âNarrator's perspectiveâ
Groaning, Arabella brought her hand up to her neck to massage it after what happened. Then, she realised she was chained on a chair. She looked up, in question while she tried to piece everything together.
Then she realised what happened. Josie siphoning a bit of the magic from the prison world and snapping her neck just after she made Alaric pass our. "Your daughter will kill us, Alaric." She muttered, tilting her head sideways. "Ric?" She called but he was still unconcious from where he was.
Arabella cursed under her breath multiple times, her body still lacked of strength. She needed blood and she dreaded for it now. When Ric finally woke up, his eyes shot open and squirmed in his seat. "Josie?" He called in the open and grunted, wanting to get out of the chains.
From their feet, The supposed dead werewolf woke up. His eyes shot to the heart which was right besides him. "Is that mine? Weird." He sighed and stood up, looking at the two "Now... Where were we." He growled and eyes turned to amber.
"Wait." A voice stopped him, walking in the room. "Don't kill him yet, D." She instructed
"Let me guess. You want to burn him." He thought of boredly, looking over the witch.
"And who are you?" Wendy asked, looking over to the Blonde who huffed and tried to break the chains but failed.
"I've been asked questions for over a millennial, Ask me a better one." She retorted, not breaking eye contact to the witch who scoffed and nodded.
"First I want to have a chat. Remember how he put us on trial and then abandoned us to this god-awful place?" She walked towards the human, "I think it's time for your trial... Alaric Saltzman."
With much consideration, Arabella exhaled, slipping on her seat as she was forced to listen to the student's taunts and threats. Not like she had a choice, she just watch the two circle them like a lion taunting its prey. It didn't intimidate her one bit.
"If you're planning on torturing me, you're gonna be disappointed. I can handle torture." He said, looking at the witch who held flames on her fingertips.
"How about, seeing your daughter and loyal student be tortured?" Jade came in the room, holding the Siphoner from her arm forcefully. Josie had a cloth around her mouth preventing her from talking.
"Josie..." Alaric said, dropping his tough act and watch Jade push his daughter to sit down. "Josie, are you okay?" He asked in worry. Arabella clenched her fist from behind her, wanting to rip apart everyone in this room.
"For now, but what happens next is up to you. So talk, 'Cause I've waited ten years for an explanation for what you did to us." She taunted, itching to hurt someone.
Ric could only look at her with a blank expression. "What other choice did you leave me? I knew what I had to do. Five people dead, brutally murdered. Fed on, ripped apart, dismembered, burned to cover it up. And not one of you showed any remorse or even admitted what you had done. I couldn't let you stay at the school. I wasn't going to unleash you into the world."
"So you sent us here forever? Is that how you help your students?" Diego spoke up, Jade looking over him with a sarcastic smile in agreement.
"No. I made a mistake. I should have killed you." He answered and the werewolf growled by his words.
Jade laughed in amusement. "Ooh, doubling down in the face of imminent death. Ballsy." She looked over the blonde, then idea inside her head which will only lead to a much more bloodbath. "You're a vampire, aren't you? I can feel the death around you." She asked Arabella who simple exhaled, containing herself on doing anything drastic.
When she didn't answer, It gave Jade one. "Well here's a little sneak peak of our revenge. You seem to care a lot about that girl besides you" She gestured to Arabella whilst talking to Ric. "A lot of care seeing as she got dragged here with us in this world. Diego, bite her."
"What?" Alaric asked, shaking on his seat while he tried, and failed, to escape. "Your fight in here was with meâ Do not hurt her!" He shouted, Diego already walking towards the Vampire who remained unfazed.
"See? Cared for." Jade said, watching the event go on. "A werewolf bite is Lethal to Vampires. You taught us that." She shrugged.
Josie frowned, watching from where she was as Diego pulled his fangs out and bit Arabella's neck making her yell out in pain. It only happened for 5 seconds but it brought back a lot of traumatic memories in the woods with Rafael. She breathed out when Diego backed away, satisfied with what he'd done
Arabella coughed, the werewolf toxin flushing in her system, making its way to hurt her both mentally and physically. Only two people in this room knew that she wasn't going to die, not permanently anyways. It gave Alaric a relief that she wasn't.
"I knew you were killers, that you wouldn't changeâ and biting Arabella proved my point exactly. It was Caroline and her that talked me into showing you mercy." He looked over to Arabella who spit out blood from her mouth before hanging her head back.
"Her? Her why?" Wendy asked in confusion, looking at the blonde who gritted her teeth in annoyance.
"Because she was in Mystic Falls the day we were only planning on what to do to the three of you." Alaric said, explaining for the two of them. "She persuaded me to banish you to a world rather than ending all your lives."
Diego sneered. "Enough talk. Let's kill him." He tried to walk to them but Jade stopped him, gripping on his arm.
"No. I want him to suffer first." She said, having to hold Josie on the other hand to stop her from standing up.
"And what? Biting me wasn't enough?" Arabella croaked out, still looked intimidating by the others.
"Oh you have no idea." Jade said then turned to her friends. "You two go check on Kai. He has all the pieces to get us out now. Make sure he doesn't leave us behind.
When Wendy and Diego finally left, Jade heaved out a sigh, patting Josie on the shoulder while she made her way to the two in chains. She sighed, "You're so sure you're right. How about I tell you what actually happened that night?"
"Inez invited me to a party in the woods. We'd been flirting for a few months. I thought it was my chance to finally see if she was really into girls or not. Wendy really wanted to come And she was trying to get Diego to notice her, so she talked me into bringing him, too. It was a freak party. Seeing who could get the biggest weirdo to show up. Yeah, they took one look at us and they just... they knew we were different. It should have ended there. I could have stopped it but I froze. Maybe I didn't want to prove them right about us being different. Or maybe a part of me wanted it to happen. Everything after that's a blur. I did find out something that night. I'm a ripper. That was the worst moment of my life. You think I didn't feel any remorse for what happened. But I did. Shame. Guilt. Panic. I couldn't bare feeling all of it anymore. So... I decided not to. I shut off my humanity that night." She informed, pushing herself to stand up. "I was screaming for help. You just couldn't hear it. But being Here... where you sent us. I've killed Kai, Diego and Wendy thousands of times. So maybe you're right after all. Because I've finally become the killer that you thought I was."
Alaric felt pity, remorse. "I'm sorry I didn't recognise the signs." He said but what it sounded like to Jade was nothing.
"You were too busy protecting your daughters." She chuckled, brushing Josie's hair from her scalp. "You're good at that. Let's just see how good." Jade walked up to them, each of her hand was used to break the chains that was holding them both.
Arabella was leaning on her side, holding the bite wound on her neck the entire time. She wanted to kill Jade. She really did but her own strength disappointed her when she couldn't stand up.
"Come with me. There's a game I want to play." She smiled evily, looking at both.
Alaric stood up, helping his friend stand up on her feet. They all looked at Jade, the only one who had authority to boss them around.

"This is the fun part. It's what we do with Kai." Jade informed, constantly pushing Alaric forward on his feet while Arabella was forced to walk weakly. "Basically, it's hide-and-seek. You two run and hide... and I seek. Mostly fun seeing as your vampire student doesn't have much time."
"No." Alaric said finally, turning around and looked at Jade.
"Uh, yes. Or else I will hurt Josie. I will hurt her so bad that she will be begging for me to kill her." She has her hands on her hips, noticing how the two in front of her was glaring at her. "Come on. It's supposed to be fun. You know what? I'll even give you a five-minute head start. And if you can survive being hunted for 24 hours, I will let your daughter live. I mean, that's all you really care about, right?"
"Fine." Alaric said, glancing at the blonde in front of him.
"You want to play a game? You got it." Arabela said, grabbing onto Alaric while they sped away from her.
Soon, they arrived in the Salvatore House. "Go and hide. I need to get something." She said, running away in an inhumane speed to get to Damon's old room. She exhaled, dropping to her knees while she winced in pain. "Fucâ Damn it. Where's Hope when you need her." She said and pushed herself up.
Arabella almost collapsed on the wooden floor when she heard a voice speak to her. A familiar voice which she was longing to hear for hours now.
"Bella... Bella, I love you." He called out, cupping both of her cheeks which the other felt immensely.
"Hope...?" She asked, holding her wrist that was on her cheek. For a moment, she almost got fooled with the werewolf toxin. "You're not real." Arabella growled, pushing away her hands and trashed the room. I felt like hours as she searched every inch of the room but only more than 30 minutes.
Both in anger and in search for a very sentimental medallion of hers which Damon took. When she flipped the mattress over from across the room, she saw it making her heaved out a sigh. "Damon Salvatore, you prick." She whispered and took it, placing it in her pocket.
When she turned to leave, her eyesight got blurry making her knees buckled to the ground while she breathed heavily. She groaned when her wound got worse like before.
Now she was seeing things. Seeing how her biological father died in her hands making her glare on the wall in anger, saw how Hope broke things off between them without really talking about it.
"Arabella!" Alaric shouted from downstairs
making her snap back to reality. She shifted her eyes to crimson red before speeding to where the ruckus was.
She stopped on the archway, seeing Jade grab a hold of the blade that Alaric tried to swing to her but failed.
With a growl, Arabella inched forward but stopped when Jade widen her eyes, a sense of emotions came back to her almost immediately. Their eyes darted to Josie who was behind Arabella with her hand up.
"I'm so sorry." She gasped out, looking at the two but was silenced when Josie was behind her, making her pass out.
The Saltzman Siphoner looked different. Is paler than usual, hair was blackâ much more darker than usual.
Arabella frowned, her sweat still running down her temple still at large. "You still have a werewolf bite. I can help with that." Josie said, walking towards her but Arabella gripped on her wrist when the witch was about to help.
"Stay away from me... I don't want to hurt you." She said, swallowed a lump in her throat when she can hear how Josie's blood ran in her veins. It made her eyes turn red in an uncontrollable bloodlust.
Josie shook her head, cold because of the dark magic that was struck in her. Just as Arabella's grip on her wrist loosened, she held the girl's shoulder, just above her wound.
It took a moment but Arabella closed her eyes, inch and inch of the toxin was going by seconds as Josie siphoned it off of her. Arabella exhaled in relief, taking a step back before touching her werewolf bite to feel that it wasn't there. She gave Josie a thankful look.
"Josie. What did you do?" Quietly, Alaric asked her.
"I fixed her." She answered simply, looking at the passed out vampire on the ground as her eyes turned black.
