Zhen Ya was furious when she noticed that Lu Xiao couldn’t keep his eyes off Zi Ling. “Do you care so much about her?!”

They had fought numerous times because of Zi Ling, so Lu Xiao ignored her.

Zhen Ya smirked. “You better stop caring. Do you see the look in Wang Junwen’s eyes? She looks like she’s going to swallow Zi Ling whole. She’s going to be relentless, and Zi Ling is as good as dead!”

Lu Xiao still didn’t respond. Zhen Ya was so frustrated that she prayed for Zi Ling’s death.

She was going to be disappointed.

After Zi Ling greeted Wang Junwen with a bow, Wang Junwen snorted. “Are you ready?”

Zi Ling nodded. “Yes.”

Wang Junwen had just picked up her sword, when Zi Ling said, “I give up.”

Everyone was astonished.

All the students couldn’t believe their ears.

She gave up. Just like that?

They were expecting to see Wang Junwen beat up Zi Ling, and blood splash everywhere, but none of that was going to happen!

Wang Junwen was obviously shocked by what Zi Ling said.

She stared at Zi Ling. “What did you say?”

Zi Ling said innocently, “I said I give up. The rules don’t say that I can’t do that. Am I not allowed to give up?”

Today, Zi Ling wore a cape with white fur trimming, and the hood had fluffy rabbit ears on it. Her hair accessories were tiny fluffy orbs that swayed when she walked, giving her an adorable look.

When she looked at Wang Junwen, she was as innocent as a bunny.

Wang Junwen was so furious that she thought she was going to explode. Zi Ling ran back to her team and gave her team members high fives.

Wang Junwen didn’t know what to say.

The other students were all speechless.

Zhen Ya said, “Damn it! Why won’t she die?!”

Lu Xiao glanced at her and wondered when the kind Zhen Ya became so vicious. She wanted Zi Ling to die. That was horrible.

She quickly ran off the stage after that.

And it didn’t stop there. Sun Jingyu was the next player, and she gave up as well.

Wang Junwen could live with that because Sun Jingyu wasn’t all that close to Feng Wu, so it was only normal that she didn’t want to die for her, but Chaoge was a different story. She hardly ever left Feng Wu’s side. However, even she walked up to Wang Junwen, snorted, and said she gave up.

She ran off the stage as well.
