“Is she a mountain fairy?!”

The team leader was stunned when he first saw Feng Wu, but somebody next to him cried out, “She’s wearing a red dress!”

A red dress?

Those words sounded like a thunderclap in the team leader’s ears.

A stunning girl in a red dress… Feng Wu?!

“Show me that portrait!”

The team member who had alerted him was called Yamaya. He immediately took out a portrait with trembling hands.

He knew he had made a major discovery.

Feng Wu didn’t know what to say.

These assassins were much slower than she expected.

She even had to wait for them to respond.

“It’s her!” The team leader glanced at the portrait and grew excited! “Catch her! She has the Divine Phoenix Blood! She’s Feng Wu!”

“The Divine Phoenix Blood? One mouthful of it can make me so much more powerful!”

“It can make me immortal!”

“Catch her!”

The assassins were so greedy that they seemed to have lost their minds.

Feng Wu pretended to be frightened. She screamed and dashed off.

“Don’t let her get away!”

“Catch her! My Divine Phoenix Blood!”

“Stop her! Tell everybody she’s here!”

“She’s going into the Sacred Imperial Spider’s territory! What should we do?”

“Why are you even asking? The spider is dangerous, but the Divine Phoenix Blood is our top priority!”

“We must catch her! If the spider gets her first, even Mr. Sakiya can’t get her out!”

“Move!”

They ran after Feng Wu, regardless of where they were headed.

Feng Wu looked over her shoulder.

When there was enough temptation, even God wouldn’t be able to keep his head on straight, let alone these greedy humans.

Before long, another team arrived.

“What’s going on? Why are you all yelling?”

“It’s Feng Wu! She’s going into the Sacred Imperial Spider’s territory! We must intercept her!”

“What? The Divine Phoenix Blood? Catch her!”

These were members of Team 2.

One team chased Feng Wu from behind while the other tried to flank her.

The spider looked at Feng Xun with cold eyes.

Feng Xun dangled at the corner of the spider’s mouth and could feel its patience running thin.

He thought, “Maybe I’ll die here.”

But right at that moment, he heard noise coming toward him.

Feng Xun could see well from where he was hanging.

His eyes widened.

Wearing her red dress, Feng Wu was moving nimbly in the woods.

Behind her was a group of people.

They held all kinds of weapons and were shouting excitedly.

Feng Wu would look over her shoulder and even stop to wait for them every now and then.

Soon, she was in front of the spider.
