“ You said you loved me then why did you do that to me ? , I yelled at Arjun Kashyap ”

Me , Arjun Kashyap, Adeel shah and Ryan we all are settled in a study .

“ i had my reasons , he said holding my hands ”

I jerked off my hands and yelled “ tell me your reasons mein bhi toh suno esa kya tha jiski wajah se aap ne meri zindagi barbad kar di .”

“ woh mein tumhe nahi bata sakta , he calmly replied ”

I closed my eyes, controlling myself not to burst out on this old man .

“ you have no choice here aapko batana hi hoga , i said taking slow steps towards him ”

He sat on the sofa , closed his eyes and after some good minutes he looked down and said “ hum aur Adeel bhaut acche dost hua karte the . Hamne ek sath ek political party bhi banayi thi sab acha chal raha tha . Ek din usne hame firoz se milwaya shuruaat mein sab sahi tha usne hamre business aur party fund mein invest bhi Kara tha . Adeel ko toh woh bahut pasand tha itna ki usne Haseena ka rishta uske sath fix kar diya . Everything was going okay until one day I saw him with another woman. I was shocked and decided to tell Adeel but Adeel was so blind that he ignored me . He was only seeing the investment which firoz was making in our business . I decided to go to him with some proof so I started to follow him around and one day I saw him and haseena together where he was forcing himself on haseena by God Grace i reached on time before he could do more to her. My blood boils, I moved to him and beat the shit out of him . I took haseena with me . I still remembered her state , she was a crying mess . That day I realized that I loved her and was ignoring my feelings for her . We opened our hearts to each other. Yes, she also loved me from the very first day . One fine day we decided to tell this about Adeel but before us that motherfucker made his own fake story making me the villain of his and Haseena's love story. Adeel didn't listen to our side, not for once he trusted a stranger over our years of friendship . He threw me out of the business,party and broke all the connections.That day I lost my only friendship . He also fixed haseena nikah in three days. Haseena was blaming herself for all this. My heart clenched when I saw  her like that . I promised her that I will mend everything like before and trust me I tried my best but that firoz was always one step ahead of me . On their wedding day I Runaway with haseena leaving everything behind . ”

He took a long breath and then again continued… We were happy haseena haseena gave birth to two boys, your father and uncle we were a good family. Just like this the days were spent and one day you were born . You have the same eyes as haseena even though some of your habits are like her and that's the reason I love you more than anyone . I saw a mini haseena in you . Everything was going smoothly. I was relaxed thinking that my family and my haseena are safe . But one day they killed her. They killed my haseena , my everything.

When I heard about this I rushed towards you. I was on my way when I received a call from him , Firoz . I still remembered his words “ I killed her , and now I want her .. kya naam h uska haa varya . I will take her away from you and cage her till death ”

“ I don't want to lose you , i thought that he was behind you because he wants to torture me that's why I behaved like a jerk to you because I thought that if he thinks that I hates you maybe he leaves you and that's why I  sent you away from me . Trust me, it's not because I hate you but I want to protect you . ”

“ You thought you were alone but no, I left my men behind you from a distance. They keep eyes on you making sure that you are safe . ”

But my assumption was wrong . Firoz was not behind you because he wants to torture me , he was behind you because he's obsessed with you . He wants you in a dirty way . I know I can't keep you safe like that so that's why at Anaya's wedding I called you . I know Adeel will come seeking revenge and I used that opportunity and sent you with him . I know him more than anyone. He will not hurt you in any way. You are safe with him more than you will ever be with me . And when I heard about your and Ryan's wedding , that day I cried a lot , I thought that I destroyed your life , you are no longer that small varya who comes to me for every little thing . My heart clenched when I saw hatred in your eyes for me , I felt worse when I thought about how I left you when you needed me the most . My soul cried when I heard about your suffering from my men , in the process of protecting you from the evils I became one .

“ Your dad loves you a lot. He tried everything to get you back but I ruined his every effort . He doesn't know about this because I can't take his hatred . I felt ashamed whenever I looked into his eyes . I saw him crying at night talking with your photo . ”

“ please forgive him , he's not at fault , he said joining his hands in front of me ”

“ Mein toh maafi bhi nahi mang sakta for the damage I caused to you . He whispered and looked at me before leaving the room . ”

Silence , the whole room covered in silence listening to him . I sat on the sofa not able to understand anything .

I closed my eyes and leaned on the sofa but soon I felt a presence beside me and I hugged him . “ Ryan , I mumbled before I blanked out ”

“ Maaf karde mere yaar muje , mein itna andha ho gaya tha paise aur power ke piche ki mein sab kuch bhul gaya , " Adeel said, kneeling in front of Arjun . ”

“ Abh kya fayda in sab kaa , Arjun said looking away from him ”

“ janta hu par phir bhi ho sake toh maaf kar dena , " he whispered slowly and turned back to leave .”

Before he could leave Arjun hugged him from behind “ mujhe bhi maaf kar dena mein haseena ko nahi bacha paya ”

They both cried in each other's arms remembering their friendship , good days and bad days, everything .

They cleared their misunderstanding and forgave each other in hope to start a new bond from here like before .
