Chapter 47 - More than love

Troy's POV

"I am sorry; it is my fault. If I asked you about the messages, and I didn't leave without saying anything, it wouldn't have been like this." She mumbled, still hugging me tightly.

I pulled back slightly and cupped her cheeks, lifting her head up. She pursed her lips together while tears shimmered in her eyes.

"I agree, but not for this mess, but the years we have lost. I missed five years of my son's life." I admitted sincerely, looking into her eyes. "But it is the past." I gave her a bright smile, stroking her cheeks. "I am so glad to find you again...and your little surprise." I added in amusement and winked at her. She smiled shyly.

"I am happy to find you again too, Troy. I love you so much." She confessed as tears ran down her cheeks. I gave her a wide smile as happiness filled my heart.

"Even if love is full of thorns, I'd still embrace it for I know that in between those thorns, there is a rose that's worth all the pain." I said softly, looking into her eyes.

She gave me a dazzling smile and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back, beaming happily.

"By the way, I don't try to hide anything from you." I informed seriously as I pulled back. She gave me a questioning look. "Kate had been calling me or sending messages, but I didn't pick up or text back. Just once, I picked up her call to tell her not to call me, but of course, she didn't understand it, and she kept calling me. That's all." She nodded sadly.

I gave her a warm smile, stroking her cheek affectionately, and placed a soft kiss on her forehead.

"I want to give a statement and reveal that Alec is my son, and we met long before I met Kate. But I wanted to ask your permission. I think it is the best idea." I stated firmly.

She pursed her lips together, thinking. Then she breathed deeply and nodded. "Fine."

I grinned happily. "And I asked my lawyer to prepare the papers we need to give my surname to Alec." I informed her in excitement. I couldn't wait for Alec to become Anderson officially.

She looked at me in surprise, her eyes shining in happiness. Then she wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me tenderly.

"Thank you." She whispered, leaning her lips against mine.

I wrapped my arms around her waist, pressing her against me, and brushed my lips against her inviting lips. She moaned as I pulled her lower lip between my teeth and bit it slightly while pulling her towards the desk.

She started unbuttoning my shirt as I slid my hands under her dress, caressing her thighs, and placed her on my desk.

My hands reached her zipper, and I started undoing her dress while traveling my lips from her lips to her neck, kissing, biting her. I removed the straps of her dress, pulling it to her waist, and moved my lips towards her breast while I squeezed her other breast, making her moan loudly.

She placed her hand on my hard shaft and stroked it gently. I groaned, pressing my head between her breasts, and squeezed her hips tightly.

As soon as Rose unbuckled my belt and opened my fly, I pulled the foil out of my pocket and pulled my pants and boxers down in a hurry. I ripped the foil with my teeth and pulled it on my throbbing length. Then I wrapped my arm around her waist tightly, lifting Rose up slightly, and pulled her panties down quickly.

After planting a soft kiss on her lips, I spread her legs apart and entered her. She moaned, bending her head back as she gripped my shoulders.

I accelerated my pace, kissing her lips passionately while squeezing her nipple between my thumb and forefinger, making her groan. She leaned back slightly, gripping the edges of the desk tightly while I was pounding into her harder and faster. As much as I was accelerating my pace, the sensation was getting better and better.

"Troy..." She mumbled, leaning back against the desk, and arched her back, closing her eyes.

I cupped her breast and squeezed it slightly, thrusting into her harder and faster as I felt her walls tightening around my shaft.

A few seconds later, she came, screaming my name out, squeezing her eyes shut. After a few thrusts later, I followed her and came. I collapsed onto her, breathing heavily without pulling out of her, and held her hand, resting my head between her breasts.

Rose's POV

I was packing my suitcase while waiting for Troy in his penthouse. We were going to their house in Aspen, Colorado. Alec was excited about our trip. Actually, I was happy about it as well; it would be better for all of us. It would be good to be away from the paparazzi for a few days.

After Troy's statement, they didn't leave us alone, following us everywhere we went; there were a lot of paparazzi in front of the penthouse and our workplaces. So when Troy told me about this trip, I was so happy. On the other hand, tomorrow was Troy's birthday. It was going to be his first birthday which we would spend together as a family.

When the jet landed in Aspen, it was evening. A SUV was waiting for us at the tarmac.

Troy held my hand while holding Alec in his arm and led me towards the car.

After having dinner in the house, we went to bed. We were so tired. Alec had been rubbing his eyes during the dinner; so as soon as he placed his head on the pillow, he fell asleep.

"Come here." Troy said softly as he pulled back, making me some space on the bed, and patted on it, calling me.

I smiled and joined him after taking off my silk robe. He wrapped his arm around me, pulling me towards his chest, and placed a tender kiss on my hair. I wrapped my arm around his waist and rested my head on his chest.

After Troy had fallen asleep, I grabbed his arm and pulled it away carefully. He mumbled something under his breath and turned around. I got up quietly and grabbed my robe. After putting it on, I went to the kitchen.

I wanted to bake a cake for Troy's birthday. I was so excited for tomorrow.

After finishing decorating the cake, I cleared the kitchen and went to the bedroom. Fortunately, Troy was still sleeping. I tiptoed towards the bed and took off my robe. Then I lay down on the bed and rested my head on Troy's chest after placing a soft kiss on his lips.

Troy's POV

I rubbed my eyes sleepily and opened them as I heard someone singing a song. I looked at Rose and Alec, dumbfounded.

"Happy Birthday, honey." Rose gave me a dazzling smile as she extended the cake towards me.

"Happy Birthday, Daddy." Alec exclaimed happily while jumping on the bed, grinning.

"Thank you so much." I gave them a bright smile as I sat up on the bed, feeling emotional.

"Make a wish before blowing them." Alec said in excitement as he stopped jumping and sat down next to me. I wrapped my arm around his shoulder, pulling him towards me, and kissed his temple.

"My wish has already come true. Your mommy and you are everything I need." I confessed honestly and turned my gaze from my son to Rose. She gave me a brilliant smile. Then I blew up the candles.

After Alec had left, I went to take a shower and put on my clothes.

I smiled happily as I saw my Rose. She approached me, giving a dazzling smile, hiding something behind her back.

"Happy Birthday!" She said, smiling as she pulled a blue velvet box behind her back.

"Rose... You shouldn't..."

"Just open it." She cut me off, giving me a warm smile, full of excitement in her eyes.

I opened the ribbon as I gave a wide grin to her and opened the box. There were two golden personalized cufflinks and a tie tack with my initials in the box. It looked so beautiful and elegant.

"It is so beautiful. Thank you." I said happily and placed a soft kiss on her lips, cupping her cheek.

"I designed it for you. I wanted to give you something special which can remind you about me every time you see it." She confessed, her eyes shining with happiness.
