chapter 16

After dinner, they all went to their room to change into their pj's. After changing they all gathered in the movie room.

As Bella, Damon and Damien were with them, they decided to watch a kid-friendly movie. Apparently 'Beauty and the Beast' which was one of Bella's favorite movie

Everyone was engrossed in the movie and watching it with utmost concentration even though they have watched it many times.

Bella, Damon, Damien, Elias and Marcello all were also singing whenever a song was played in the movie.

All were looking at Bella, Damon and Damien with adoration and glaring at Elias and Marcello for singing in such a horrible voice.

When it was about to reach the scene where Belle and the beast who has now transformed into prince charming, were about to dance. Bella suddenly got up from her seat, between Damon and Damien which got everyone's attention and there was pin drop silence except for the sound of the movie.

She walked up to Alessandro and bowed slightly in front of him, forwarded her hand in front of him and shyly asked ,"will you be my pwince(prince) and dance with me?"

Listening to this, Alessandro's ears turned pink, who thought that cold, ruthless and emotionless Don would blush when his little sister asked him to be his prince and dance with him.

Everyone present there, awed at them and were shocked to see Alessandro blush but the youngsters didn't even try to tease because they know if they do, they will be punished by him.

The only thought of punishment from Alessandro gave them shivers, so they kept mum and enjoyed the scene.

As punishment Alessandro didn't beat them or something, he just made them do the work which they hate the most.

Like Marcello who doesn't like to do household chores, he will be threatened to do dishes and laundry or the worst clean the most dirtiest torture cell in their warehouse which will be full of blood or piss.

Or like Elias who likes to talk a lot and can't sit in a single place for more than half an hour, will be put on time out for several hours with no talking rule.

He gave them, these types of punishment because he knows these are worst for them from any torture or beatings.

Elders just brought their phone and clicked their pictures. They click the picture where Bella's head was slightly bowed and hand in the front of Alessandro, who has slightly pink ears.

It came out so cute and adorable that even the men couldn't resist themselves for gushing on them. Ladies decided to frame this picture and put it on their family pictures wall.

To Bella, Alessandro replied,"sure my dear princess." And placed his big rough hands in her small soft hands.

They both were dancing in front of the screen, with the movie playing in the background.

Their family was looking at them with adoration and making their videos on their phones.

After the dance, suddenly Bella yawned and taking it as an opportunity Alessandro decided to take her to his room to cuddle with her and told them he is taking her to his room.

To which Marcello protested,"hey you can't do that. Today is my turn, wait for your turn if you want to cuddle with her. I'm younger than you, it doesn't mean you will do cheating."

He stopped his rant when Alessandro passed him a glare but doesn't stop muttering and whining.

After Marcello, his cousins also started to protest as they are here today, so they should get to cuddle with her.

They all were arguing among themselves, who will get to cuddle with her. Elders just shook their head as this is a normal thing.

For them, this was a normal thing. Because these boys when it comes to Bella, get very competitive and want to be her favorite, even in this Damon and Damien also equally participate.

Bella just looked towards her pa (she called her grandpa Roberto 'pa') and pleaded with her eyes to solve the matter because she knew he is the only one who can solve it, is Roberto as all the boys are afraid of him.

And who was Roberto to say no to his favourite grandchild. So Roberto just said in a slightly loud voice, "Boys!- all the boys stopped arguing and listened to him- None of you is cuddling with her because we both are having a sleepover today and she will cuddle with me ."

All the boys started whining by saying,

"you can't do this."

"How this is so unfair."

"They are being cheated."

Roberto just raised his eyebrow and said in his cold voice,"did you just say something?"

To which they all answered,"no" and with a sulking mood started to select another movie to watch.

Damon and Damien today wanted to sleep with their aunt Am and uncle Fran.

So Amelia and Francesco with them  went to their room, after instructing boys to sleep early as they have college and office tomorrow.

Other elders also moved to their room to sleep.

Roberto also picked half sleepy Bella and went to his room. Bella getting in his pa's arms, laid his head on his shoulder and started to sleep soundly.

After reaching the room, he placed the Bella in the middle of bed. He placed pillows on one side of her and laid himself on other side.

After laying down he moved bella closer to himself, who subconsciously layed her head on his chest just above his heart.

Roberto looked at his granddaughter with affection who remind him of her late wife Rose.

Bella is just like her, sweet and kind yet brave and sassy.

He used to be emotionless and cold, his wife was the only one with whom he used to share his emotions. But after her, he became more cold and emotionless.

It was Bella, who has become a light in his dark life, whenever he is with her displaying emotions came naturally to him.

He was very happy to have her in his life.

Thinking about all this, he slept.

He had a very peaceful sleep with Bella in his arms.

Next morning

Roberto and Bella woke up early in the morning. They both freshen up and went to dinning hall for breakfast.

When they reached there they saw that all elders were there with Damon and Damien sitting on their booster seats having their breakfast.

Bella being the cheerful person in the morning said to everyone,"buongiorno a tutti" (good morning everyone)

To which also everyone replied, "buongiorno"

Bella asked about her brothers and cousin brothers to which his dad told her that they are sleeping as they were tired.

When Francesco and Amelia went into the boys rooms in the morning to wake them up, they didn't find them there. So they checked the theater room and found them all sprawled over the sofas present there and on the floor.

They thought to let them sleep for a while there, because they know if they wake them up to send into their rooms, they are not not gonna sleep again and it is very rare for them to be relaxed on a weekday. So they let it slide for today.

When Bella listened that her brothers are resting, so she also thought to be quiet today and not to disturb them.

After breakfast, she with Damon and Damien played quietly in playroom, who were happy to spend some time with their sister without the interruption from their big brothers.

It was 10 in the morning when Alessandro woke up from his sleep. When he checked the time, he abruptly sat up due to which Domenico woke up who was sleeping by putting his head on his shoulder.

"Hey, you as*hole why did you wake me up? F*cker" Domenico said grumpily.

"F*ucker wake up it's already 10 a.m. We had an important meeting at 9 a.m. I don't know how did I slept till late." Alessandro informed him worriedly.

Listening to this, Domenico sleep vanished and he also sat up straight.

He saw his brothers sleeping soundly, a mischievous idea came in his mind. He saw a jug of water there and throw them on his brothers.

Elias and Marcello wake up by shouting, "Ah! Tusnami, help me. I'm drowning"

While Killian, Elijah and Ezekiel didn't voice out anything but they were hell annoyed being woken up from their beauty sleep and after listening to the shouts of Marcello and Elias they give them a bored reaction.

When Elias and Marcello saw it was Domenico who threw water at them. They both picked cushions near by them and started hitting Domenico with it, while others went to their room to freshen up.

After playing pillow fight and having punches from Domenico, Elias and Marcello went to their room to freshen up and Domenico also went to his.

They all come down after freshening up and saw their family sitting in the living room. On instinct, their eyes were searching for one person.

Others saw them coming down and when they noticed they are looking for something rather someone, they just shake their head.

Amelia replied to their unasked question,"she is playing with Damon and Damien in the playroom."

To which they all nodded their head at the same, which was a bit creepy.

Meanwhile, Amelia asked the chef to prepare breakfast for them.

"Mom, it's not needed. We had an important meeting at the office and we are already late for it. We will eat something at the office and why you didn't wake us up today." Domenico asked Amelia.

To which Francesco replied,"you all have your breakfast and don't worry about the meeting, I have already informed your assistants that you both are not coming today and to postpone all your meetings to tomorrow. About not waking you up because it was very rare for you to relax and sleep till late. So we thought to let you all relax today."

To which they all understand their elders.

As it was very rare for them to relax on weekdays or for a full day even when on weekends when they are gathered for family time. The younger clan do not get full day to relax. So they take it as opportunity to relax whole day and spend some time time with their family specially their sister.

Marcello dramatically replied to his Dad,"finally a day off from college. Aww thank you so much. I really love you Dad." And kissed his cheek.

Francesco just pushed him aside, wiped his cheek and said," don't kiss me you idiota, only my wife and daughter can kiss me." But everyone can notice the slight twitch in his lips.

Francesco loved his sons very much. Even though he doesn't show much affection to them but he loves them and his sons know that too. He is a very doting father and can be strict when needed.

He is proud of his sons and the person they have become today, not just his sons but his nephews who are just like his sons. He never failed to praise them. As he knew that whatever stage of success the children reach in their life they always need their parents proud smiles and comments. Just like he looks upto his own Dad Roberto, even till now.

Marcello just placed his hand on his chest and said in a mock hurt tone, "you wound me Dad."

To which Killian smacked his head and said,"heart is on the left side you dumbass."

"So what my heart,my hand, my will. I will place my hand wherever I want. You get the emotions nuh, so don't go on actions." Marcello replied to him sassily.

Killian just shake his head because he knows that no one can win from him in his idiotic talks except for Elias, who is equally dumbass like him.

They all went to have their breakfast.

After breakfast, they all sat in the living room, talking with them and waiting for Bella.

They wanted to go to Bella and play with her but at the same time they also wanted her to play with her younger brothers.

After sometime, Bella came with Damon and Damien. She has nail paints in her hand. When she saw her brothers sitting there, she squealed and hugged each of them and kissed their cheeks. To which her brothers also kissed her cheeks, temple or forehead.

There was a smile on everyone's face looking at her.

They all noticed nail paints but didn't said anything.

Bella stood at the center of the hall and roamed her eyes at everyone.

She then walked to her zio Adonis and shyly said,"will you paint my nails zio ado?"

To everyone it looked like a normal conversation but to Adonis it really matters. As in the room, in which there was Bella's brothers and father was present, she came to him to paint her nails.

Adonis replied to her with a radiant smile on his lips and said"sure my lyubov"(love)

Everyone noticed the exchange with a smile. They knew that after Adonis's wife died, he became stone and he didn't like to share his emotions. Surely he smiles with his family but rather a forced one or fake which didn't reach his eyes. The only time he smiles truly when he is with his sons or Bella. Bella is truly a blessing in their life.

Bella sat in front of him on the carpet and he started painting her nails with full concentration.

After he was done painting her nails, Bella gave him a huge smile and kissed him on the chin, which was Bella's way of saying 'I love you' or whenever she is very happy she will kiss that person's chin.

She excitedly show her nail paint. To which everyone complimented her and kissed her forehead.

In the corner, Amelia was being back hugged by her husband and both were looking at their family with a loving smile.
