs his brother back and I need my friend back", I say looking at Dylan who he only nods at me then I turn to Alex, " So take as much as you need".

The moment Alex's fangs tore my skin,  I start seeing black dots and my vision is no longer clear but I could hear Dylan's voice from afar screaming my name and yelling at Alex to stop and for that, I couldn't hear or see anything but just darkness.

The Next day.

MATHEW'S P.O.V

"Our mother was born in a very powerful family. At which his father was an alpha and so was her mother so they had to join their small packs to make a big strong pack. She was not the only child in her family, she had a brother a one year difference. They both went to a good supernatural school and made a lot of friends who are also born into a powerful family.

At the end of her school days,  they were invited into a party as it will be their last party till graduation. Going with her brother and friends. They stayed very late at the party where people were drunk and passing out. She never wanted to leave because she trusted her brother to keep her safe.

But something horrible happened to her that night as the so-called friends decided to rape her and threatened to kill her if she says anything to anyone. They were three boys with different species Vampire, Warlock, and dragon. Telling her brother on what has happened to her seeking comfort and justice but his brother just pushed her away telling her that if she does anything stupid it will be the begging of war and that they were his friends.

Before the end of her school days, she found out that she was pregnant but she couldn't have known who the father is but she knew who the fathers were. Due to the boys' reputations, as they were next leaders to their clans, she didn't want to cause any trouble to her family and pack members so she decided to leave/vanish to a place that no one will ever find her.

For the first few months, she managed to get a place to stay and a job at a diner. At first, she wasn't good at it cause she has never worked in her life before, by the help of a coworker she did manage just fine. The coworker's name was Jeff and he was a warlock, who helped her as much as he could.

Out there are a lot of people who hunt people like us, there are hunters and even rogues of different species. Who believes that a hybrid is an abomination but also their blood can be a cure to many untreated diseases that can kill a supernatural being. Silver poisoning, wolf bite to a vampire and vice versa, wolfsbane and many others.

Someone did tell the hunters and rogues about her, that she is carrying three abominations on her stomach. How did they know that she has triplets, is still a mystery till today, who told them about her pregnancy is also a mystery, but to think about it it must be one of the royal boys or even her brother cause whoever was to find her was promised to be rewarded.

From that moment on, she started to run for her life and her unborn babies. Jeff never left her side even once has he promised to keep her safe. Until one day when they came across two hunters who helped them to fight off the rogues. The hunters were good to them, they even helped to keep them safe for a while but they had to go back to their home as they have got a family of their own.

The time came when she went into labor and she did deliver three healthy baby boys who were hybrids. To keep them safe, Jeff had to perform a spell that the other gene to be dormant and left them with a wolf gene like their mother.

Three months is all she had with her babies. The rogues did find them, Jeff taking the two boys and Her carrying one and took off. They did call for help from the hunters who helped them once. Plan on meeting on the way but unfortunately the hunters never made it to the meeting point as they were ambushed and killed as they were considered traitors to their own kind, living Jeff and her stranded.

So they decided to take separate routes and to meet at the hunter's house. Jeff being the first to reach the location, getting worried that something must have happened to her and the baby, he left the babies at the gate living a note and went back to look for her. But he also never made it back to her as he was ambushed and killed.

After searching for so long, she came to know that her sons were safe. So she decided to let them be and to just raise the only child she had. Still, on the run, she did everything in her power to make sure that her son is safe.

Growing on a run it was something that was not great but it made us stronger. She did tell me everything about my brothers and even what we are and why we were always on the run. At first, it made me so angry as to why my brothers were living happily and I had to suffer. The feeling came to pass as I grew older and even learned to stay away from them in order to keep them safe and far from the bad people.

On my tenth birthday and it was the day that I first shifted, I remember her being so happy and wishing that she could have seen her other two sons shift for the first time. But her happiness never stayed forever as that night we were found by the hunters, so she had to defend me from them by putting herself at risk as she told me to run and never look back. They did kill her brutally as they promised that they will do the same once they find us. I have been alone since then until when I found Myron and we have always had each other back. It all came to change when he found his mate. He couldn't stay away from him no matter how he tried.

So he entered into your territory at which Alex recognized his scent and he couldn't stay away from his long lost cousin. Alex did find us but he brought hunters with him without knowing. We did all we could to fight them and stay away from them but in the process, they both got hurt pretty bad and I didn't have anywhere to take them so I decided to come here.

I know I might sound selfish but I am tired of fighting alone and am tired of staying away from my mate and I need my brothers to help me fight this because I don't think if I can protect you by myself anymore".

After a long silence between us.

" What was her name?", Max asks.

" Felicity", I say looking at him than Mark.

" So we are hybrids", Mark asks this time.

" Vampire," I say pointing at Max.

" Warlock", I point at Mark.

" Dragon", I point at myself.

" The hunters who helped your mother and Jeff were our parents?" Travis asks.

" Yes", I reply.

" So we are hunters?" Trev asks this time.

" Yes", I say again.

" How is that working?" Damien asks. " Cause I know that being a hunter is genetically and they usually hate supernatural beings and they are bound to have a hunters mark. None of them have it nor have hate towards us".

" Jeff also did a spell to them as a reward for saving their life cause their parents wanted their kids to have a normal life", I say.

" That is why Jeff trusted the boys to me, cause he knew I will never harm them", Travis says with the realization of what has happened. " But I don't remember any Jeff in my life".

" He did wipe your memory", I tell him.

" You said that Myron was here because of his mate, who is the mate?" Jordan asks for the first time.

" Tyler", Trevor whispers in shock which made everyone look at him in confusion, feeling people's confusion he explains, " Ty once saw him outside his window. Then the second time he saw him inside his room".

When he was done explaining they all look at me for confirmation at which I just nod.

" Who is your mate?" Jordan asks again.

" I heard what happened to Alex is he okay?" Avery bursts into the house.

" Where the hell were you?" Dylan asks.

" I was with the pups in the packhouse, so when I heard they were intruders I offered to stay with them to make sure"  his eyes land on me.

'MATE', Adrian my wolf says.

'I know', I say to him.

"MATE?" Avery questions.
